I now need to wear "sensible" shoes for different foot issues, but I refuse to wear ugly shoes, especially if I want to dress up a little. Ordered these in black in my usual size 8. They are perfect! Comfortable and classy. Plenty of room in toe box, but they are still flattering to the foot. I want them in every color.

I'm a very consistent 37/7 M with most brands. Ordered these in Navy in my regular size. They felt tight even when not walking. No room for socks. The color and design are beautiful. They just felt about at least half a size too small. This shoe runs narrow and the suede almost has no give. The leather is not as soft as it should be for the price you pay. Unfortunately had to return them. These are very good-looking shoes though. Just order up from your normal size if you like the style.

Very nice looking shoe compared to others that are a comfort shoe. The bottom is very comfortable. Unfortunately the shoe edge in the front rubs on a bunion on one of my feet. Other than that I would be very pleased with the shoes.

This is a great shoe for dress/casual. I just can't do heels anymore and look for something that will look classy but it has to be comfortable. I've had it for a year now and I'm just now writing to endorse the shoe -- so I gave it a test.

This brand of shoe is extremely comfortable! The shoes are easy to put on and take off. I look forward to my next pair!

My best dress shoe. It is lightweight and comfortable like a good slipper, yet looks elegant. I have the same kind in 1 in, bought in France, and use them if I will be on my feet all day, and need to look "dressy." I wish they would cost less, but would never sacrifice that excellent quality.

An indulgent birthday present. I love them. And I have very hard to fit feet. Had the store do a bunion stretch and wore them yesterday. Fabulous. And they look great with jeans or a skirt. Worth the splurge.

Love the look of this comfort shoe, but the toe box is a little too narrow for me.

This is the most uncomfortable Mephistos I own. They don't have the cushioning of their other shoes. They are very pretty, though. I don't advise standing up all day in these shoes.

These shoes are beautifully made and quite elegant. Very supportive as well. Sadly had to return due to the narrowness of the shoe. As another reviewer wrote the suede has almost no stretch or give. The length does seem to run true to size but narrowness might be a problem for some.
