I love this bag, but it would be nice if the zippers were smoother. Took this bag with me to Taiwan and carried my camera, bottled water, wet wipes, everything I needed. Lots of compartments, and all but one is zippered so it is a very secure purse for flights, if you need to stow away the purse in the overhead storage bins. Also, I really like the Mushroom color. Washable, comes out looking great! Very sturdy.

I love this new bag! I've been using it for about a week now. I keep going through purses because they get too heavy and the strap breaks, but the design on this bag will make that virtually impossible. I love all the different pockets and it's very comfortable, even though I do have it kind of heavy. My only complaint is the zippers could be smoother.

I was leaving on a trip this winter - a neighbor said "you must take this bag - it's the best!" So it traveled with me - and there was a pocket for everything! I found what I needed whenever I looked and it has style! I came home and ordered my own - and love it. Can't imagine home or away without it.

I love the Big Sydney Bagg. It's comfortable and light, and has a lot of compartments. I like the fact that you do not need a wallet with this bag. This is a great cross body with chunky, stylish hardware.

Love this bag. The color grey is really pretty against all the metal zippers and hardware. I love the front pockets. My wallet & cell phone fit nicely in the two front packets. Love the yellow interior, which makes it easy to locate items inside. Lots of room in main compartment for me to toss in a cardigan. My Mom saw it and loved it. She's going to order one too. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative. The number one thing I like about working with Zappos is free shipping both ways. I doubt I would purchase as much as I do without this arrangement.

Bought this for a trip and find myself using it every day. The adjustable strap makes this an easy to use crossbody bag with well designed pockets. The front pouch with a twist buckle is perfect for my cell phone and allows for quick access when receiving a call. Great, functional, and stylish.

Love this purse! It is almost the perfect purse! I want to comment on the zippers that everyone is talking about. I just got mine today and was aware of the zipper issue from the reviews. I have heard that if you take a lead pencil and rub it along the closed zipper a few times, zippers work great. I tried it and it works smooth as silk now! No issues. So many large pockets - I have to remember how I organized the thing. Very well made, super sturdy. I got the black as it can be dressed up a bit more. However, know that this is a more casual bag because the fabric is a nice, thick, flat black nylon like - as opposed to a shinier finish that would be more dressy. Works fine for me though as I tend to be more casual most of the time anyway.

I love this bag. A friend of mine had it in an orange color that is no longer available. I ordered Pewter. The size is great to carry a book or iPad. The pockets help me stay organized. I get many compliments on it.

I love this bag. It held everything I would normally need in a purse plus all the stuff I want to carry on a plane including my iPad. the zippers are kinda stiff at first but that improved with use. I love the bright yellow interior. No more black hole!

I really like this bag! I's an all purpose bag that holds everything I need in places I know where everything is. It is waterproof.

Almost perfect. Very capacious without being horribly oversized-looking. Toggle pocket on front is perfect for a phone (easy to access fast). Attached money pouch is fabulous -- just the right length of line for ease of use, and I never have to worry about leaving it behind, but it unclips easily for carrying alone. Pewter is the absolutely perfect neutral for everyday wear with any color. Strap is wide and comfortable. The purse is so light, too. And the zipper becomes easier over time with use, or you can buy Dritz zipper glide for it. Problems? The strap is a little warmer grey than the purse, and the top card pocket had a big hole in the bottom. I just love this purse.

This is one of the best Baggallini bags I've had. I got it for a 10-day trip and it had great places for everything (phone, camera, iPad, wallet, makeup bag). I especially like the large, easy-to-grab zipper pulls and clasp. The inside pockets are wonderfully useful. As with all straps, this one can't be adjust short enough, so I unstitched the end and cut it shorter. I'm ordering the smaller version for every day.

I love this bag, especially the front pockets. I can put my phone and to do list in the flap one and my calendar and banking papers in the zip one. It is not a huge bag but with the two other zippered pockets and the open one on the back I have not encountered anything I needed to slip in there that would not fit. I do not have a notebook...I think you might need a small padded case and slip it in the open side pocket. Not sure. I love Baggallini in all its shapes and sizes...but this is my favorite.

I bought this bag for a trip to Washington, DC and have not changed to another purse. That was in March 2013. It is great for travel and great for everyday.

I really liked the size of the purse (I like larger purses). Lots of pockets for organizing. The zippers gave me pause. I liked them but they didn't operate very smoothly.

Loving it. A place for everything and everything in its place. The exterior pockets that are different from one another make it for me. When I'm traveling, I'm wishing it was a little bigger -- to carry my iPad. Around town it is perfect.

I used to love this bag until a bought a replacement for mine (which I've finally beat to heck). There is only one inside zipper compartment now. Fatal flaw for me. I returned it. Two is what I have, want and need.

Baggallini bags have consistently stood up to the standards they claim plus MY standards! I use 3 different styles for different uses and admit being very "tough" on usage and handling.

Living in NYC I need a functional bag where I can easily access my phone, my Metrocard, and other items without the safety concerns of opening and digging through a large bag. That said this bag is a dream come true. The outside pockets are so useful and I've carried a pair of flats in the main part of the bag. It's terrific for traveling too.

I love this bag! I was looking for a bag that I could easily fit my iPad (full size) in. The iPad actually fits in the front zipper pocket, which makes it really easy to get it into the purse. Also, the front pockets are each about 6.5" tall, so they will easily fit most smart phones. The look is nice too. It looks nicer than my old Timbuk2 bag I was using as a purse for the last couple years.

I love this bag. Baggaillini has such good quality. It just feels like it will last for years. Easy to get stuff (keys, subway card, phone) in and out of the outer pockets. And its comfortable with a cloth (nylon) strap. Easy to adjust the strap if you want to put it across your chest and then back. Strap is not too long for the average size woman. A little more expensive than most totes, but totally worth it. You get what you pay for.
