Comfort meets style in this shoe! I have had these shoes for months and love them so much I ordered a second pair so when the first pair wears out I have a backup! True to size and so comfortable!

I wear 8W but ended up getting these in 8M and they fit well...will need a little bit of breaking in but the leather is soft. Great shoes and very cute.

These are incredibly comfortable shoes that fit me perfectly and are very cute. (Why anyone would be surprised at their appearance when they open the box is beyond me -- the website has photos.) My feet are wide and I have a high arch and high instep, so finding shoes that fit is always a challenge. I've had good results with the Aravon Maya, but I wanted something a bit more casual and summery but still appropriate for an office. The Clarissa is perfect.

I ordered these shoes for a trip overseas. They fit perfectly and withstood much walking over cobblestones, and up hills. There were no blisters or other new-shoe blues. They looked fine at the conference and for restaurants. Aravon is probably my favorite for my "problem" feet because they provide cushioning a support. They are perfect for hot, humid Louisiana weather.

I'm a high school science teacher so I have to wear closed-toe shoes most days. This can be an incredibly annoying when the weather calls for sandals. I have been incredibly happy with these shoes. I am petite and have very small feet, so that fact that they ran a little small was great for me. It doesn't significantly impact the fit for me, but I want to note that they are a roomy in the toe area. The red color adds a fun kick to an outfit. They are easy to wear and comfortable for a full day on my feet.

Some may find these unattractive, but I have gotten numerous compliments on them. I find them really comfortable. They have pretty decent arch support and a very comfortable thick detachable insole. I add a Dr. Scholl's gel arch support in the left one for my very flattest foot. I am always searching for a non athletic, good walking shoe that has a bit of style and this is it. I am really happy with these! And I have seen them in other colors as well. I will be purchasing more in Spring!

To me this shoe is awesome. It fits my poor feet that are getting more and more deformed by RA. Finding them long enough, narrow and good looking is such a blessing to me. I have a red pair and now black. I also LOVE them as I take out the insole and insert my orthodics which are made for more comfort in my problem, WONDERFUL! I shall be looking for other colors in my 13 AA size which seem to go out Zappos door like "hot cakes"!

Great shoe for someone who wants good support and cute style. I wear a wide width and really appreciate the availability, and Aravon makes a shoe you can wear all day! This is my second pair of Clarissas.

Aravon rocks! Super shoes. I'm a true 11 EE and these fit so well. They are light weight which also makes these shoes fantastic all-day wearable!

Bought a wide size and fit comfortably the first day. Very classy looking and even nice with jeans.

I have been looking for an open shoe that could be worn with orthotics, which proved to be difficult. New Balance has done a good thing with their Aravon Brand, but it's a mystery as to why they only come in black, like the early Fords, I guess. I have a wide foot with bunions, normal heel and high arch and instep, a difficult combination to fit. These are comfortable for all day wear right out of the box. The toe box did not have enough vertical space to accommodate my full-length orthotics and I almost sent them back. They work just fine with the 3/4 length ones and are now my go-to shoes for everyday wear. I wear them with shorts and capris and have used them with skirts and casual dresses. They aren't exactly beautiful, feminine shoes, but are nicer looking than most things offered in WW.

I love these shoes! They have just the right sized heel to be semi-dressy but still basically flat. Very comfortable and attractive. Can be worn with just about anything.

What a cute shoe, and comfortable right out of the box - ready to walk! I would like other colors such as red, and if available would definitely order. My experience with ankle straps has not been good and I rarely buy them because a) the strap is usually too short to adjust without velcro showing, b) the straps are often bulky and stiff. The opposite is true of the ankle strap on this shoe; it is soft, flexible and has plenty of length but stays neatly in place. The babydoll toe and cut-out pattern make them feminine and cool for summer. Highly recommend them.

Finally found a shoe that's attractive & easy on my knees. These have the perfect heel height, & I include my other 2 pairs of Aravons with that. I will always order these. Keep the pretty ones coming!

These sandals have a comfortable, thick removable cushioned cork insole. Great by itself or easily replaced with your orthotics. The style was dressier than most comfort sandals. These were my second attempt to get a size that worked for me. It have had surprising luck with Aravon Beaumont fisherman size 10 W. With most other shoes, a 10.5 W or WW although some as large as 12W. No 10.5 in this style, so I first tried 10 EE. a bit too short and wide. Next tried 11 W, which were too long and wide. Reluctantly returned.

Tried these in a 10EE, since I usually wear at 10.5 D or EE. No 10.5 available in any width. These were just a bit too short for one big toe. On the other foot, the shoe was a bit too wide - slipped around in front. Otherwise, well made and better looking than most orthotic-friendly shoes and sandals. The insole is orthotic and removable, a big plus for me. Sadly returning. Will try 11 D and hope it works!

This is a well made shoe, but I should have paid better attention to the other reviews. It is just so frumpy, and the black leather is way too shiny. I own many Aravon shoes, because I know they will fit my wide and thick foot, but I had to send these back because they are just so matronly looking.

I purchased this pair of shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding. I can wear a 6W but a 6WW is usually more comfortable. I'm in my 50's and I've had problem feet since I was in my early teens. Because of that comfort in a shoe a huge thing for me. This shoe was not comfortable in the toe box. I could feel the leather or the stitching scratching my toes. The return process with Zappos was a breeze! This pair of shoes was very pretty and I'm sad that it wasn't comfortable at my toes. The support in the shoe and the padded heel area and strap were comfortable.

I actually ordered this on a bit of a lark; I didn't expect it to work but I liked the color (deep red) and I needed closed toed sandals...however, when the order arrived, the shoes I expected to keep were significantly too small (reviewed elsewhere) and these...were surprisingly comfortable. I wore them around a while in the evening, then again the next day, and they rather grew on me. They are substantial shoes, feeling very solid and well-made. The D width accommodates my wide feet very well and the strap holds everything secure. The sole is more cushy than I expected...not pillow soft, but enough. I've worn them several times now and am pleased with them. I would like a little more arch support but it's not bad.

Comfy, versatile shoes - I've happily walked miles in them. The rounded toe is wonderful. Look good with dresses, skirts, jeans, capris, shorts - you name it. Haven't tried with swimsuit yet... Aravon is great for providing a shoe made EXACTLY the size I am ordering. Which is great because I wear 11W. There is no worry about the shoes being erroneously marked "wide" or too small - the problem with most shoes made in Asia.

These are very comfortable. They are pretty attractive, but a little wider than I thought they'd be.

I like the shoes and they're nice enough for my office and cool enough to wear all summer but I wish they had better arch support.

These are really cute shoes and I wanted very much to keep them. I have very narrow feet, and while the back portion of the shoe seemed to fit, the toe box was entirely too wide. I tried a pair of socks to see whether I could take up enough of the volume, but to no avail. I'll be returning them.
