Like other customers who rated the Naot Pilot low overall, i found that the shoe is falling apart much too soon. I have stopped wearing them for any amount of significant walking. They are strictly "stand around" shoes. They are a very poor value.

The Naot Pilot are a great pair of shoes. Classy and comfortable without going over the top. Had to exchange them because the right shoe on the first pair was a bit wider and looked a little off. The Naot cork inserts are really quite possibly the greatest shoe inner I've ever seen or felt bar none. I've had their moccasins and they've lasted forever. The blue suede is a great looking shoe that doesn't overdo it, definitely recommended.

These shoes fit my feet like a wet dream. They are beautiful , but fully functional as daily go to shoes. Great looks with even better fit and comfort! These are a true masterpiece. I purchased the brown suede. For the price they are fantastic.

I am an Allen Edmonds devotee, but for casual Naots are now my favorite shoes. Comfort is extraordinary, especially in the foot bed. Looks are good.

Great shoe! I can wear them all day and they still feel comfortable. I look forward to putting them on every time! The sole is flexible where it counts and still supportive. I had been having nasty foot pain, until I bought these shoes... now no foot pain. The shoes are well made and come highly recommended. The sole seems like it would be slippery, but I never had a problem even through ice-filled Minnesota winter. There is extra room in the toe it seems, which doesn't affect comfort (actually it looks rather nice) the only thing is I drive a stick and had to get used to the extra length as I did all the pedals. I only wish they came in black, as I work in a restaurant that requires black shoes. Looking for another pair of Naots!

These shoes are great! You can dress them up or dress them down for a more casual dress. They're perfect to wear out on a date with your lady. I own several pairs of Naot shoes and they're all great. This company manufactures high quality shoes. To me these shoes are comfortable right out of the box and required no break in.

Love the look and feel of this shoe.. I usually wear a 14M but bought the 13M because of other reviews and it fits perfect...the insole was a bit stiff and uncomfortable so I removed and replaced with another that I purchased and if feels great!

My husband wears a size 7 so selection in stores is limited to nonexistent. These are excellent quality and very comfortable.

These boots are very well made, and fairly stylish. BUT, they are extremely wide in both the foot and the ankle. I can get at least one finger between the shoe opening and my ankle all the way around, so when I walk, the boots just fall completely off my heel. Do not get unless you have wide feet and super wide ankles, or plan on wearing about 6 pairs of socks.

I loved these boots for almost two years, and I wore them often. But RIP. The sole of the boot is starting to separate from the top of the shoe. I'm not overly active, so I am a bit disappointed. I have no such problem with the grey pair I have that I wear just as often.

Comfortable but sole started coming apart in 6 weeks. Poor quality will return.

For this price you would expect great quality but all of the eyelets have come out of holes.

This is the second pair of Naot Pilots i have had. Look good, very comfortable but they fall apart after a short while. The sole on both pairs cames off the shoe and must be glued back on. Poor quality for the price.

I'm surprised by all the high rankings here. Mine were great for about 4 months. Now I'm looking for replacements because the Naots are falling apart. I've glued them back together a few times but they're now beyond repair. Both the upper and the sole itself have seams that have completely come apart. Really poor quality for the price.

Compliments by a college on these, especially the contrast stitching. Good looking for an always classic style. Excellent with bluejeans, and I would also wear with a suit for a more casual finish. Comfortable, like softer-bed Birkenstock sandals. A bit hard to lace top eyelet tight because laces then get too tight across the instep.

Very comfortable. I wear a Mens 12, and the size 45(12) is too tight.

Great shoe!

Incredible little walkers crafted in Israel of the finest leathers. Straight out of the box, they feel like old companions accompanying you on every midday stroll and gallivant through town. Even with my unusually wide and uncompromising feet, Naot's Pilot Chukkas conformed to my shape without any fight or struggle. I am wholly impressed by what this company has put together - so much so that I decided a proper review was in order. I would happily dish out the money again (even though its probably the most money I've ever spent on a single pair of feet-huggers)!

Loved these. Look and feel expensively made. High quality suede and tight stitching. The grey color is terrific with black or blue jeans or dressy casual wear. The sizing is perfect (I ordered a 46 instead of my usual 47 because of the comments). Provide great arch support and general all-round comfort. These will be among my favorites.

Looks like a great shoe, but this shoe is black (not grey, not "almost black"). Just wasn't what I was looking for.

I ordered this shoe in Blue suede and Seal brown. The Blue looks great and I am keeping it. The brown shoe leather looks like it has been worn for 2 yrs, the sole is brand new though. the leather is heavily scuffed and scarred. Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I am returning this pair ASAP.

Ordered these for my husband. I love Naot so thought he might like them. The shoe is very stylish - looks much nicer in person than the picture. Very well made, with the sides padded as well as the footbed. Unfortunately, they were too wide. He wears size 9.5 and regular width, but the size 43 was too wide for him even with thick wool socks.

i have just received the naot shoes, they fit to my foot and are comfortable on the inside. i have peripheral neuropathy and the shoe is comfortable. the color of leather is just what i was looking for. one big complaint, the shoe has a light area around the bottom on the side of the leather, it goes all the way around where the stitching occurs. the area is about one inch wide. question, does zappo sell factory compromised shoes?

These are the worst fitting shoes I have ever bought. The heel has no lockdown. Note: I have low volume feet, these may work if you have fat feet.
