I really like this shoe, however, I should've listened to other reviewers and ordered a 1/2 size smaller. Normally I wear a size 5 1/2 but I'll re-order a 5 and hope that it fits! The width and toe box felt fine.

This is not the greatest shoe. Height is good and the platform is stable but there is no flexibility so it's kind of like walking with paddles on your feet. And when I lift my left foot, air gets inside of the shoe that kind strange noise when I walk. Not attractive. Lastly, while I have only worn them for about 1 month, the edge of one of the shoes is tearing and will be into the leather soon. Not a great shoe.

These shoes look professional and the heel height is the perfect not-too-high heel. However, they do not flex at ALL when walking. So they are somewhat clompy and difficult to walk in. If you have to get anywhere in a hurry, this is not the shoe to wear. Also, they did slip in the heel but I used heel grips and solved that. but that is usually a given for a lot of heels.

Perfect shade of nude (I'm fair). Really comfortable heel height. I have been looking for a stylish, comfy nude heel for years and these fit the bill. And they are inexpensive! Double score! Great purchase!

Love them. The color is a brilliant kelly green. They are very comfortable. I received so many compliments! They are great for all seasons!

I'm 5'10" and wear size 11M without fail. These seemed a bit big with 1/4 inch between my heel and the back of the shoe. The black lizard print is cute, subtle, and would otherwise be a great option church/work and not a "stand-on-your-feet" job, though. This heel is HIGH.

Love these shoes! I have these in both black and tan/natural. These shoes are really nicely made (true to the quality I expect from Nine West shoes), with a really nice smooth leather upper. As you can probably tell from the photos, the stacked heel has a "polished" sheen to it, which I think is a nice touch. I got these shoes because I wanted a nice quality, basic pump in black (when I say "basic," I mean no real embellishments or crazy prints, etc.) to wear to work. This shoe has exceeded my expectations! It has really become my go-to pair of heels. They are actually comfortable, as heels go. They haven't given me any blisters, even when they were straight out of the box (I don't know about you all, but that's practically a miracle for me when it comes to heels)! They are a very classy shape and style, and I've found them to be very versatile. For example, I've worn them to work, to nice dinners, or even for a night out with dark jeans. I loved the black pair so much that I also got it in tan/natural. The only slight drawback I noticed is that, when I wore them the first couple of times, the bottom of the shoe is a little slippery on hard floors, but I found that this went away after maybe 4 wears. So, if you're looking for a basic, nicely made pump, try this one out!

I ordered many black pumps from Zappos in search of a good black pump for a wedding. I am trying to find one that is comfortable and will last all night so I don't have to keep changing shoes and eventually into wedges by the end of the night. These were a disappointment to me. Ran narrow in the toebox for a medium. The wide width probably feels more like a medium. Very uncomfortable for a lower heel. Returned.

I received my shoes today and I absolutely love them! I wear an 8.5 and that is what I ordered. I am glad that I ordered my size because they fit perfectly! Perfect fit, Perfect height, Perfect color(natural). They look fantastic!

I normally wear a 10 1/2, but ordered a 10 based on what others said. It basically fit, but my heel slipped out with every step, so I've returned them. Cute shoe, felt like good quality.

These shoes are darling, and look great. I have a 5.5 W foot, and found that unlike other reviewers stated, the shoe does not run wider than normal. A M width is a M width. The shoes also run a little on the short side, so you might want to order 1/2 size bigger. There is absolutely no arch support, so if you need that, look for another pair of shoes.

I love these shoes! I have the Selene in both Black and Natural. I had originally ordered the Nine West Rocha shoe, but the heel was just too tall for me. I do well in the 3"-3.5" heel range, and this shoe was closer to a 4+" heel. Anyway, I found the answer to my problems with the Selene! It's a great height for me (heel is around 3"-3.5"), and it is such a classic style pump, a staple for anyone's closet. Plus, I actually do find these shoes comfortable (as comfortable as 3" heels can get, anyway). They are not too narrow in the front (don't pinch my toes), and I can walk comfortably in them. I definitely recommend the Selene if you want a classic (and stylish) pump to add to your collection.

Bought these in a 9W after reading the reviews about being a 1/2 size too big. They do fit generosly in the length and although I sometimes take a 9 1/2 these 9's might need a little heel cushion to keep them from slippingn on my slightly smaller left foot. The Wide version fits the ball of my foot nicely although it's probably not as wide as other brands such as Naturalizer. I am happy to say I have finally found a nice black heel that has some style and isn't old-lady-ish! I was beginning to think I was going to sacrifice style for comfort!

This is the perfect shoe for the office! Adds a little bit of height, but not too much to be inappropriate for work. I normally wear a 8.5 in sneakers/boots, but I ordered these in a 8 and they were still a bit big until I added heel cushions to make them fit more snug. Great price for a great work shoe!

I absolutely love these shoes! They fit true to size in my experience, and the heel is plenty high for me, but it's a comfortable height (I can actually walk in them). These are the most comfortable heels I have ever had, bar none. Also, the leather is good quality. Definitely recommend these!

This is a great looking shoe. It slipped a bit in the heel, but more than that, its quite stiff. I didn't feel like trying to break it in. Returning it to try another style.

I have other more expensive shoes like the Selene that claim to be special comfort design but none are as comfortable as these. I know I only gave them 4 stars for comfort - but they are heels so that's the best it can get! Well worth the money, stylish and comfortable as can be.

Great basic high heel at a reasonable price! The only complaint I have is that I got small blisters on my little toes after wearing them for the first time. Overall a good looking shoe.

Bought these to wear for interviews and needed a pair of shoes I can walk through the airport in comfortably. These seem to fit the bill (though I haven't been to the airport yet). The only issue is like with most platforms, they run a 1/2 size too big. I wish the manufacturers would start adjusting for this. There is something about the addition of a platform that seems to make the shoe not fit well in the back - I've found this with numerous platform shoes. It's kind of annoying because I've been a 7.5 my whole life and I don't want to have to think to order 7s whenever I'm buying a platform. The shoe feels very comfortable on the foot with a soft giving leather.

I absolutely love these shoes! They have to be the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I usually wear a 7, but wore a 6½ in this style which seems to be common for NW. I have black patent, black leather and navy leather, and wish that I had more! The reason for the four, not five stars is that the inside lining along the pinky toes, and seam came apart on all three pairs. I just cut it off, but some of the material still sneaks out on the outside by the toes. I think someone else commented on that. I still love and recommend these beautiful pumps.

This is my second review of this shoe. I originally purchased a size 8 which I always wear in Nine West shoes. Had to return them because of the heel slipping. Received a second pair in size 7 1/2 which fit comfortably until I tried to walk. The heel slipped off my foot and the shoe came off. The size was a good fit at the smaller size of 7 1/2 for me; however, I now realize the problem with this shoe is the platform. It does not bend; therefore, no matter how well the fit, your foot will come out of the shoe as your foot bends and the shoe does not. Very disappointed. Lovely style shoe and comfortable fit. I will return these and try another brand for a black pump.
