I really like this shoe, however, I should've listened to other reviewers and ordered a 1/2 size smaller. Normally I wear a size 5 1/2 but I'll re-order a 5 and hope that it fits! The width and toe box felt fine.

These shoes are darling, and look great. I have a 5.5 W foot, and found that unlike other reviewers stated, the shoe does not run wider than normal. A M width is a M width. The shoes also run a little on the short side, so you might want to order 1/2 size bigger. There is absolutely no arch support, so if you need that, look for another pair of shoes.

Bought these in a 9W after reading the reviews about being a 1/2 size too big. They do fit generosly in the length and although I sometimes take a 9 1/2 these 9's might need a little heel cushion to keep them from slippingn on my slightly smaller left foot. The Wide version fits the ball of my foot nicely although it's probably not as wide as other brands such as Naturalizer. I am happy to say I have finally found a nice black heel that has some style and isn't old-lady-ish! I was beginning to think I was going to sacrifice style for comfort!

This is a great looking shoe. It slipped a bit in the heel, but more than that, its quite stiff. I didn't feel like trying to break it in. Returning it to try another style.

These look so cute and stylish, but they run large. I bought toe inserts to keep from sliding out of them. Also, the lining on the inside is starting to separate from the external, black leather. That is not very good quality for Nine West.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. They ran too big and the toe box suctioned in my toes. Needless to say, it was not a fun night out! Almost every designer makes this type of shoe, I would pick another. The reason I chose it was for the heel height.

I loved these shoes - the blue color, the heel height, the comfort....but I had to return them: they showed off an obscene amount of toe cleavage. The sides of the shoe are quite low, which made my fat feet look even fatter than they are! I tried the shoe in two sizes: 8 and 8.5; usually I'm an 8.5 but those were slipping off my feet. The 8s fit nicely, except for the whole weird 'muffin-top' effect from the low-cut front and sides.

I love Nine West and I loved the style and heel height of Selene. I ordered the Natural and I loved the color, perfect for what I was looking for. But, my heel would slip and with the way my toes fit, I knew ordering a 7 would be too small. I tried a heel insert, but it wasn't enough to prevent the slippage, so I had to send them back. Overall a good shoe. Wish it would have worked for me.

Like other reviewers have said, this shoe runs large by at least a half size. I purchased accordingly and got an 8 wide, but I'm still walking straight out of the back of this heel when the leather warms up. I'm concerned that a 7.5 would simply be too small. I'm going to see if a three-quarter insert will help. Otherwise the shoe is quite lovely, perfect heel height for me, comfortable padding...unfortunate that the sizing is so complicated.

I love these shoes. Unfortunately, they have to go back. My heel slips even with heavenly heels. They are so cute and I love the color. But I can't make them stop slipping off with every step.

These shoes look professional and the heel height is the perfect not-too-high heel. However, they do not flex at ALL when walking. So they are somewhat clompy and difficult to walk in. If you have to get anywhere in a hurry, this is not the shoe to wear. Also, they did slip in the heel but I used heel grips and solved that. but that is usually a given for a lot of heels.

I normally wear a 10 1/2, but ordered a 10 based on what others said. It basically fit, but my heel slipped out with every step, so I've returned them. Cute shoe, felt like good quality.

This shoe is super cute, but ran probably a full size too large, and I will still stepping out probably due to the platform. I really like the lower heel and the closed toe, but the platform just made the shoe a bit uncomfortable and the sizing a bit odd. I definitely recommend NW Austin if you like a conservative, comfy, and stylish work shoe!

At least half of the shoes I own are from Nine West so I can attest to the fact that they are usually consistent in sizing, however these were too narrow and tight on me. While I loved the bright red color, I felt they looked cheap.

This is not the greatest shoe. Height is good and the platform is stable but there is no flexibility so it's kind of like walking with paddles on your feet. And when I lift my left foot, air gets inside of the shoe that kind strange noise when I walk. Not attractive. Lastly, while I have only worn them for about 1 month, the edge of one of the shoes is tearing and will be into the leather soon. Not a great shoe.

I ordered many black pumps from Zappos in search of a good black pump for a wedding. I am trying to find one that is comfortable and will last all night so I don't have to keep changing shoes and eventually into wedges by the end of the night. These were a disappointment to me. Ran narrow in the toebox for a medium. The wide width probably feels more like a medium. Very uncomfortable for a lower heel. Returned.

I loved these shoes. They are beautiful, but I could not keep them on my feet regardless of the heel grips or toe support I tried. I was very sad to have to donate them.

This is an update to an earlier review. I first ordered this shoe in an 8.5 W which I had to return because it was a full size smaller than marked. We are talking Cinderella's step-sister too small, even though a 8.5W in all the other Nine West styles I own fit beautifully. I reordered this shoe in a 9W and was shocked to find a half inch gap between my heel and the heel of the shoe! What the heck? It was like trying to walk in my mother's shoes when I was a kid! I needed a really nice pair of lower heeled pumps for a research presentation. I ended up wearing a pair of Dansko shoes.
