Very comfortable with no socks. Never got blisters. Also, your feet does not overheat on hot days due to the ventilation pockets in the bottom.

I have been wearing some form of rawhide boat shoe for almost 40 years. However, they do not fair so well in sand. As a beach person, I was looking for something stylish that would protect my feet from the hot sand (I'm not a sandal or flip-flop person) and where I wouldn't have to continually clean sand out of my shoe. The Crocs Beach Line Boat Shoe was the perfect answer. My only wish is that I would have found them years ago. Comfortable, stylish, and easy to maintain...great combination!

I got this for my girlfriend who wears a size 9-9.5. Her regular Crocs size is a 9.5-10 but this seemed to fit her in a size 7 men, which is a womens 9. These are a great alternative to the regular boat shoes - however, she did mention that her feet gets sweaty after a while. But it has holes so it doesn't get trapped. Would look great on men too.

I love these shoes. Although the laces do come undone a lot the shoe came in handy for the beach and when I'm sailing or on a boat. I have spent lots of money on Sperry's since the leather would wear down from the salt water but thanks to these shoes I can go in and out of the water with them on. On the negative side the shoes were a half size too big but luckily the width was just right.

I bought these as a gift for my dad and he loves them. He has always been a fan of Crocs but wouldn't wear them if we went somewhere, now these are casual yet dressy enough to wear out to dinner etc.

My only issue the color. It says Onyx/green but it's more of grey than black. Besides that I love it.

Great pair of shoes. Better than I expected. Very comfortable, lightweight and fits just right.

I love the look of these, and the fit was perfect, but there was no arch support at all. I have plantar faciitis, so not having adequate arch support is a deal breaker. Too bad, too! These were very comfortable, fit my foot perfectly, and I really like the lace, which allows you to fit it to the top of your foot. I love my Crocs, but this style just didn't work for me.

These shoes are great! They go with almost anything and are very comfortable. They did seem to run slightly big. I normally wear an 8, but they gaped on the sides so I tried a 7 which was too tight. I wish they made 1/2 sizes. I solved the problem by just adding a thin arch support to the size 8 and it worked beautifully. Both my husband and I purchased these.

Despite the ventilation holes in the bottom, your feet still sweat in hot temps rather easily in these because the material does not absorb moisture like leather. In fact, they feel a clammy in moderate temperatures. I still prefer wearing these barefoot to wearing leather boat shoes barefoot, because the leather shoes feel slimmy when sweaty. The Crocs don't have the slimmy feel. Also, the Crocs are not that comfortable on the beach because the sand gets in the shoes really easily, but does not get out easily. So you end up with a sweaty foot, sticking to a bunch of stand that you are constantly trying to shake out. I was looking for a shoe with ventilation that you could wear to work (casual) and wear out (casual). In retrospect I think some sort of a stylish running shoe with mesh would work better. Sabego and Sperry have boat shoes with ventilation, but Sabegos are pretty heavy (and didn't like the styling) and the Sperry's didn't have as much ventilation.

I would not have purchased these shoes if I had tried them on in store. Their material is definitely not desert wear. My feet sweat all the time. Perhaps that is the reason for the drainage holes in the sides of the shoes. In another climate they might be great.

This product really sucks. This model hurts my feet very badly. Especially this hurts at the skin near ankle bones. The shoe height must be reduced to prevent friction with the ankle bones. In addition whenever my feet are wet, the shoe laces that passes from inside tears my skin.
