As with so many Dansko's these shoes just propel you forward with the rolling bottoms. The strap over the flat part of my foot was very tight when i first tried them on, but now that I have worn them several times, they are very comfortable.

I loved these shoes, although most of the reviews we're negative. I wear between a 10 or 11 narrow shoe and these fit perfectly.

These Danskos were not only at least one half size smaller, they were extremely narrow, even for my narrow feet. The sole was cushioned but the texture of it felt uncomfortable. The straps dug into my feet. I don't recommend them if you're used to the comfort of the standard Dansko line or if you have even medium wide feet.

Boo, Dansko! These sandals felt two sizes too small! I've never had problems with my clogs, but it seems that Dansko sandals run much, MUCH smaller. I could barely fit my foot into the cabin of this shoe and the straps were made for a child's foot - these are going back right away. What a shame, these are second style of Dansko sandals that have run extremely small.

What a lovely looking shoe. I couldn't get my foot in though. I count on Dansko to provide me comfortable shoes, but this shoe does not fit the bill. The strap is so tight I would have to cut off my big toe to fit my foot in comfortably!

I have been wearing mine for a year now, with frequent use. I can walk all day in these shoes, and I get compliments on how stylish they are. I love them!

I absolutely love these shoes. They go with everything. They took about two wears to break them in completely. I walk a lot, take stairs at work, and have chased a bus in these sandals. They will change your life.

I LOVE this shoe. I love that it's attractive and stylish - AND comfortable. Wore it to my daughter's university graduation last week and probably walked a mile - up hills, stairs, etc. Developed a small blister over big toe, but minor considering and for first time wearing them, I was very impressed!

Again, a very comfortable sandal. I tried both the 38 & 39 and 38 fit perfectly (I am a true 8). Nice, soft foot bed and with the rubber sole on foot bed and heel, there isn't the wooden "clacking" sound that can be so annoying. My only complaint is that the leather is stapled to the wood and looks cheap. Although the staples are painted black, you can see the top of each staple and it shows silver-Dansko can do so much better! I am keeping them despite the visible staples.

I love these shoes! Do not get me wrong, they are still heels, but they have arch support and are the most comfortable heels that I now own. I do have wide toes and after wearing them all day my toes were a little sore. The color is the perfect nude.

I have worn Dansko clogs for years but have always been on the lookout for more stylish sandal options. These shoes are exactly what I have hoped for. Unbelievable comfort and style. I just got home from wearing them all day and my feet still feel great.

I was a little worried about all of the reviews saying they ran small/narrow, but ordered my regular size of 38 anyway. I'm so glad I did. I don't think I have narrow feet at all, and they fit perfectly. So comfy - I definitely would have had to return a bigger size. These shoes are SO flattering in the sand (nude) color - I'm a photographer and first saw them on a client, and have been obsessed ever since. I finally bought them and am so glad I did. They look adorable with skirts, dresses, and even jeans. I've owned 4 other pairs of Danskos but these by far are my favorite!

I love these sandals! Dansko shoes and sandals are usually way too wide for me but these are great. They take some breaking in, but once that is done, they are comfortable. I purchased the nude last year - this year I will get the black.

I bought these sandals in orange as a special-occasion sandal and found them so comfortable and stylish that I bought a second pair in brown. Even though the heel is fairly high, I can walk all day and even sprint if I need to! Love these shoes. The arch support is superb. There was next to no break-in period. They were comfortable almost immediately. And it doesn't hurt that every time I wear the orange ones, someone comes up to me and says "I love your shoes." Seriously. Every time!

Love, love, love these shoes in both black and neutral. Sexy, comfortable, I can walk in them without getting blisters, these are the best that Dansko is currently offering--and I tried them all this summer!

These shoes are awesome! Instantly comfortable and easy to walk in. I love them and bought them in the nude as well. They look great with pants or skirts. Very stylish. Nice job Dansko!

I bought these because I loved the orange, and thought that I would try Dansko sandals. I was not disappointed - same high quality as Dansko clogs. I ordered same size as my clogs and that fit (some reviewers felt otherwise). There was only one small spot that rubbed a little on first wearing (as with most sandals for me - I have wide feet). The footbed has a little traction which keeps your feet from sliding within the shoes, the sole is lightweight (I love the heel cutout) and has good grip on bottom. They are super cute, and a great way to add a little color to business or professional wear.

These shoes are amazing. I had given up on wearing heels in New York because they're just not practical for walking, but Dansko has changed my outlook. They are comfortable right out of the box; no break-in period necessary. The arch support is great for my medium-high arch. The leather upper doesn't rub anywhere. They are easily one of my favorite pairs of shoes.

I love these sandals, they are so beautiful on, and amazingly comfortable. They look great with everything from long summer dresses, skirts, shorts, to capris! I am a teacher so I stand most of the day, run up and down stairs and hallways, carry heavy bags etc, and these shoes are perfect. They really support your feet well. I have a high arch and narrower foot, and these feel absolutely perfect on my foot. I have the black and want to get the nude also. They might be a bit tight on wider feet.

I already wrote a review, but needed to add a few things after reading some of the negative reviews. Not tight at all and I would know...I have bunions on both feet and this sandal not only hides that, but they feel awesome. I was sold on Dansko when I bought the professional clogs. My first sandals were the Rowena Crazy Horse, which I wore for the first time in New Orleans to a concert. Stood on my feet all night and walked home to the hotel in them. I am all about buying for comfort and have not been disappointed yet. Takes a little getting used to because the soles are solid, but I didn't feel unsure when walking in them after I wore them at home for awhile. I loved them so much I bought another pair!

LOVE!!! Perfect fit! Wore them for the first time tonight and my feet feel awesome. I am usually kicking off heels as soon as I can. Love the way my feet look in them, I may just wear them to bed!

I can usually wear either a 41 or 42 in Dansko, depending on the shoe. However, this 42 was too narrow. Very cute shoe, so I'm sad that it does not fit.

I had my eye on these for over a year and finally invest in them! I was not disappointed. The foot bed is very comfortable and in true Dansko fashion they have great arch support. They are a bit higher than I usually wear, but are comfortable all day long. I love the artistic styling and the color goes with everything. I have white Dansko sandals as well, but like these when I don't want my feet to stand out as the feature of my outfit. Thanks Zappos for continuing to carry this shoe while I took my time deciding!

I love this sandal! I was a little worried about the comfort and fit in the toe area after reading reviews but I did not find it stiff or confining. It is secure on my foot because of the straps but I can get them on and off without unbuckling. I even wear them when I ride my scooter! There is nothing bad that I can say about these! The orange color is also a unique color that surprisingly goes with a lot of my wardrobe by adding a pop of color.

Usual quality and comfort I expect from Dansko in terms of the support, the footbed and the leather. Very light. Bizarrely tight over the ball of the foot. Normally I can wear this size without issue. You folks who can't usually wear Dansko due to narrow feet, these might just be for you.
