I really love the fit of these shorts right out of the dryer. However, they stretch out and wrinkle very fast, so getting a second wear out of them before washing is tough. That is a little too high maintenance for a pair of casual shorts. I wish that I had not kept these.

I'm 5'4, 123 lbs and size 4 in these shorts fit perfectly. They aren't too short. Just the right amount of stretch. They are also soft and comfortable.

Prana makes such great clothes. I love these shorts. They are comfortable and go with anything. They are my go to shorts!

I ordered the yellow, and they are much more of a mustardy yellow than the photo shows. Other than that they were cute, so I regret having to send them back.

I'm 5'4", 108#, slim hips. The Tess short initially fits me perfect. Waist is nicely fitted. The length is long enough for me. After I wore the short around the house for a trial run, I noticed that they are made of very soft, comfortable, stretchy material. The hip area which was some loose on me is now stretched out just by putting my hands in the pockets. But a very nice style for someone with some hips, go for it if you have more than I do.

These shorts are great, love the fit and fabric. Highly recommend!

I love these shorts and have bought them for years. They are the perfect everyday casual short without looking "outdoorsy". Beware though that the green is pictured as striped and it is not...it's a solid army green. I tried the new updated Olivia style and prefer the Tess with the low rise and the more cotton fabric. I'm 5'4" 128 lbs and wear a size 6.

I love these shorts so much I bought another pair and am planning on getting a third. I'm 5'2", an athletic 142 lbs, and the size 10 is a perfect fit. They have a nice amount of stretch and the length is perfect for my short stature. They look great in the butt too which is always a bonus!

Great shorts! I love that they have usable pockets. A rare find these days. Cute, flattering, practical.

So I didn't realize these shorts were pin striped..I just thought they were a light grey...What a great suprise...they are super cute and way better than just light grey! True to size (I'm 5'7" 125lbs)..size 4...

Fit true to size. Shorts have some stretch. They are a bit sheer. I have yet to find white shorts, besides denim, that are made from a fabric that you can't see through. I like the length and the rise so I'll live with the sheerness by wearing appropriate underwear...

I love the Tess shorts, but the white fabric is see through. I had to return these, but kept several others in different colors.

I'm 5'4"ish and 122lb. Ordered size 4 and they fit almost perfect, flattering. The rise is a tad snug for my liking but not a deal breaker. Color has more of a green tint than I expected.

Shorts are great. Perfect length - not too long, not too short. Good neutral greyish brown. They do stretch a bit after wear. I wish I had gone down a size.

These are nicely made and seem good quality, but I am admittedly super picky about shorts and these didn't do it for me. I am short and curvy, and they were actually a little too long to be flattering.

The waist gaps outward wide in back which shows one's underwear. That part is not good. Other than that the fabric, fit and design of the shorts are good. Returning as did not fit my waist.
