I ordered these jeans after reading a review that suggested ordering a size smaller than usual. I did so and am delighted. I usually order a 12, got a 10, and they look fabulous! It's a great fit and color. This was a great purchase, and I will be buying more. Excellent service that I have come to expect from Zappos. Get these jeans!

Great jeans, excellent fit. Not crazy about the white stitching (rather call less attention to my posterior!). Love NYDJ. Definitely will buy more when needed.

I tried these on in a store based on positive reviews. If you tend to carry your weight in the middle, and have narrow hips and thighs, these jeans are NOT for you. Truthfully, they made me look like I gained 30 pounds.

These jeans are the answer for women of a certain age. I feel 20 years younger when I wear NYDJ's and the fit is perfect.

NYDJ in general are very flattering to my apple body type, and these are no exception. For women with a tummy and flat rear these jeans really work.

These are great jeans. I find as I get older and wider that I can't just buy cheap jeans at discount stores and still look good. Jeans this price are now my norm, but they look and feel good. My only complaint is that they shrunk more than I expected at first washing.

These jeans have elicited more compliments than any I have ever worn, including, "You look beautiful in those jeans. Many women do not look good in tight jeans like that but they suit you." From...my new boyfriend. I am 50. Yes, order a size smaller than normal.

Nice jeans, nice fit, contemporary (not tooo flared), nice fabric. I ordered this cut in my regular size, but it was the next size down that fit best.

I swore I would never spend this much on a pair of jeans, but I have to say they are worth every penny. They look great, wear well, and the best of things is they are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn.

Love these jeans. They fit, they flex and make my butt look good. The dark indigo wash is fashion-forward, and dressy enough for work. Wish I had five more pairs in all colors.

I absolutely love NYDJ! I have many pairs. These could be my favorites. I wear them with heels or western boots. Nothing bad to say, it's all good.

I didn't think I'd ever find jeans that I like better than the NYDJ Sarah bootcut until I tried the Barbara Modern Boot. These have a narrower leg which is very flattering. The fit is perfect and totally comfortable. The 33 inch inseam is too long for me so I had to hem them but they are worth it.

Love Zappos. These were a gift to my Mom for Christmas, great fit and she loved them as well!

My pants arrived today and as I took them out of the package I thought, "These will never fit me", but they did and they look awesome! Very comfortable, soft, beautiful. I can't wait to strut my stuff in these jeans. Thank you NYDJ!

Very comfortable jeans, not as "mom jeans" like as you would think. These are less flared than than the Sarah style. However, they are long. I'm 5'7" and these are at least 1 inch too long. I don't particularly like walking on my hem so I'm going to have to get them shortened a bit. Will be worth the money.

The best fitting pants I've worn for years. They give when I need them to and hold me in place without looking too tight. I love them!

I love the way these jeans fit but they are very long. I've ordered the same jeans before and they weren't nearly as long.

I'm only 38 so I felt a little like these jeans weren't "for me," but they are. I like the higher waist (no more muffin top), and the stretch and fit are great. I do advise that you order down a size if you're in-between. They stretch a little after washing (but not a lot, and I wear my jeans a lot between washings). Good buy!

Love the comfort and the length as I am tall. Would note that in the future if I buy these jeans again I would buy them one size smaller than I normally wear. They are a little bigger than expected.

I really didn't like these jeans. I felt like the belt loops stuck out a lot- which made any shirt I had on look funny. Good quality jean, though. I considered cutting the loops off, but for the price of these jeans, they should be perfect as is. Sending back and trying Levi's slimming jeans.

What happened? I own several pair of NYDJs and have always found them to be great. But this pair has worn poorly and the loops on sides (not front or back) are now protruding round circles, which gives the "love handle" look we are trying to avoid by buying this brand! Makes me wonder if these were authentic since this did not happen on any of my other jeans.

I'm not impressed with these jeans, especially for the price. They don't "shape" any better than other stretch jeans do. I don't like the high rise, and I have a high waist. I don't get what the hype is about.

Returning these jeans. Waist and hips fit fine - legs are skin tight like leggings through thighs all the way down to lower calf. Only for people with really skinny legs.

These jeans are awesome. Not at all thick or bulky, nice material, great fit, soft. Perfect slim boot cut, more flattering than straight slim cut. Definitely order one size down. I'm 5'9", 145 pounds. Had to return the 10 for an 8. Perfect fit. Great length even with flats.
