The shoe itself is beautiful and well made. The heel height is great... the 3/4 platform brings it down to 3 inches. Sadly, I had to return it, because the front of the shoe pinches my toes. Although I have a relatively thin foot, the low cut front caused the problem.

The shoe is beautiful and was comfortable in the toe area but it was too long and my heel kept slipping out. I am usually a 9 and ordered an 8.5. I'll be returning the shoe.

The shoe is beautiful and the height is very comfortable; however, no matter what I try my heel keeps slipping out of the shoe. Very disappointing because otherwise it's perfect.

I love these shoes! I get complimented on them all the time. I ordered three almost identical pairs, and this one was the keeper, both because the patent has a nicer shine to it than the others and because it was the most comfortable. I wear heels about 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, and sometimes on the weekend, and these are some of the most comfortable, except one small issue: The toe space is a little bit short, so at the end of a long day, sometimes my toes feel cramped, but a very small discomfort compared to many other heels I wear. I highly recommend these shoes for a standard black pump.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier with them. They are a great height but still comfortable. They go with absolutely everything and fit true to size.

If you are looking for comfortable and cute black pumps, look no further. This is my second pair of Vince Camuto shoes and I am hooked. How he can make 4 inch heels so comfy I'll never know but I'm so glad I found him. Most heels pinch my toes unbearably but these don't. I ordered my true size and I haven't had any trouble with my heel slipping out yet, though we'll see when I try them with tights. Love these shoes!

I love my Vince camuto Zella. I wear a 7/12 but had to return it for a half size smaller. So if you are getting this fabulous pump try a half size smaller because it does come a little big. And it wears well.

Absolutely LOVE this pump. They are very comfortable, have a little padding on the sole. Perfect heel height.

Super comfy for such a high heel. These fit a little long,(great for my long thin feet)- but not enough to go down in size at all. I did get a little heel slippage, but I find this true for all pumps if I'm not crammed into them, and it's greatly reduced with an inexpensive pair of foam heel grips that go into the back part of the shoe ('heel snugs').

Usually wear a 7.5 in Vince Camutos, so ordered a 7 in these based on prviois reviews. Heels still slip out of back, returning.

I tried these shoe on while shopping at Nordstroms and they wanted much more than Zappos! I normally wear a 8½ or a 9 and I had to go to the 8½ one shoe was so much bigger on one of my feet that I could not walk. Go a half a size smaller and break them in, ladies!

I have an extra hard time finding pumps to fit my extra flat and narrow feet. But the minute I slipped into these shoes, they were my "glass slipper". I do still have a problem which I didn't notice till I started to break the shoes in, I have a little gap in the back around my heal. But besides that the shoes are wonderful and extra comfortable. Can't wait to wear them out.

These shoes were fabulous! I will be wearing them to a wedding this weekend. I highly recommend them, they look and feel pretty comfortable (I am not accustomed to wearing heels--I was very surprised about how they felt). Great buy!

These shoes felt very comfortable and the heel is a nice height. Unfortunately, though, as other reviewers stated, the heels slip off constantly. Since I wore them, I am taking them to the shoemaker in hopes that he can do something to allow me to wear them. If Vince corrected the heels, I would love to own a black pair since this heel size is hard to find. I gave three stars for overall appearance.

Love the look of the shoe, but agree with other reviews, the vamp is too short and the heel slips off constantly!

I was so hoping that the shoe would fit. Unfortunately, I have the exact same problem with it as other reviewers. The back keeps slipping off. I tried the shoe with the heel pad. Nope, the shoe is still slipping plus now my toes are all scrunched. That's just too bad. The shoe is truly beautiful. But I think it's cut too low to stay on a normal foot.

These shoes are beautiful in person. However, like many other reviewers I was stepping out of them...even with a heel/foot pad. I so wanted these to work for me since they can be worn with jeans or a dress.
