Black scuff + seems already coming apart

These are cute and comfortable. I ordered a half size larger so that I could wear socks with them. Perfect.

Wore these to Coachella - which means TONS of walking and dirt. and these held up brilliantly. They hide the dirt pretty perfectly and I was able to dance all night in them. My feet were a little sore day 1 since I hand't broken them in yet but on day 3 they were still great. The little heel is the perfect amount of lift while still being comfortable and easy to walk in. And these are very true to size

I am willing to spend a little more money on a cute pair of boots, but I continue returning to this brand. They are the most comfortable heels, I can wear them all day, chase after my kids, and have no pain. I love them! Wish there were more contemporary styles, but still love!

Cute shoes, feel a little tight on my kind of wide feet, but work ok with a thin pair of socks. Color is true to what is shown and they look great with a variety of outfits!

Love this boot. Just bought a second pair as backup I wear the ones I have so much. So comfortable and cute. Looks great with everything too, especially dresses or jumpers. Don't hesitate, buy them already! Based on other reviews I ordered a half size up and love the fit.

Super cute boots! They are a lot comfier than I expected, and I am able to wear them all day running errands with no problems! The heal is just the right height for everyday wear and there is a moderate amount of cushioning in the footbed. I have been wearing them with tucked-in skinny jeans, and I'm sure they would look great with leggings or tights as well. The color is a perfect neutral that goes with everything, I do wish there was more of a pull-on tab on the back, but it really is not a huge deal as there are tabs on the side. Overall, I am super excited about these boots and you can't go wrong with the price, comfort, or style!

These are the cutest shoes!! Almost all of the shoes I wear are 10, just a few are 9.5, and I read a ton of the reviews and I wasn't sure what size to get. I just got the 10, and I was so nervous they wouldn't fit (too small, too big, I didn't know..). I have gotten many pairs of shoes from Zappos and figured that they have that awesome exchange policy, so I was sort of counting on that. Anyway, I got them (super fast, as always!) and they fit perfect right out of the box! The loops on the side are great for pulling them on. The heel is perfect, not too tall or skinny that I feel that I'm going to fall over, and feels like I could wear them all day. The widest part of the shoe (just before the toes begin) is not super wide, so if you normally need a wide size, these may not be as comfortable at first. Arch support wasn't extremely noticeable (it didn't feel like I was "walking on a cloud" or anything), but the soles are pretty comfortable and not rock hard at all. They look super cute with boot cut jeans over them, skinny jeans under them, and skirts. Love the style, color, and fit. Love love love.

Very happy with this boot. The color is very versatile, works well with black or brown. The chunky heel is a perfect height, very sturdy as well. The opening is large enough to fit your skinny jeans into but not too large to look sloppy! Great fall boot overall.

These are cute but sadly pretty cheap boots. I guess you get what you pay for! The label on the foot bed caused blisters on my arch. I eventually got used to it, but then the label in the footbed started to peel off! The holes and upturned label caused discomfort and irritation. The heels and material look pretty cheap close-up, though I think from afar it's probably fine. They only lasted less then a year before getting too beat-up and shabby to wear again. I ordered another pair b/c overall they were pretty comfortable, but decided to return them when compared to a more expensive brand, which was more comfortable out-of-the box and hopefully will last longer. If you're looking for an inexpensive pair of boots, though, these are quite nice.

I wanted to give these boots a good rating cause they ARE very cute and stylish. HOWEVER they are not as comfortable for all day wear and they run small. My biggest complaint is that they are HORRIBLE to put on. There is no zipper so you pretty much have to rely on pulling on the side straps to force them on. Even with me buying them a size up it took me a good 25-30 minutes to get one boot on which is insane. Will be returning unfortunately. For those who are leaving great reviews, if there’s a secret to putting these boots on with no struggle please share what your magic is.

This is a good pair of shoes relative to its price. Although after some time that I walked with them it became uncomfortable since I could feel a little bump where the heel is connected to the shoe. This can be painful when I wear them for a long time. For a short time they are ok.

I bought these as a gift for my son's girlfriend. I ordered a half-size larger than her normal size (based on reviews) and she said though they were just a bit roomy, a half-size smaller would have been too small, so she is very happy with them. I have purchased Zappos shoes as gifts for lots of people and it has worked out great every time!
