Loved this shoe out of the box—exactly what I was looking for. Then I tried them on. Very tight across the toes. Naot is usually more generous with width but not this time. Unfortunately, they are going back.

I'm sorry to say that these darling shoes didn't work for me as they were too narrow in the toe box. I ordered 1/2 size up and usually wear a medium width, but these were still too snug. Sending back.

In my desperate search for comfy work shoes, I found these lovely oxfords. They are really pretty and stylish. The support is average and I do not wear them for a workday longer than five hours; I stand all my shift. I am a bit disappointed as I feel I overpaid for mediocre support.

If you have a wide foot and narrow heel, this shoe is not for you...my heel slipped right out. And it's too bad, it a cute shoe. Back it goes.

This shoe is weird. The size was off. The texture wasn't like most leather shoes. The detailing and light sole was different. For the price - I wanted and expected...not weird. I'm returning.

What a beautiful shoe! Alas it runs very small. I would say almost a full size too small.

I would have kept these shoes were they not so expensive. But at that price point, they should be perfect and comfortable and beautiful. The leather was ugly and looked like fake leather. The cork insoles were cushiony but had little arch support. The ankle opening was too large and my foot slid around, but the toebox was already on the narrow side. My pinky toes were landing on the edge of the stitching inside the shoe, so I could not size down. I have morton's toe (short big toe) and it drives me nuts that Naot and many other comfort shoe makers just won't accommodate that -- it's a pretty common foot shape. I am similarly annoyed that companies like Naot and Mephisto can't design a stylish, beautiful shoe. Get with it guys!

I bought these shoes, because the pair allows me to replace the standard insert with an orthotic. The shoes a very attractive, and would be fun to wear with pants. Unfortunately, for me they were tight across the foot where the laces start on the shoe. I tried a full size larger to no avail.

I had hoped to wear this shoe on a trip to Europe, but it had little arch support, little padding in the insole and was not as stylish out of the box as it looked online.

The left shoe was slightly smaller than the right shoe, and my toes were crammed in both shoes.

You sent the wrong size.

Sorry but for what this shoe costs, I wanted a more substantial sole. Some may like it to feel like a slipper, but I prefer a sole that is not so thin and flexible. Plus the heel box was large for me.

I have a pair of Naots that are perfect for my wide feet, but boy, these are not it. I'm so disappointed! The Kedmas are even cuter in person, but they would be like little torture-boxes for my feet. I sure do wish all the Naots that Zappos offers in wide weren't ugly as sin, because then I'd be a super-fan.

Nice looking shoe, but the fit is terrible - I have a wide foot and high arch, and so I went up to size 7 (normally wear 6-1/2 wide) since this doesn't come in wide width. The length was okay but the arch was too tight and the heel was huge - you could see the gap, and when I tried to walk in these, my foot came out of the shoe at the heel. They were that loose. Tightening the laces did nothing (except hurt the top of my foot more). Poorly made, in my opinion. There is no rating for "too large in the heel." For this amount of money I would have expected better quality. I have Naot sandals that fit me well but unfortunately the shoe does not work for me.

Alas, this shoe wants to do too much. I have a narrow, shallow foot (though not narrow enough to order narrow shoes generally), and the toe box was a perfect fit for me (a nice surprise), but the arch and heel area way too wide. When laced, they overlapped and there was still a gap--so much that I could fit my fingers on each side of my foot. They felt great on my foot and I love the look, but these will have to go back due to how wide they were.

Naot is a trusted brand, quality shoes, great design and really nice leather. These are exactly everything I'd expect. When they arrived I wore them around on carpet for a few days to make sure they would work. They seemed great so I finally wore them home. I guess I don't do much walking at work, because 10 minutes into my walk my feet started hurting. The shoes which didn't feel tight before were now strangling. I have wide feet, so I need the extra room. Most leather shoes will soften a little but these are made from thick hard leather (they really are nicely made), so well made that they are not budging at all. I wore them around for a few more weeks hoping they'd break in, but finally tossed them in the donate pile. Rather expensive to just wear for a few weeks. If you have wide feet, avoid these at all costs.

This shoe is ginormous. I ordered a 36 as I normally do and returned it for a 35 and my feet were still swimming in the shoe. Had to return, which is unfortunate as I loved the coloring of the chestnut leather. Also good to note this shoe is very masculine. Nothing particularly feminine at all about them.
