I am not happy with these shoes. They're not comfortable at all.

The brown color was so cheap and tacky looking I didn't even take them out of the plastic. Returned.

I was disappointed in this sandal. The style looked cute online, but the color "Platino" looked silver, and was really a cheap looking bright gold that didn't look good on its own or with the silver hardware. Additionally, I couldn't even get my foot into it because I have a slightly high instep and the main strap wouldn't go over my foot. Returning.

Extremely annoyed that the left and right sandal are different lengths. One sandal is over a 1/4” longer than the other. Very poor quality control.

As soon as I put the sandals on I was both excited and disappointed. They fit great and felt like they were formed to my foot. The leather was soft and comfortable, walking inside makes me think I would not have to "break them in" at all. I disagree with other reviewers who think the leather looks cheap, for this price point this is exactly what I would expect (I am not afraid to spend money on leather shoes that fit well, but am also happy to go with budget friendly options when they are available). Unfortunately, style wise -- I just hate them. I was hoping the sandals would not look so chunky on my foot as they did in the photos and ... they just do. I am not a fan of the chunky Birkenstock look so I am not sure why I thought these would be different (other than the sole, they are basically the same style). So huge bummer but they are going back.

I was so disappointed by these sandals! The toe loop cuts in to the space between my toes and is so stiff, it hurts! Same on both sizes I tried. Sending back.

I bought 2 pair for a trip to Europe 3 years ago. They didn't Evan last one season. The straps are leather and are the only thing that's lasted. The rest of the shoe is the absolute cheapest material they could have used. The thin, leather-like material they used for the footbed dissolved along the entire perimeter making it instantly look shabby. Then the actual sole wore down at the toe. This happened on both pair, I bought brown and the lighter nude color. I loved the fit and style right out of the box. But make no mistake; these are cheap shoes. Buyer be warned.

After only wearing these 4 times, the bottom has of the Left shoe has become unglued and at the toe and coming off. Very disappointed with the quality of these shoes for the price. I am returning them.

I bought a pair of sandals but the style is not here. After three months the sole under the big toe was worn out on both big toes and grey cardboard is sticking out. The tops worewellbut theplacewhete the foot is, just is no good. Other than that I wouldhaveloved the shoes. Will not buy again.

Bummed out I thought these sandals would be a lot sturdier but they are flimsy & cheap looking like fake leather I would of returned them except my husband threw the box out. I will keep buying from Zappos because the service is great.

Quality of soles are cheap! I love the look of these sandals and they have been extremely comfortable for the two times I've worn them so far. However, I must warn you that the quality of the soles are not good at all. This is the second pair of Franco Sarto sandals that I have purchased and the first ones only lasted half of last summer before the sole/toe completely worn down/ripped apart. I thought it was a fluke since I bought them on sale at Marshalls, but after only wearing this new pair twice I can see that it wasn't a fluke and it's the construction of their shoes in general. The soles are very thin and already the toe area is started to chip away - after just 2 wears! I am so disappointed. I should have returned them. I will not be purchasing any more sandals from Franco Sarto.
