The sizes are pretty small. All of them. I am 175lbs, not the biggest calves or legs and I barely can fit into the size L/XL. These are very tight. The upper seam snapped off each leg when I put them on there that tight. Once that seam snapped it was a lot more comfortable. They will expand with use, but still fit like children's sizes. Nike definitely needs to fix this problem.

These are for children! So happy to have found these for my 3 & 5 year old boys - both wear them in "small" size, and have shoe sizes 10 and 11.5, respectively (3 year old must fold top over at knee, but it doesn't restrict his movement). Perfect ease of use for parents to get their little ones' shins/ankles protected as this is an all in one sock.

These fit my very tall three year old (43") very well. They are just a touch big, but not enough to rub. She also really likes them and does not complain about putting them on, and she is very picky about clothes.

Good enough for a six year old. My wife doesn't like these though. The ankle support/guard on these is positioned to far forward on the foot. The guard isn't very thick so might not be enough protection for older players. They are also difficult to take off after playing and sweating in this sock. They do, however, look good. Functional enough for younger kids.

I bought these socks for my average size 3 year old (just turned 3). The foot part is a tad big, but the shin coverage is PERFECT. And it's great because I bought a pair of shoes a little big so the extra sock in her foot makes the shoes fit more snug. My daughter is in love with her pink sock/shin guards and kept them on all day after her first game!

Great for what they are - the combined shin guard and sock are much easier for children. Sizing information from the package - XL/L 3'8"-4'3" L/M 3/3" - 3/8" M/S <3/3".

I bought the size Med/Large for my son who is about 42" tall and on little on the thin side. They have a little bit of extra room in the foot (he's wears size 11 shoes) but not so much that we'd want to get the smaller size. They are easy for him to take on and off. He loves the look and feel of these shin socks and is very excited about wearing them.

The SM size Shin Sock works great for my 3.5yr boy. He is almost 3'3''. So there is still room to grow.

Fit was perfect for my son. Bought these as he was a couple of months away from his 5th birthday. He is also on the shorter side for his age but they fit just right and he loves wearing them.

These were a good fit for my son who is just under 40 inches tall. Look great!

Bought the med/lg for my 4.5 year old, who is of average to small height for a 4 year old. They fit well. A bit of room to grow for next year too. She loves them! They seem to be comfortable and a great fit!

I think these will work, but they seem really tight around the top of the leg. We'll see...maybe they'll stretch a little? I like that everything is built in. We were wearing a pair of thin socks under stirrup shin guards to keep from blistering along with thick soccer socks over that and could barely get my daughters shoes closed.

The size guide described on this page is incorrect. The size guide listed on the product packaging (at least the product we received is): • SM/MD: < 3' 3" • MD/LG: 3' 3" - 3' 8" • LG/XL: 3' 8" - 4' 3"

Good but not great. A little tights and elastic top eats into calf a bit. That being said it does stay in place much better than other shin pads.

Pros: Good socks seem well made, nice style and good protection Cons: hard to put on and off (this is the biggest con), ankle padding a tad askew, big difference in sizing.

Guards aren't removable so they aren't machine washable.

Sizing is way off. My daughter could not get her foot into the recommended size. Material is also thin and shin pads are sewn in - not removable.

Horrible product. Near impossible to put on. Whatever happened to old fashioned shin guards separate from the socks? It's not convenient at all, separate the frustration and don't buy.
