I wear a woman's size 8.5 but ordered these in a girls 7. The fit was perfect but the picture doesn't accurately reflect the actual color. I ordered these because I thought they were black and red and looked cute. They are actually black and neon orangish. Not what I expected. They also felt big and bulky and lacked proper foot support.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these boots. I have always wanted a pair and just never thought they were a little too pricey but they are definitely worth it. I bought these in the big kids size, 6. I normally wear a woman's size 6 1/2 and the rule of thumb is to go 1 1/2 size down but the previous reviewers said that it ran small so I chose to go up a half size and it fits perfectly. I'll have plenty of room for heavy socks. I would definitely buy Sorel again if I ever need to.

I usually wear a women's size 7 and the Big Kids size 6 fit me great! I love that I can fit into the kids size as I am petite and the boot doesn't go up as far and is a little less bulky. Great boot! Excellent customer service!!!

The reviews are mostly for adults trying on children's sizes, I was a little stumped for my granddaughter. I purchased a size 2 (She wears a 2 in Uggs boots and nike athletic shoes. ) They were snug , definitely too snug for expensive boots, as the goal is to last 2 seasons. I returned them for a 3 and they are much roomier. These are warm and beautifully made boots. The replacement process was painless. Thanks !

I wear women's size 5 or kids' size 3 in most brands. This was my first Sorel purchase, and I ordered kids' size 3 and they are one full size too small. Going to exchange for a bigger size, hoping that works. Cute design, more fun color than the adult's version.

I wear a 7-7.5W in women's shoes - these fit really well and I had toe room too. Perfect winter boot.

I live in Boston and the winter of 2015 killed my other snow boots that I had been wearing for 6 years. I knew it was time for a pair of Sorels. I opted for the kids boot because of the price and the color (the pink and grey is so cute -- it will brighten up any winter storm!). I am usually a women's size 6 1/2 or 7 and while some reviews made me consider ordering a size 6, I opted for the size 5 (the correct conversion - 1 1/2 sizes down) because I don't usually wear thick socks with snow boots. They fit perfectly. They would be a little tight with thick socks. Since they are the kids version, I can definitely tell they are a bit "chunkier" than the women's style. The women's styles have an aesthetically longer toe box, and look a little slimmer. Kids shoes are simply always designed a little "chunkier." But unlike other kids shoes that I've bought for myself, these don't look bad at all, even though I can tell the difference. Now, I can't wait for winter! I love them!

The heel was loose and it felt about a half-size smaller but the style is so nice! I am trying the next size up. Zappos is the best!

Very beautiful, very comfortable. I’m a women’s size 7 and went with a big kids size 6. Plenty of room, plenty of width for thick socks. Grey color is lighter in person.

This is one big ass boot! Way too big and if you like a good workout, this boot is for you as it is very heavy.

Great boot, but these run smaller. Normally a youth 6 works, but had to return for a youth 7. Youth 7 is just right- so a keeper!

These boots are so warm and cozy. On the advice of other reviewers, I sized up one size. For me, they run about 1/2 smaller. They are a little heavy, but will be perfect for watching outdoor hockey games or taking a short hike in cold, snowy weather. So happy with my purchase. I have had my eye on these boots for a while and when they went on sale, I got them. Great boots at a great price!
