I was so sad to get this shoe. I love the Mary Jane patent style and heel height but the quality is rock-bottom bad. The material was buckled/wrinkled, slit in the side was cut jaggedly. I don't expect great things but you can get shoes at discount stores for a 1/5 of the cost and get MUCH better quality.

These shoes look nice but they are really poorly made. They are not leather but rather some sort of pleather treatment that peels off. I've worn my pair twice and they are already showing signs of wear. The fabric has come off the button on the non-functional buckle. Yes, non-functional buckle. The strap is secured with elastic as opposed to just opening like a regular pair of mary janes would. Despite being made by a company called Fitzwell, these do not fit so well. They soles are thin and you really feel as if there is zero support under the ball of your foot where the majority of your weight is bearing in heels. Not a fan of this brand.

Wearing these for the first time today. Overall I'm pleased. I love the style, and the fit is fine. The elastic in the strap has enough give to accommodate my orthotics -- a real boon. I will probably also put a cushion in the toe, as there really isn't much shock absorption at the ball of the foot, but considering the height of the heel, that's not a shock. Overall, I'm pleased.

I bought this style in two colors, black and this "nude." I was quite surprised when I opened the box. I suppose I would have called the color "nude" if I were Snow White. I personally think "bone" would have been more accurate. The discrepancy between the picture on the site and the shoes in the box was so stark I asked the customer service rep if there was any way the box had been mislabeled when I returned them. I honestly cannot imagine wearing them with anything, the combination of the color and the patent leather is so odd.

The heels of these shoes were higher than I expected and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to wear them in my Daughter's wedding for which I bought them. However, when I tried wearing them a while, I was surprised to find them more comfortable than I expected. I managed to wear them through out the ceremony and the beginning of the reception. I'm sure that someone who is used to very high heels would have absolutely no problem wearing them all day.

I want to love these shoes. They are so stylish, and they were exactly what I was looking for -- Mary Jane pump that I can wear to work without looking like a stripper or an old lady. Unfortunately, they just do not fit my feet. I have narrow feet and the strap is not adjustable. I am going to try to have a cobbler change it to a snap so I don't have to return them. I have another pair of Fitzwell shoes that I love and that are not too wide. Overall I was disappointed.

These are officially the ugliest shoes I have ever ordered. The color is not nude, it is hospital off white, and the toe is not round or cute, it is a weird shape and not attractive. These shoes look like something the Queen of England would wear. Ick.

The color of the shoes I received is a weird yellowy ivory (not nude). I think I would love them if the color was right. That said, if someone wants ivory shoes that are double wide and high high -- these are decent

Completely disappointed. I usually order size 7.5 but lately shoes have felt small due to swelling of my feet so I began ordering size 8. Size 8's are too long for my feet and my heels slip out so I have to buy heel inserts and walk tenderly. In this brand and style I saw that it came in wide widths so I thought I would try a 7.5 wide and was very excited since this is a super cute style. However, the shoes were tight and did not feel as if they would break in easily, if it is made of leather, it is very stiff leather. Totally disappointed and guess I need to go to an actual shoe store to try shoes on as I do not want to keep returning shoes by mail.

This shoe looks SO GOOD (I ordered the nude and black patent) but feels SO BAD. I ordered the 8.5WW and the shoe itself fit well, but was extremely uncomfortable on my toes. I am very disappointed that I have to return them though, because they look fantastic. If I could walk in them a bit better I would definitely keep them despite the pain, but alas...these pretty shoes will have to be returned.

The shoe itself is very pretty; however, the toe box is too small, my heel was slipping out the back. Otherwise I would have just gotten a larger size, but that would not work. I wear a size 7.5 WW, so maybe if you have a narrower foot, it will work for you, or if your heel is larger, just get a larger size, my heel is small compared to the rest of my wide foot.

They fit exactly as they should, and the stretch button/strap really make them easy to stay on and get off without stretching the size and making it loose. They're nice looking with a good finish, but the built-in band on the inner side of the foot makes them look a bit cheaper. A bit too expensive for what they are, but I'm satisfied with their comfort and size.

Shoe was cute and was pretty close to what I was looking for but because the inside is tan if you wear tights it looks a bit strange.

The shoe is cute with trousers, but it has funny slits on the sides. I guess to accommodate wider feet. They are very comfortable to walk around in, but don't look cute with a short dress.

This shoe is not nude, it is an ivory, bone color. It also appears cheap.

Gorgeous pump! Sexy, stylish, and easy to wear. A bit loose in the heel, but that is easily fixed by purchasing some little heel gels at the drugstore.

Beautiful shoe! Usually I do not fit into shoes like this because of my wide feet. I ordered this one in a E-wide and my feet fitted without any problems. Now I just have to learn to walk in it without falling.

I ordered a pair in "nude patent". When they arrived, I was surprised to see the color was more bone (white) than nude. Oh well, the color will grow on me. Otherwise, they are super cute and sassy. They are great for the office.

LOVE these shoes! I wear and 8.5 and have wide feet...so I ordered an 8.5W they fit perfectly! Like jeans, I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit well. Very happy!!

If I hadn't worn these shoes out, I'd definitely be returning them. They just don't fit me right and it's in the oddest of ways. I range between 9-10, normally 10. I've never ordered wide shoes but I have a really hard time in heels and they always feel suffocating and constricting, so I thought maybe I should measure my width to see if that was the issue. I do turn out to measure as a wide foot. So I got these in 10W. The width seems just a smidgen bigger than I need, as if the narrow would be too tight and cause pain like all my other heels. The length is off too, too big but felt like a 9.5 would be too tight. It shows toe cleavage, which I don't like but the oddest part is how roomy the toe box is height wise. There is space from the top of my foot and toe cleavage to the top of the shoe. It's very unattractive. I tried putting insoles in but it barely helped. If I wear these with bare feet, they feel sturdier than when I wore them with stockings. I felt very slippery and unstable out in them with stockings and multiple insoles. Also, the sole liner of the heel on one is already lifting up and for the brand and it's claims I didn't find these to be any more supportive or comfortable than heels much cheaper that don't advertise comfort. It just really sucks because I fell in love with the Mary Jane look and they are cute, they just don't fit and it was a waste of money.

I love love love love these shoes. Over the years, I have really messed up my feet. They are now wide and I have bunions making it even harder to find a) heels that fit b) heels I can be in for more than a couple of hours. Usually a 7.5W will work and then I use a shoe stretcher and this usually works for flats but heels are still a problem. I ordered these in a 7WW and they are perfect. They don't pinch. I can slide them on effortlessly. I put some foot petals in there for cushion under the ball of the foot and heel as there really isn't any padding in these. They look wonderful on. They don't look like old lady shoes. They don't look like there are WW. Thank you Fitzwell!

The "button-snap closure" is false. It is a faux closure as there is not actually a way to undo the button. I had a problem trying to cram my foot into these shoes without being able to undo the strap to put them on properly. Also, the "Gore strip at instep" is the reason the shoes have a slit in the side as another reviewer mentioned. I thought it was odd at first until I realized there needed to be a slit for the elastic. I wish I didn't have to return these shoes, I really like them.

These shoes were cute enough, but they do not look nude. They look white/bone colored. No tiny hint of pink or even tan. I have very wide feet with a high instep; they fit fine, even fairly comfortable. Though, if you have a high instep this probably won't be a flattering shoe on your foot. It fit me fine, but didn't look that nice on.
