I like this bag, the size is good! The only think is I wish it was a one strap shoulder bag! I will take it to the shoemaker where they will cut the strap and make the strap the way I want it.

This is a really cute/attractive bag - but it does not fit much that is not flat. If you put more than a few non-flat items in it (like a water bottle or a glasses case), it will bulge in weird places. Also, there are a lot of separate compartments, which adds thickness/bulkiness to the bag (even when it is empty). The strap can get tangled when doubled up, and is too long (not adjustable) when wearing cross body. I still think this is one of the best looking small Baggallinis and hope they will have a future model like this with some changes/improvements, and maybe a bigger version to fit a small book/magazine, etc.

Love this bag. Double shoulder strap slips through rings & quickly makes a cross body. Lots of pockets for organizing & storage. Perfect for everyday or travel.

Nice travel handbag, except for the double shoulder strap! Everytime you pick up the bag the shoulder strap has to be straightened out. I will have the double shoulder strap sewn together! I have done this before, it's a good fix for this. I take it to a shoemaker!

This has become my favorite casual bag. It is so comfortable to wear over the shoulder. Although pretty small and thin, I can fit an iPad, a wallet, a phone and a pair of sunglasses in it.

I love Baggalini bags. This one is a good size for me. Not too big or small. I used to purchase huge bags but now that I am retired I am going smaller. If you need tons of room for 'stuff' - keep looking. The quality is excellent and the charcoal color is what I was wanting. It might just be my computer, but it seems slightly lighter than pictured.

I haven't stopped using this bag since I got it five months ago. I like how the strap converts to either cross body or shoulder, though the physics of the design makes the strap cinch the top of the bag together that doesn't look or carry right. But I still love the bag; just working on a fix that would involve something on the top to keep it flat. Also, not sure what the flap on the back is for but no big deal. It looks great even crammed with stuff.

A little smaller than I anticipated but still a very functional bag.

The bag itself was really cute, I loved the color and all the pockets. But, the shoulder straps look cheap and constantly twisted. It really makes what should be a great bag look like something you'd buy at Walmart.

I have very mixed feelings about this bag. It's cute looking and has many pockets. But those pockets/dividers are a mixed blessing. It can be confusing to find things.
Also, the fact that the bag is deep and narrow makes items harder to reach.
I still think I'll take this to Copenhagen in a few weeks and try to make it work for me.

I bought the last charcoal version of this bag and it is a gorgeous crinkle deep gray that is seemingly well made. It was difficult to discern from the photos but turned out to be smaller all over than I needed. All of the zippers and snaps worked just fine and the strap had two padded sections to go over your shoulder. Unfortunately there was really no way to adjust the overall length so the crossbody adjustment was too long for a 5'2" person and with the strap doubled-up it was too short to work crossbody thus making the bag a shoulder bag. Not a bad option but the straps are rather thin to be comfortable as a crossbody strap without be doubled. Like another reviewer I wondered what the extra flap on the back was for above the zippered exterior pocket. I like the fact that the bag had an extra pocket accessed by a zippered flap but it really was too long and too narrow to hold much. On the positive side, both the little "wallet" and the main pocket have lots of credit card and slip pockets. It's a nice looking, well made bag but did not have the functionality and size I needed especially for winter use. There is not enough space to store gloves, mittens, and a hat! Too bad. But Zappos as usual got it to me next day. This company rocks!

This is a very good looking but very weird bag. It seems like it was designed by at least three people and none of them had a conversation about the final product. Previous reviews should have been a warning, but I liked the architecture so much, I took the plunge. After analyzing its design, I cut off the strap because it was really annoying - either too long or two short - a very impractical length for my height (I'm 5'4"). I replaced it with the regular adjustable strap that came with my favorite Big Zipper Baggallini (I have several; though the charcoal dye lot wasn't a perfect match, it was good enough). I took it on a major trip several weeks ago. I stopped using it after three days and dragged out my tried-and-true Big Zip that I took with me as a precautionary backup. The Dublin bag is more rigid, causing difficulty getting my things into it (and I don't carry a lot - cosmetic bag, mobile, wallet, pen, tissues). The flap is a very good "secret" hiding place but the magnetic closure is small and doesn't hold well. There's also a very odd padded flap - why? I don't know. The bottom line for me was it's still a great concept, but those designers need to get together and fine tune it. And the financial bottom line for me is that it'll have to go into the trash, which makes me sad.

Not user-friendly. The zipper was ridiculously stubborn which was an immediate deal-breaker. Although the overall size is taller/longer, which could be useful - however, it tapers in so that the top part where it opens is the narrowest point, which makes it difficult to load items such as my iPad. Nope.
