I just got out of a cast last week for an ankle injury and this shoe is perfect! Comfortable and stable, and best of all, cute! I am a 7 wide; the 7.5 fit me best (even with the changeable insole). I highly recommend them and am happily walking comfortably for the first time since my injury!

I love this walking shoe. I first saw it in Sundance but because I wasn't sure about sizes and because they don't offer free shipping both ways (and fast!) I came to Zappos and ordered it here. It was a little different, but I actually liked it more. It's really cute, and very comfortable for a walking all around shoe. Love it! Thanks Zappos!

I love these shoes!! At first I was thinking I was going to run in these shoes, but now they're just my everyday shoe. I love them. They are so comfy and my foot feels very secure. The best and my favorite part is the little paw print on the sole. As a dog lover, and one who often walks and runs her dogs, this is just the icing on the cake! They are fairly true to size. I have a fairly wide foot, but am using the regular size insole. I wear an 8.5 in most running shoes, 9 in Brooks, and got these in 8.5 and they're perfect. Try them! You'll love them!

I own five pairs of these shoes. I just hiked over 30 (in 5 days) miles in rugged rocky terrain wearing nothing but my Spot Lites. I have worn nothing else for over a year now. I have flat feet and some old injuries and I would prefer to go barefoot if I could so these shoes are perfect. If you want a big arch support or something to hold your ankles in place or to prevent pronation, this is not your shoe...but if you do not want interference with your natural way of going, these are the shoes for you. I have waited all my life for a shoe that fits like these do, basically they leave my foot alone. The knobby soles grab rocks and grass (which I run on a lot) so I find they are better for cross country kind of terrain that other "running" shoes. I wear a 9.5 in other brands but the 10 in this brand fits me perfectly. They do not last real long on the rocks and the white paint comes off of them fairly easily, but I go through all brands of shoes is 6-8 months so I find they hold up as well as any running shoe does. I highly recommend these if you are the person who goes around barefoot and resents being forced to wear shoes that correct for you feet and running style and try to protect you from things you do not need protection from. I use lacelocks with them and I wear just sock liners for 1 hour workouts and heavy hiking socks when I hike and it does not matter what sock I put on; they fit great!

Great shoes! Was able to wear them straight out of the box without using the different inserts, but what a cool option that is. So comfortable, super cute style and color.

Very comfortable, good arch support and traction. They are great travel shoes because they are technical enough for outdoor pursuits and pretty enough to wear with skirts/skorts. The pink is really cute! I've received lots of complements. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. I probably could have worn a 9, however they are so adjustable the 9.5 is fine. I have an average width foot and didn't need to change the insole.

I love these shoes! I bought them for a hiking trip to Yellowstone, knowing I would probably be hiking along established trails, and they were everything I needed. I didn't need to break them in, and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I can walk in them all day with no negative side effects. Great purchase!

Always have trouble finding a shoe with support but looks good. These accomplished both-they have a great support and held my orthotics perfectly and the color was great. They are dressier than a regular athletic shoe. As usual Zappos delivered right on time so I am very please with my purchase!

I am picky about my shoes, kind of like the Princess & the Pea. I've tried on at least a dozen pairs of shoes trying to find a pair that were comfortable and would work for running, workouts, or hiking. I didn't want anything too heavy, I didn't want neon, and I wanted something with decent arch support. These shoes are awesome. I wore them on a recent vacation and I actually forgot I was wearing brand new shoes. Every day, after hiking or walking all day, I would remember that I was wearing new shoes and be amazed that my feet didn't hurt or feel tired. Bravo! As far as fit goes, I found them true to size but traded my regular size to go a half-size up so I could get more space in the toes, since I was going to be hiking up and down hills. I had to put the narrow insole but that worked great. I love the color and it goes great with jeans. Also, in spite of heavy use, they seemed to shed dirt and never looked dirty. I may buy another pair so that I have a spare.

These shoes are awesome. They're extremely lightweight and supportive without being restrictive, perfect for light hiking or extended walking. I wore them hill walking/hiking in southern Ireland and had no problems. I also love that they have adjustable insoles (I have a narrow foot, and the narrow insole fits perfectly).

Love this shoe! This is my second pair of Golite's. First pair was with the Limelite in the lime color. I wanted another pair with a more weather-resistant outside for travel. I'm a chef, and I can wear these all day with no achy feet. I know they will be great when we travel overseas this summer.

These are really nice shoes. I was tired of spending a lot for shoes that lasted three months. I work in a warehouse and am on my feet all day so comfort is very important and these are quite comfortable. I also ride a motorcycle and find these shoes sturdy enough, with their rubber toe to shift easily. These are cute and seem well made. I expect them to last much longer than others I have bought.

I bought my Golite shoes for a trip to France and was not disappointed. They were comfortable from day one, climbing many steps and negotiating steep trails as well as cobble stones. My feet were never tired! I would highly recommend these shoes! And it doesn't hurt that they are very cute too.

As far as hiking shoes go, these are really cute. Do order up a size--I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 wide and the 9 fit perfectly (without the removable extra insole). I like that there's no extra decoration/leather strips/etc. across the area where I have bunions - nothing to press or rub on them. I did have to trade out the regular insole for one from a pair of running shoes--if you don't use the extra forefoot insole section, the regular insole has a weird lump under the middle of your foot. I think these will be good for my European trip - they don't scream "hiking boot" so they'll be passable in cities, but OK for some light hiking too.

Very comfortable right out of box. instructions /insoles to customize . Great for walking , hiking( mild stuff). I have several pairs in different colors! I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

Great lightweight and comfortable shoe for walking, hiking or just standing around! It does run a bit wide, but with bit thicker sock fits very comfortably.

Great support and very comfortable. I've received many compliments on the color (red plum)! It also came with an insert for those with narrow feet, and the laces go to the toes so you can tighten/loosen as you like.

These shoes are wonderful. I walk in them 4 or 5 days per week. They are comfortable and light. Also, if you live in cold weather they really grip on snow and ice!

These fit like they were custom made for me! I am excited to wear them on an upcoming hiking trip. I love the additional padded insert to further customize the fit, although I did not need it. I also have issues with bunions, and these did not pinch at all, but they did not seem too wide! Also, the shoes seem very lightweight, and good looking for sporty/hiking shoes. Although they have an aggressive tread, on the foot they do not look too bulky. I am trying to talk my husband into a pair of the men's version! I am a 6½, and ordered 6½. That was a perfect fit.

These shoes were a star upon arrival! There is no 'break in' period, they fit very comfortably from the first wear. I found them to be true to size, & as others have noted, the laces don't slip and stay tied very well. I used them on a 5.6 mile hike in dry conditions and they performed beautifully. I had no blisters, hot spots or any other signs of discomfort. I need to wear them in the rain a bit more to confirm that they are slip-resistant on wet stones. I have recommended these shoes to all that have complimented them or made comment about them and will continue to highly recommend these shoes! I bought them in the fuchsia/pink color, love a little color splash, they feel fun.

Just walked five miles in the Grand Canyon, in my Lava Lites, and they were perfect! The tread held up well and added security during difficult climbing sections, both up and down the Canyon.

I got these for travel to use as a light hiker and general shoe for walking. I used them as workout shoes as well when I traveled. Found them very comfortable. Slightly rigid. Very fun, cute looking. Love the color for a change of pace. Husband has a pair in olive and I like the looks of those too.

Fantastic straight out of the box. Great support, great fit. Love them - this is just wonderful!

Previously reviewed before my trip to France. Wanted to come back and confirm they were great. Super cute, and they didn't require any break-in and were comfortable from the start. Very lightweight and pretty sleek for a shoe with so much support.
