I am not sure how to rate these. When I had them on they worked well and I felt support. The only problem is getting them off. I should have realized when they were hard to get on that getting them off would be harder. I had to cut some of the bottom of the sleeve to get them off. I got the large size but I guess my feet are too big to get them on and off. Does anybody know an easy way to get them off?

This is my 3rd pair. I stand all day at my job and the support is amazing. I am 5'7" and the mediums are perfect. I have tried other brands and this style and brand are by far the best! Thank you Zensah for such a grade A product and thank you Zappos for such great customer service and overnight delivery!

You can't go wrong with Zensah. This is my favorite compression sleeve.They don't wear down when you wash them and stand up to some heavy duty runs. I highly recommend Zensah for all your compression products!

They are excellent for me. My tendons and muscles get very tight below the calf and these support that area and help distribute the force of impact when I run. They also do help reduce my shin splints. Tough to get on and off (of course).

I am a nurse and on my feet all day. These sleeves have saved my career! They are so comfortable and my legs feel so much better with them on. Not nearly as sore and tired at the end of a twelve hour shift!

These sleeves are an excellent quality, but they are way too short for my husband who is 6'3"; when I ordered them, I thought they were long as opposed to regular, but obviously they are not. Sadly, I had to return them.

I ordered two pairs of these Zensah sleeves for my daughter who runs Cross Country for the varsity team at her school. She has been running for 5 years now and never suffered from an injury until this season. She was diagnosed with shin splits 2 weeks prior to the regions meet. These sleeves were purchased to help her finish out her season strong by helping control the pain since she refused to quit. It took almost 6 weeks for her shin splints to go away. She is now preparing for Track season and wears the sleeves to help prevent this injury from reoccurring. She refuses to run without them on. It has been 2 weeks of strong running and no pain. The support they offer is amazing, and she prefers the ultra's support over the regular ones. When she wears them, she receives many compliments. They are highly recommended for anyone who runs or suffers from painful shin splints.

I am a long time runner (over 30 years) who was recently suffering from recurring calf cramps which totally side-lined me. I did not run for about a month. At the same time a friend recommended compression sleeves. I have been using these for about three weeks and have had no calf cramps. I do not know if the cramps went away because of the month lay off or the use of the compression sleeves. I do like the way they support my calves when running so I will continue to use them.

I have a shin split problem and this product is great. I have been using Zensah leg sleeves for past 8 years and this time I tried the new Ultra and this is way better then the regular leg sleeve. Its much tighter and feels great. I play all day sport and is on feet but even since I started using Zensah (last 8 Years) I have not experience Shin Split and my legs don't feel tired anymore. Great product and I would recommend to all who are on their feet all day.

I bought these for relief from calf and shin problems while running. I've put in about 10 runs with them, and I do notice relief during runs, as well as better recovery. I don't seem to have as much next-day soreness. I can't comment on the long term benefits but so far I'm pleased, and will probably add a second pair. I initially purchased the standard version, but exchanged them for the ultra version for more compression. The quality of the sleeves seems excellent, I don't expect them to lose shape or compression anytime soon, and I also seem to be able to pull them on forcefully without worry. The compression of the standard sleeve is fairly mild compared to these. I measure just inside the size medium range, and getting these on and off requires some doing. But I seem to be getting the hang of it. I'm optimistic about the benefits of these, hopefully I will suffer fewer injuries going forward. Worth a try for sure.

These offer much stronger compression than the regular compression sleeves. I wear them for some runs, although I think their real benefit is for recovery. (I usually wear the regular sleeves while running.) I find compression wear significantly helps with leg soreness.

I am an over 50 year old runner who needs the support of compression sleeves. I have used their regular sleeves for about five years. These are better. I love them. They give me max support. They came to my mailbox in two days. I will always buy from Zappos due to their great and fast shipping and customer service. Buy these sleeves!

I love the regular Zensah compression sleves so I thought I'd try these. For me they were too tight and hard to get on so I returned them.
