This suitcase is pretty and it holds a lot; however, I purchased it to be a carry-on bag, because I hate checking my luggage. I was stopped at the gate and told my bag was too large and to please use the size checker to confirm. Sure enough, it was non-compliant. The nice flight attendant let me slide because the flight wasn't full, but I know I'm going to have to check it on my return trip. I am very disappointed. This bag is now a waste of money, because I'll have to buy another bag and check the dimensions myself instead of trusting the product description. The size is very close, so if you don't use the front compartments, it should be fine.
