Very very cute but not comfortable for my feet. A little tight/narrow at the toe end across the foot; and like most flats, not very support. Alas, they go back.

Good looking shoe but on my B-width foot, felt too tight across the vamp. Could be the patent leather too stiff, but had to send them back as I could tell they'd feel like torture if worn for more than a short time.

I ordered this shoe in red and was hoping that it would look more like the photo (coral/pink) and less of a true red. Indeed, it is more of a coral/pink. As other reviewers have said, it runs a little narrow. I have wide feet and short toes, but I think that with a little stretch around the top of the foot, it will be fine. I'm only giving 4 stars on comfort for this reason. The sole is super flexible and comfy. I love the detail on the back. Good quality, too.

I'm a sneakers and flip flops girl but I wanted some nicer shoes, nothing too fancy, still kinda sporty. I really never had any flats but gave these a try. I just got them today and have been wearing them all day. I must say I'm sold. They look grey (got the green color) and they are comfortable. There is no arch support but still comfortable! I may even buy a different color!

This shoe was comfortable right out of the box...no break in required. The sole is not thick enough to do a full day of walking on cement, but it is quite comfortable for me for a day at work, in which I am up and down. I put an orthotic arch support in mine. Would recommend.

I like the way these shoes fit. Because I have bunions (not too large in size) I appreciate that the shoe is high enough in front to cover them. They are also quite comfortable although not a lot of support. I did wear them on a trip to France and did quite a bit of walking without a problem.

I really liked the look of these shoes online and even though their soles were different than other Anne Kleins, I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, they do not fit right and rub the bones on outer parts of my feet. They are also not as flexible as the other Anne Klein shoes I have with the iflex soles, which might have been part of the problem. I really wanted to like these shoes, but I will be going back for a different pair since these would undoubtedly hurt if I wore them for any extended amount of time.

I have very sensitive feet. I get blisters whenever I do not wear socks. I tried on a pair of these shoes when I was visiting a friend. I needed some cute shoes to wear that I would be able to stand in for an evening. I searched on Zappos for Anne Klein and found these and another style that I liked. I Love these shoes! I will order more like them! They are so comfortable.

These are a lovely pair of flats. They have very good cushioning relative to flats. These look very much like the Cole Haan Sharapova flats and are actually much more comfortable! I would have liked to keep them; however, I felt that they might cause bunions on my feet because of the way they fit on me - they were a bit tight in that area.

I tried on several styles of flats and these were one that I returned. I loved the look of the black patent leather. However, the tassel on the back made a clicking noise with every step. If I had kept them I would have needed to exchange for a half size up (I usually wear a 10, these were a bit tight). I decided instead on the Anne Klein Buttons which I love!

These shoes are so comfortable the minute I put them on my foot. They are true to size and didn't require any breaking in for me. The pink/purple color is great but I also ordered them in every color I could find. I wear a 7 1/2 and these shoes were true to size. The insole is nice and soft. The ties on the back jingle a little bit but that doesn't bother me when I walk. Since they are patent I bet they will stretch a little bit but there is stitching that may hinder the shoe stretching too much.

I love these shoes! I wish I could have gotten them in navy blue also! They are very comfortable and go with everything.

I love these shoes, they are so comfortable and fit very well. I wear a size 10 but in flats I usually have to go up a size but an 11 was sloppy feeling but these came in a 10.5 which fit perfect and are very hard to find. I have recommended Zappos to many of my friends and clients!

I'm a 9 with regular to narrow feet and these fit me well. I was disappointed that they aren't real leather for the price, but they go with everything and they're so cute and comfy that I'm keeping them anyway.

I bought the dark pink color and they are adorable. More of a pinkish/purple color. I am usually an 8 or 8 1/2 I purchased the 8's and they were too tight my toe was all the way to the end. I will send these back and I've already ordered the 8 1/2 size in the same color. They are light, comfy and so cute. I hope these fit. I've been looking for the perfect pair of cute and comfortable flats. This is the 3rd pair I've sent back to Zappos. Thanks Zappos for the free and easy shipping!

Perfect "red"...and the textured look on the patent helps prevent against the scuff marks I usually get on my patent shoes. Already had lots of compliments. Other reviewers are correct about the width...if you have a slightly wider foot your first few wears will be a little tight. I almost returned them, but after walking around the house for a few days, they are comfortable. I do not wear a "wide" width shoe normally either.

I got these in a size 9 in the pink color. I am happy to say that they are more of a purplish-pink! I have a very narrow foot and they are a bit wide. I also think they are about 1/4-1/2 size long in length but I think the 8.5 would be a little snug. Super-comfy and love the rubber sole!

Tried lots & lots of flats, and I don't generally find them very comfortable. But these were the best I've ever tried. The sole is more cushioned than most -- the shape of the toe is beautiful, the patent trim around the top is pretty, the bow in the back a very nice touch, dressing it up a bit. I love(d) them but the seam split after a week or two of (admittedly heavy) use.

Soft and comfortable. Nice little ballet flat with cute heel. No breaking in time necessary.

Love these -- got them in black, size 9, and they're very comfy and cute. A lot of flats cut you at the heel, but these don't. The sole has just enough padding to be soft without being so thick that it looks like you're wearing a "comfort" shoe.

After a month of occasional wear, this shoe fell apart. The sole separated from the rest of the shoe. The patent-leather-like finish began to tear and flake off. Save your money.

I wear a 9.5 - 10. These seemed to fit in length, but they bowed out a lot when I flexed my foot. The toe box is also shorter than it appears in the photo...if you're someone who hates toe cleavage, these are not the shoes for you! Aside from not being as attractive as I'd hoped, they're not that comfortable.

The quality and look of these shoes are excellent. I got blisters the first time I wore them, but they've been find since I broke them in. I have pretty narrow feet, and they are quite narrow. At first I wasn't sure about the tie up the back, but now I love it. I've worn them all over New York City and they are no worse for the wear. They keep a great, polished look.
