I am sending this boot back, but my son took a long time of debate before he would give them up. He is 23. He said they were the most comfortable pair of boots he ever put on, but they were just too heavy. He is tall and has a very slight build. I had also purchased a pair of Timberlands so he could select the pair he preferred. He liked the look of the Timberlands a bit more but the Irish Setters were more comfortable. Just thought others might want to hear this evaluation.

I really liked the boots but I could not handle the made in china label I have been wearing Redwings for over 30 years all made in the USA so I sent them back. Bummer!

Have owned other Red Wing boots in the past that have lasted many years. I got these for Christmas last year and the sole has already ripped. Never had this problem even with $30 dollar wal-mart boots. Very disappointed. As the sole gets very hard in cold weather and can be slippery at times.

Best boots I have ever owned. I run a car wash in Colorado so my feet are always wet. The water at the wash is not normal water. Its filled with very strong chemicals. Most of the boots I have bought through the years have only lasted one winter. This is the third winter that I have had them and they are finally showing some wear. I am also on my feet all day and walk at least 7 miles a day in them. They are very comfortable and look great. I will be asking my wife for another pair this Christmas.

Great boots. You won't be disappointed. They are well made and comfortable. I was disappointed to see Red Wing shoes "made in China" but the quality is still there.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. And oh yeah, awesome. No regrets on this boot. Very well made. Comfortable. Durable. I would buy them again but they are still in excellent condition so it's not necessary.
