These shoes are very comfortable and perfect for women with a narrow shoe size. I usually wear a 9.5 AA, but found that this size was a bit short so exchanged them for a 10. I am not a runner but will walk 4 miles several times a week and these shoes make it easy. Zappos customer service people were wonderful as well.

I love this shoe. I have very narrow feet with flat arches and bad ankles. The shoe fit me like a glove and it has great support and cushion. One note, the shoe runs a bit small and I would order a half size larger than your actual shoe size. That was the advice I myself had read in Zappos reviews, and I took it. Gosh darn it if they weren't right!

Great running shoes, excellent arch support. I am glad that I ordered 8.5 and 9 Wide. Usually I wear 8.5 W, but this time 9 W fits better.

The Gel-Kayano's are the best running sneaker... I have been buying them for several years now. I used to purchase Nike because I like the look, but my back would always hurt after running. I always purchase 1/2 size large on my running sneakers because my feet tend to swell a lot. Normally I purchase the blue/ grey combo. This year I bought the pink/ grey combo, love love love them!

I looked for nice looking black walking/running shoe to support my injured feet. These shoes give me the support I need for workout in the gym or for any other everyday activity, and they look great with almost any casual outfit.

This is an absolutely wonderful shoe. I was looking for a top-rated walking shoe, but gasped at the price. I found that the shoe really lives up to the rating. Would buy it again.

These are probably the best running shoes I've ever owned. Broke in very quickly, and very comfy. Very good impact absorption.

Just purchased these. Wonderful supportive fit - and super comfortable the first time out!

These Asics are great. Best arch support and overall foot support. Plenty of room for long toes and they don't hurt my bunion either. I used to wear only New Balance but newest ones fit differently, so I will now stick with Asics. Also very cute even in size 11 - lots of compliments!

I love the Kayano 18, I have several of the previous models in 11 Narrow, but find this one runs small. Wish I would have ordered a half size larger.

Loved them right out of the box. Ran 4 miles first run with no chafing. Previously wore Asics Gel-Nimbus 13 and wanted to up the support in my next pair of running shoes.

I don't jog, but go for long walks and this shoe provides great comfort and support...and Zappos provides the best service!

These shoes are fantastic. I used to only wear Nike Moto, but these shoes are even better. Great support for normal feet and arches.

I bought my first pair of Asics GEL Kayanos two years ago - low arch, overweight, walking a key to my regaining health. But my feet hurt so much wearing shoes to walk. I must have tried twenty pair of shoes back then! I love these shoes! When I tried them on - Wow! Lots of cushioning, great fit, just enough support (not stabilizing but support that's comfy) and my feet could breathe. Bought the Kayano 18s and once again, I love these shoes!

Great running shoe. I always get this from Zappos because I can order a narrow - which is hard to find in stores! I wear a 9 but order 9.5 in all running shoes.

I started wearing these Asic Gel-Kayano about 4 years ago. My favorite shoe for running or cross training. I wear an 8 and the size has always been true to fit except these Asics Gel Kayano 18 are a little tight. I had to go with an 8 1/2. I recommend go a half size bigger then what you normally wear. I love these shoes!

Awesome...except they show signs of wear very quickly. There's a small area of design that the shoe laces rub off. I had to exchange my first pair because the liner inside wore through and exposed the foam.

I have worn Asics running shoes for years. I was not thrilled with this style of Asics. They rub in strange places on the top and side. The size felt smaller than I expected. While the support is okay, they are not comfortable to me.

It's comfy but always getting numbness on the toebox, especially right side, maybe not wide enough. I got the medium, this is the same as GT2160 I returned. Adidas GLIDE has a better toebox that never gave me numbness after running 3 half marathon, and other mini runs.

I was a complete devotee of the Gel-Kayano 16, but Asics has just slightly changed the cut for the 17 and now the 18 as well, and they no longer fit my feet. The mesh on the toes is too small so the "leather" part cuts into my big & little toe joints, and even the wide was narrower than expected -- except in the heel which was too loose! I wish they'd go back to the old cut!

Going on four years strong with this shoe and it barely got its first tear. I work as a nurse and these held up very well. Highly recommended! Runs narrow- if you are regular width, get a "wide" in these.

These shoes are great! They are comfortable, stylish, and have great support. They fit my foot type very well and have gotten better with age. I tried on several New Balance shoes, but found these to be more comfortable. Extremely satisfied with Zappos fast and easy service!

I am a very active 70 year woman. I have tried all type of brands...this one is the best. The support in the heel and arch is amazing.

I love Asics and these are no exception. They fit perfectly and feel great. I would definitely recommend them.

Great shoes! Comfortable from day 1. So nice to be able to find narrow. As others have mentioned, order up a half size.
