These are great. My doctor recommended Superfeet for my ankle problems. He recommended the green ones (which I own and love), but the high-profile green ones just won't fit inside of dress shoes and shoes without removable insoles. I also own the full-length low-profile version (Superfeet premium black) and those do fit inside some dress shoes, but not all... sometimes there's just not enough room in the toes to wear the full-length insole. I bought these 3/4 length as hopefully the answer for the rest of my shoes. When they work, they're great..... they provide the needed arch support (making my ankle and my doctor happy) and allow me to wear cute shoes (making me happy!). I even put them in my fuzzy slippers to get support while walking around the house. Be warned, though, these 3/4 insoles do not work in all shoes. You'll honestly just have to try them out to see. I own a pair of shoes (ballet flats), in which these work wonderfully --- they stay in place all day long and give me proper support. I own another pair of shoes (also ballet flats, not significantly different in style or shape than the first) in which these are the most awful, uncomfortable things ever --- they slip around like crazy all day long, I end up limping just to attempt to keep them in place, which doesn't work and then the heel part moves all the way up in my shoe to the center of my foot, where I step on it and end up writhing out in pain and limping anyways. From what I can tell, these work well in shoes where the sole is pretty gushy /smooshy / or cushiony to the touch --- I think the cushion gives the insoles a place to "settle in" and sort of stick to the shoe while you walk. I suppose some sort of glue or sticky tape would solve your problem in the other situations, but I just won't do that --- I don't want to ruin my shoes for the days my ankle is better, and I want to be able to move these insoles to different shoes as I rotate styles. So basically, I absolutely love these inside the shoes where they don't slip around, but I *despise* them in the shoes they do slip in. My recommendation to you... it's Zappos and you know returns are so incredibly easy, so buy them and try them out in the shoes you'll need and see what happens. It'll be worth it if it works and no sweat if it doesn't.

I have been wearing full size custom orthotics for 20 years. Recently I found a new podiatrist and he prescribed a new softer custom orthotic that I use when walking for more than two hours. However, this same podiatrist told me that I was fine to wear "pretty" shoes that I brought him to look at provided they had a bit of a heel on them, since flat is no good for me. (I add these details in case your foot is similar.) But he told me the shoe had to feel comfortable and since I couldn't fit the deeper custom orthotics in the "pretty" shoes I should get this orthotic. I bought it and it has been wonderful! I know have a much wider range of shoes I can comfortably wear for numerous sports, dancing, and with skirts. What I do is use the insole -- thin-- that the shoe came with and I use a felt metatarsal pad that I added to that insole. I then add this East Fit in the heel and voila. Now I can wear Munro shoes again and I am also using these in Converse sneakers. Hope this review helps somebody.

This brand of arch support was recommended by my doctor. They really helped my plantar faciitis. I have tried others before these, but none helped as much as the Superfeet insoles.

Superfeet, what can I say? I love these things! I have high arches and recently had been suffering from having them fall. If you've never tried Superfeet before, you might want to only wear them for a few hours each day at first. It takes a little bit for your feet to get used to them, but they're so worth it.

I have had a severe case of plantar fasciitis for the past ten months. My doctor recommended Supefeet and I'm so glad he did. I wear them daily and they have brought me great relief.

My daughter is a runner, and she is currently suffering from plantar fasciitis. She liked the first ones I bought her so much that she asked for a second pair (to rotate).

I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis particularly in my right foot from a slightly collapsed arch, so when I wasn't in severe pain my feet were constantly tired and I found it hard to get about. These insoles have really helped improve the comfort in all my shoes.

I have had these for well over six months. They make shoes that are have no arch support really comfortable. You don't have to just wear these in flats. I wear them in my athletic shoes, in my Born oxfords, and they also also work Mary Jane Dr Martens that have a two inch heel. The 3/4 high heeled ones oddly don't fit in my two inch Dr Martens but these do. They are definitely worth the money and have excellent arch support. When these wear down I will definitely buy a new pair.

This is an outstanding product. Years ago my podiatrist made me fiberglass orthotics and they cost well over $300. These are just as good, and he even recommended them, for a fraction of the cost of the first pair. I have two pairs just in case and have washed them as well. You won't be sorry.

These are awesome and I highly recommend! If you have a high arch these work perfectly. They stop right before your toes, so they don't interfere with the cushion of your insole and are super comfortable. I use them in most of my sneakers.

Everyone that wears heels and other such difficult shoes, should buy this for every shoe they own and buy it as a gift for every person they know. This insole actually protects your foot arch from deformity and flattening. I'm going to start buying this insole in bulk because I've got a lot of shoes and family members that would really appreciate them. Plus they're super comfortable!

I have several of these for my flats that have no arch support. These are now in my Chuck Taylors, and I can wear them all day without foot pain. Thankful for these Superfeet orthotics!
