These went from the box to my foot for an all day wedding event. Comfy! Yay! I am usually either a 7M or 7W. The 7M fit perfectly.

Cute shoe but felt I needed to return it. Felt a little unstable for me to walk with this heel. Maybe the shape of heel I don't know. Maybe right for you but not for me. Easy to return so don't let that stop you!

These shoes are perfect -- they fit well and go with everything. They're so classic you never need to buy another pair unless you wear them out. The heel is a little over 2" and, although I usually won't wear shoes over 2", they are almost perfect in every other way so I'll make the exception. They are as comfortable as you can expect any heel to be.

Comfortable, great for work. It's hard to find cute shoes that come wide enough, but these work.

These shoes are actually fabulous. Comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately, they arrived scuffed on the toes and heel. So they are going back.

I loved these shoes but the Wide was too narrow for my feet. This is the first time I have had this happen to me with a wide. I typically wear a 6-1/2 Wide or a 7M; these were 6-/12 Wide but too narrow at the shoe throat.

I just got these shoes. I ordered a size up from what I normally buy and they fit perfectly! Maybe the slightest bit loose in the heel but not by much. They are a dream! So comfortable and soft from the minute you put them on. I'm going to have to buy more pairs. Worth every penny!

I don't think you can ask for a more comfortable shoe. They are the equivalent of wearing sneakers disguised in a dress shoe. Strongly recommend this shoe especially for people with big feet or for those who have problems or pain in their feet. I'm returning them because they are not chic enough for my style but I do recommend them.

I love my new Trotters Penelopes. I have recently had problems with my feet and these shoes are attractive and high enough to be classy without strain. They are so comfortable and I would recommend them to anyone for work or leisure.

These are very nice shoes - definitely great quality. They ran a size too small for me - I am an 8.5 and believe I need a 9. I ordered the burgundy color - I wish it were more pronounced. It's such a basic shoe (not a bad thing!) that a nice dark red would have been awesome. This is more of a brown/mahogany color. These are going back but I wouldn't hesitate to order this brand again, that's how nice they are.

This is a beautiful shoe but I have a small bunion that is sensitive to any pressure and this did not hit me in the right place. Much as I would have liked them to work out, I will have to send them back. I am a 9N and found them true to size. I settled on the Clarks Tempt Appeal thanks to Zappos amazing customer service.

Finally found the perfect pump for my gigantic feet! I wear a 11-12 wide, (ordered a 12wide), and they are absolutely perfect! They fit nicely across my toes and my feet don't slip out, but they are comfortable enough to wear all day at work. They actually flatter my feet and make them look small!!! A perfect fit for me, I want every color!

Great styling, classic with skirts or slacks. I wore these all Christmas day and forgot they were on my feet. Ordered wide size (7 1/2 W). Comfortable, true to size and just enough room in the toe to be comfortable. I am ordering them in black as well.

I bought these and another pair for a graduation ceremony. The other pair cut into my heel, so I returned them. These are a good height, comfortable, and lasted throughout the ceremony without killing my feet. They are your basic utilitarian pumps. You could wear them with a dress or pants. They're not the most gorgeous shoes you'll ever own, but they get the job done.

This is my third or fourth pair of Penelopes. They last about 2 years with twice-weekly wear. I probably polished the others twice in their lifespan. I wish they came in a wider range of colors in the glazed kid finish, but otherwise they are my favorite work-pump ever. When I was young and poor getting them on sale was a goal. It's nice to be able to afford to buy them whenever I need.

I ordered this show for my other. It is gorgeous and exactly what she wanted. The shoe sadly wasn't wide enough.

I am sometimes between sizes in a narrow width. Returned 8 1/2 narrow for 8 narrow. Fits great. Beautiful soft suede.

Excellent, comfortable shoe. I nervously took them -- unworn -- on a business trip when I would be on my feet a lot. Absolutely comfortable. The heel height is graceful and works well with dresses or slacks.

I love the look of these shoes and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately they run large and I thought that perhaps if I put heel pads in they would be fine but that did not work. I have now worn the shoes several times and my feet keep coming out of the shoes. I am sorry that I did not return them from the beginning.

These are perfect beautiful shoes. They fit my size 5 feet except for the front edge which digs into my big toe. I am so sorry for having to return them.

Perfect shoe! Nice snug fit, not too tight not too loose. I purchased a size 7.5, i'm 5'4" about 156lbs. I wear a 7.5M. Very good quality and nice suede.

I am sad to return this shoe, it's beautiful and fits well. But...the heel is higher than advertised and it just doesn't work with the pants I already have hemmed.

This is a lovely shoe! It does have some padding, and the heel isn't too high. It is a little bit tight at the ball of my foot, but I think I'm going to keep it and see if I can stretch it just a bit.
