High marks! These compression tights make the difference in my prolonged runs. I am not nearly as sore, and my recovery time is considerably less. These tights also pretty much eliminate shin splints for me.

These tights are great for several uses. Living in Wisconsin, I prefer them to keep my legs warm when working out on cold days. They are also great for recovery after tough workouts and leave you feeling refreshed. I am tall, 6'6", and was surprised that the XL was both long enough and still form fitting. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them!

These are unisex, which I confirmed through internet research. I wanted to make sure before ordering. That said, they are AWESOME! I tried two other well-known brands that were women's-specific and returned them. I was wary of the Zensah recovery tights since the other brands didn't work for me, but I love these. I'm an athlete with health issues that result in circulation problems. These are recovery tights, not really meant for exercising, and that's exactly what I needed. I hiked 5 hours yesterday, wore the tights for a couple hours in the evening, and haven't had any muscle spasms at all since then. That's a major rarity for me. The fabric feels just like Zensah knee sleeves-- soft, thickish, and kind of silky. Like all true compression leggings, they look child-size when they arrive, but after a few minutes of teaching myself to put them on, they fit great. The fabric is woven in a way that there's a specific place for your kneecaps, so make sure you pull them up properly to align your knees in the most flexible spot (I didn't at first and they felt too restrictive). I can't say enough good things about these leggings, and the crotch had a nice amount of room but wasn't baggy even though they're unisex. The only complaint I have, which isn't really a complaint, is they have a drawstring, and I definitely don't need it because they're plenty tight on their own. They leave an indented patter on my legs for a little while but that's just the nature of compression gear. I highly recommend these to athletes who need help with recovery. Just be patient when putting them on and getting them situated exactly right. The size chart on Zensah's website was 100% accurate for me.
