Let me start off by saying that Zappos has always had great service and selection. I am very pleased with them form a customer standpoint. Mozo however is another story. I have had the Shakz for about a year and have worn them a good deal, and as advertised they are light and the partial leather upper provides a great " broken in " feel. Here's where I found them lacking: 1. The shim system feels like they made a shoe that did not fit anybody so they just added shims to the mix instead of redesigning the shoe I.e. the shims are lame and don't provide any more support or really make the shoe fit better. 2. The sole is slip resistant ,but has already started to peel off and if it is cold where you work the rubber compound gets hard and looses traction. I fell twice in one winter as a result of this. In conclusion I would say that if your a hipster from a warm climate and prize bacon on your shoe over durability and comfort then by all means go for it. As for the rest of us stick with a more function based brand like Birks or Danskos. Respectfully, Jon Brown Chef

The sewing on the inside of this model shoe is very painful. Not a very comfortable pair of shoes if you're standing and walking all day. It's been almost a month and they're still a pain to wear.

Bought the Bacon shoes for my son who is a chef who thought it was fun! He said the MOZO Sharkz is one of the most comfortable shoes he has worn. Unfortunately the bacon peeled off the top of the shoe. So, while I'd recommend a MOZO Sharkz for comfort, I'd suggest a different style.

I'm an Executive Chef and have worked in kitchens for 13 years. This shoe is the most comfortable, light and good looking chef clog/shoe I've ever owned. Unfortunately the stitching is coming apart on the top of my right shoe. I called MOZO customer service and (by the way a REAL person answers the phone, imagine that...) I was informed that there is only a 90 day warranty on these given that they are 'work' shoes. Seems like a great company, but durability not so good. Buy them if you don't mind buying new shoes every six months.

I loved these shoes! 6 months later I had wet feet because the seems came apart. I wrote an email to the company after I told all of my staff how great they were. Mozo told me they were working on a more durable design. Needless to say, all of my staff are now having to buy new shoes 6 months later. I guess that is no big deal when you are a celebrity chef like Marcus or Aaron. This sucks because most chef shoes look like clown shoes are not slip resistant and are not comfortable. I really wish they would get it together!

I stupidly bought these shoes based on reviews and that people said they could go 12 hours in them. I can barely go 4. I don't have wide feet but these shoes are tight. And the cushioning effect is null. I would not buy these again but I can't return them because I need a pair for work. I'll take kitchen Crocs over these any day.

Fell apart after one month. Stitching on the side came loose. Too expensive to only last one month, complete garbage.

These shoes are terrible. I bought them for my husband, who is a chef, and after only four months, they are falling apart at every seam. They fit perfectly. So, that isn't the issue. But he has had to superglue portions of the shoe even after only wearing them for a month. Not worth the price at all. Very very disappointed.
