Super comfortable and elegant. I wore them for a week at a conference and hardly had any discomfort.

I was desperate for a comfortable pump - wasn't ready to go to flats and searched for "comfortable" and these Rockports were one of the shoes that appeared in my results. Well, I am delighted to report that these are by far the most comfortable pair of pumps I have ever owned. I work all day in these shoes - up and down from my office for meetings and lunches and I don't even realize I am wearing heels - they are great.

I love these shoes, however, I order narrow and they are a little wide in the heel for my foot. I had to put shoe petals in and still too large. They are extremely comfortable; no breaking in required. They are an attractive looking pump and very professional. I would buy again, but in a triple A. I could not send back because I wore them once.

This is a gorgeous shoe. Hard to find comfort and good looks in the same shoe, and this one has both. Very comfortable but classy and sharp enough to wear with skirts.

Ordered 5.5W and couldn't be happier! These shoes fit well and are comfortable even after a full day on my feet.

I've been looking for a classic business pump for several years. This is perfect replacement for my pair that was well loved and worn. Perfect heel height. Comfortable to wear.

These shoes are so comfortable. They aren't the most stylish, but they certainly do not look dowdy. Great for work and for going out.

I would have kept these shoes, but they were too long on my feet. I ordered a 7W which is what I normally wear, but these and another pair of Rockports I ordered were not true to size.

I needed a dress pump that could be worn with a skirt, dress or slacks in an office atmoshphere. The look is perfect. Comfort wise, not as comfortable as some of the reviews said, but certainly more so than your average pump. Fairly soft and somewhat flexable. I wear a 7N and it was true to size.

I wear size 11M, without fail. On these shoes, however, the pointed toe seems too sharp of an angle on the outside and my toes are rubbing on the front. I expect that with wear, there would soon be a bulge from my toes, giving the shoe an odd shape.

I was looking for a basic black pump with medium height heels. These shoes fit the bill. I was worried they would look too "old lady" but they are classy. Fit as expected, good quality.

These shoes are very comfortable; they are both classy and business like. I were them to church and work. They look great with a suit.

I have bunions and this shoe is one of the few I could fit comfortably in because it is high enough on the inside of my foot.

These would be reasonably comfortable but they run large in the heel. Returning and looking for something else.

Exactly what I was looking for - A basic black pump whith a just slightly rounded toe. Unfortunately it was just a bit too large. Wanted to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller but was not available.

Beautiful shoes, but the toe box is a little too pointy for my toes, and with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I know I won't be able to stand and dance in these. I ordered both an 8.5 and a 9 (my usual size) because of reviews that said it runs large. The 8.5 was too small, but the 9 does fit well. This shoe has a moderate arch support, which is great and I would keep them if the toe were a bit more rounded or less narrow and the heel was a bit tighter. Sorry, pretty shoes, you must go home to Zappos and adorn the feet of a different lucky gal!

Very nice basic pump, somewhat comfortable. I normally wear 8 or 8 1/2 depending on the shoe and have wide toes and a narrow heel. I have ordered several different Rockport pumps and found that I am slipping in an 8W and the 8M does not give me enough room for my toes, so I ended up with 7 1/2 W. In the end I am sending these back for two reasons: The shoes were a little too high and too tight around my heel and the leather felt stiff and I did not feel like going through the pain of breaking them in. Also the smooth leather sole makes me feel like I am sliding down when wearing stockings and it is not as cushy as I hoped. I like the Rockport Total Motion 75mm Pointy Toe Pump better, it looks a tiny bit more stylish, the leather is much softer and the footbed is way more cushy.

This is a great black heel. I'm not a pointy toe person, so I returned it. But I think if you do like this style, it would be a comfortable, classic, dependable shoe.

More stylish than I expected but they run large. I ordered 1/2 a size down but still too big.

The angle of the toe was too narrow and my (b-width) toes were squished on the outside. The length seemed about right-a little big, but not quite a half-size-but there was a LOT of room between the top of my toes and the bottom of the vamp. Too bad, it seemed like a well-made nice shoe.

Loved this shoe -- how it looked and how it felt. Gorgeous. BUT, I wear a 9 usually and the 8.5 was still way too big. The 8 was just slightly too tight. I had to send back because could not get to fit but beautiful shoe, comfortable and seemed easy to walk in for someone who doesn't wear heels every day. If it had fit, would have loved.

I bought these for my wife because she has high arches and wide feet. In the past she has really struggled to get into a good pair of heels and not feel like her foot was breaking. These shoes were ordered after reading all the other reviews. This shoe is a great shoe for her, she still says they are little too narrow but everything else is great. She thinks that they are super comfortable and she can wear them for most of the day. She does think that they aren't the most stylish but for being a shoe to wear around the office, she thinks they are fine.

I wear heels maybe three times per year, but I needed some for work. These are cute and were not uncomfortable until the third hour on my feet. I normally wear a size 11, but that would have been way too big. The size 10 fit just fine.
