I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this shoe. It is so adorable, but the sizing is way off. I wear 5.5 medium. The length of the shoe was okay except that only my big toe pressed against the end uncomfortably - and the heel was way too wide - and I don't have a narrow heel. My closet used to be full of Clarks - over the past year or so I have been repeatedly disappointed by the fit.

I have bought Clarks a dozen times over the years, and I really love them. I always wear a 7 1/2. Unfortunately, these are way too big and keep slipping off my feet. I'm disappointed and not sure I want to spend another hundred on a size 7 or 6 1/2.

Too soft and squeaky. The soft uppers were almost slouchy when brand new, providing no support at all and gaping a bit at several areas. The cushioning was nice, but both heels had something in them that squeaked/squished. Love the red leather design, but that was about it.

I thought this shoe was perfect at first, but every time I wore them, I got blisters on the bottoms of my big toes. I tried adding insoles, heel pads, etc. Nothing helped, so I ended up donating them to charity while they were still like new. Not sure what the problem was.

Disappointed with these Clarks, unfortunately. They're very strange...they felt floppy and loose. They also created some weird bumps in the toe area because the laser cut fabric is very loose fitting. It's like a slipper flat that didn't quite make it.

I ordered a 9 1/2 based on reviews even thought I normally wear a 10 and I am returning them as my toes fit too snugly against the toe of the shoe. They are pretty and a soft shoe.

Do not buy. I purchased this shoe because it was a gorgeous, neutral flat to wear when I can't wear black flats with an outfit. Initially, it was fantastic. It's a very pretty shoe and quite supportive (for flats). However, I've only had them for about four months (worn maybe once a week to work) and they have already stretched out! It's to the point where I have to strain to keep them on my feet. They are incredibly uncomfortable to wear now. The style is great but I've only worn them about twenty times and they're already almost worn out.
