Just left this message at their customer support: "My husband has a pair of your Irish Setter 83600 6" Aluminum Toe boots. I just read through your warranty about how if you use the boots for occupational reasons then the warranty is void. We were prepared to buy a new pair due to these falling apart after 1 year, but after reading that I think we will switch to a more dependable brand that stands behind their product for the purpose in which they are made. What the heck do you think people are doing in these boots? Going to the mall? You have just lost a potential life-long customer and I will be leaving poor reviews for you guys. Have a little spine." Needless to say this policy is really poor, if you use these boots for what they were made for then the warranty is void. It is a real shame, my husband really really likes them.

I have bought 2 pairs in the last 5 years. After 5 years daily use they were pretty rough but still held together. I consider that actually pretty good hence why I bought the 2nd pair. The new pairs always look amazing and take a little break in time.

Terrific boots and very well made. I was looking for the best I could get as long as they were comfortable and warm! Well, these fit the bill for sure.

These boots are amazing! It took two weeks to break them in. They look great and fit awesomely. I wear a size 13 and ordered size 13. They fit true to size. I hope they last for a long time.

Great pair of boots! I've been buying work boots twice a year for the last 10 years. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. They are very true to size so if you have a wide foot get the wider with.

Bought these for my fiance. He is a farmer and works 12+ hour days and most weekends during the summer. Needless to say he needs very durable footwear. They were comfortable for him right out of the box! He loves them and they needed very little break in time. We do have to use mink oil on them to keep the waterproofing but that is normal. We have had them for a few months now and there is no sign of wear yet, he loves how light they are. Great boot for a working man.

Quite comfortable for a safety-toe, stiff-shank pair of workboots. I wear them around the farm and find no discomfort after 8-10 hours. They are a little warm on 80-degree days, but manageable with cotton socks. Stiff shank makes them great for stepping on shovels or standing on ladders. You can also wear these into town without looking like you just crawled out of a construction site. I've had Red Wing and Ariats over the last several years, but probably like these the best overall.

Okay boots, I'm going to keep them but will get something different next time. Could be more comfortable!
