Love these shoes! I have now purchased 4 pairs (2 for me, 2 for my mother) in 3 colors and couldn't be happier with the quality, look, comfort, or durability. (I've regularly worn my two pairs for over a year.) I like that the heel can be adjusted, although I've found it rarely needs it. Great arch support, and amazingly light! I could run in them. (I have walked significant distances while wearing them, and I stand hours at a time for my job, and my feet have never hurt.) I love that I can wear them with jeans or dress pants...the subtle shine dresses them up for work. All round great shoe!

great shoes but the right shoe was made wider at the opening than the left, making the shoe too loose.

I need a narrow width and decided to give Sanita Professional clogs a try. I usually wear a 9-9.5 depending on the shoe and brand, and the 40 in Narrow Width were a perfect fit for my feet. The shoes are sturdy, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have never found a pair of work clogs that would fit my narrow feet until now, and I love them. They could become my favorite pair of work shoes. I have narrow, flat feet and also have plantar fasciitis with heel pain. My feet are already feeling better after just wearing these shoes for several days. I wish some of the different Sanita styles would also come in narrow width, because I would buy them.

These shoes are great! I've worn my beloved oiled leather Dansko clogs for the past 8 years and finally broke down and replaced them with these. The Sanita is more comfortable in arch support and roomier in the front part of the shoe. This shoe is all around more comfortable, keeping my feet happy after a long day of walking. If you like/love your Dansko's, want the same look but a bit more comfortable shoe, give these a try.

Finally! A fun color clog with the arch support found in plain professional clogs! It took a bit of searching. Thank goodness Zappos allows us to keep trying on shoes until we find the right pair! If you have been trying the patent colors with Dansko and are not finding the support you need, I strongly suggest you try this style. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased this Sanita clog because the Dansko clog in my size were out of stock. Both brands were the same price. I am really happy with this purchase. I am size 6.5 and the size 37 fit perfect. With my Danskos I had to go up to 38 or else it was too tight across the top of my foot. In my opinion the arch support, weight and quality of these Sanitas feel the same as my Dansko. They look great and feel great at work. I would purchase these again.

So they just arrived and they fit like a glove. I have been true to Dankos for so long but these fit so much better. I wear an 8.5 Wide normally. With Danskos the 39W is too small and the 40W is too big. I ordered a 40W in these Sanitas and they are perfect length wise and width. I took other reviewers advice when I ordered that they run a little small. I would simply say that if you wear an 8.5 you may want to go with 40. My foot still slides a bit, but it is supposed to be a little loose. They do have better arch support than Danskos but I could use a little more so I will be putting arch supports in once I break them in a bit. Oh and this Bordeaux color is stunning glad I got it!

I switched from Dansko because now I need narrow. the 40N fits my 10S (AAA) feet perfectly! I do not want to take them off. They are already that comfortable!

I usually wear a 39 and prefer wide. After reading the reviews I ordered a 40w. They fit quite well, they take a little bit to break in. I am on my feet all day and they are proving to be quite supportive. They have a nice arch in them and since I have a high arch it is really comfortable. They fit me better than other similar brands. They seem sturdier than the Klogs I had last year.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever. I tried Dansko and they did not fit right and had to return. Decided to give Sanita a try. I ordered the size I normally wear, 9-9.5, wore them around the house for a few weeks to make sure they fit. A little snug around the toes at first, but not lengthwise(!) and of course, the back heel should flip up and down. There is an adjustment period...make sure they fit right and browse a clog-fitting guide. After feeling confident they fit, I finally ventured out in the world with them. They are so comfortable, I never want to take them off. And I never have heel/foot pain anymore after wearing flip-flops for too many years. I just ordered a second pair in a different color.

Wonderful! I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and my feet have been hurting horribly for over a year. I am a legal secretary and am up and down a lot during the day (walking on marble floors). There have been some days where I thought I was going to cry because my feet hurt so badly. I've tried wearing other expense shoes and nothing has helped until now. I highly recommend Sanita if you're having a lot of foot pain. They're a lifesaver. I wear a size U.S. 5 and the size 35 fits very well.

These are really nice shoes. I've only had them a short time so I can't address wear, but they hug your foot and provide good arch support. I agree with everyone else in that they run small, I went a size up from my Birkenstocks and they are still snug. I finally believe the shoe guy who told me one of my feet is longer than the other.

I love Sanita clogs. Since they changed manufacturers, Dansko no longer fit me as well as Sanita. As they say, these are the original. These clogs saved my feet my last few years of teaching. I still wear them most of the time in the winter.

Finally! A supportive shoe that fits! I have tried numerous clogs but they we all too wide and I couldn't keep them on my feet. Love the Sanita. I will be purchasing more.

I love the finish and color on these clogs. I love the arch support also. They look great for everyday or church. The soles are quite harder than I am used to, and I'm still getting used to that after wearing them for about a month. But I don't really notice that until the end of the day, so overall I'm very pleased with these shoes. They seem so sturdy I think they'll last a long, long time. Zappos was great because I ordered many pairs to try on at home before settling on one. I ended up going with the "Narrow" width (which you can choose specifically on Zappos, another plus) in size 40 and found that to be the best fit for my 8.5-9 US size feet. I recommend trying on these shoes and walking around the house in them for awhile before deciding, I found slight differences in shoes that were the same size--I think because they're handmade.

Being in the hospital profession, I was a Dansko wearer for 6 years, but never felt they lived up to their hype. When one of my pairs broke, I did research and found out about Sanita and bought this pair. The fit, finish, and small details in design excel far beyond Danskos. If you are considering Dansko, try this brand also. Sanita used to make all Dansko's shoes before Dansko decided to spin off and manufacture out of China, where their quality went downhill, and is now spotty at best. The best that I can say is that the comfortability I was looking for in Dansko, I found in Sanita. Sizing was proper too, as I always felt Dansko 1/4 to 1/2 size too big.

I like Sanita clogs a lot. Our dog likes them, too, unfortunately. This is my first pair that's not either suede or suede-like. They're as comfortable as the others I've had, and shinier but not patent-leather glossy. The blue is nice -- definitely blue, but sort of subtle except in bright light. I have a bunion (grr) on one foot, so sizing is sometimes a problem, but these are fine. I've worn them for an all-day, all-evening workshop, and although I was plenty tired, my feet were not. I'm a runner and prone to tendinitis in my ankle, and the clogs seem to be okay for that, too - don't know that they improve it, but they don't seem to make it worse.

Love these shoes. Makes me a little taller, the comfort is amazing during my 12 hour shifts and they dress up an outfit. Great arch support which helps me with my plantar fasciitis. Decided to buy em in the brick red, also.

I love these shoes! I wear them all the time and they are so comfortable. In fact, recently I got caught without a car and had to walk about four miles home, and was so thankful that I had my Sanitas. I walk fast, and my feet felt great after my walk. I had Danskos in the past when Sanita and Dankso were one company.

I love my Sanitas. I had tried Danskos and found the arch was not in the right place for me. My Sanitas are comfortable even after standing on them all day.

Like many people, I have had both Sanita and Dansko clogs. This time around I wanted to do a side by side comparison and...Sanita won! While I found them both super comfortable, the Danskos were slightly wider and somewhat squeaky for some reason. I know that each pair is different and it's entirely possible that had I tried on several pairs of each, I'd found my true love. But in this case, the pair of Sanitas was better fitting than the Danskos. I have average-width feet and am normally an 8.5. Size 39 fit well!

I have worn a size 40N Sanita clog for over 15 years. They are a staple of my professional wardrobe. They are the best I have found to help me through a 12 hour shift on my feet and don't slip on wet floors. My last pair were finally falling apart after 7 years and I was very frustrated and disappointed to find that the same size and style didn't fit and was very hard to find in stock anywhere. I contacted Sanita and they said that they had changed the material of the footbed which had changed their sizing. They also said that the new materials also made for a narrower fit and therefore they were making less narrow sizes. I am disappointed and frustrated that something that has worked well for me has been redesigned and no longer fits as well.

Didn't care for the color on these. There was more of the "Brush Off" Black than there was of brown so the shoes come off looking more like they are black shoes. I have Sanitas that are 43M and they fit pretty well, but that's not the case for these in a 43M. I couldn't even get my foot in them. They are at least a size too small. They are headed back.

I wanted these to be perfect but the instep was just too tight. Tried the Wide but those were way too loose. So I stretched the regular width shoes and they're okay. Still put pressure on the top of my foot especially if I want to wear thin socks. They work best with nylon knee highs. The wide version was too wide even with thick winter socks. I wish there was a width in between. Or maybe the instep should be longer to reach farther up the foot. Excellent arch support. I will keep these in hopes that with time they will stretch some more.

I've worn Dansko and now Sanita for years. This is my standard go-to shoe. However, this time the right one felt much tighter across the top of the foot than the left shoe. I'm using the hot hairdryer trick to stretch it but I've never had this happen before and it's a slight annoyance that my favorite comfy shoe isn't so comfortable out of the box anymore.
