I bought this to play pickleball and it's pretty fabulous. It has a long bill and blocks the sun so well that I don't even need to wear sunglasses. That's pretty incredible because I have super sensitive eyes. It's comfortable to wear hours at a time. It lets my scalp breathe and doesn't smash my hair into a horrifying hairdo(n't). It washes easily and keeps its shape. Worth every penny.

Exactly what I was looking for- folds up small, has a great shape, doesn't keep my head hot, and keeps sweat and sun out of my eyes. Love it!

I love this visor. It folds up for taking no room in my backpack, and I can wear it with a climbing helmet.

I like this lid for trail running, paddle boarding, and just cold kickin' it with my crew. It's great for travel and holds a perfect shape even after man-packing it in bags for weekend getaways.

I love the Radar visor because the back adjustment slider is made is metal, and also comes apart easily to allow me to hang the visor on a backpack or small handbag when I'm not wearing it. It's a shame this has been discontinued, as it is so much better than any other visor I have ever found (and I've tried many of them!) The fact that I can fold it in half to stick in a very small handbag or any travel bag with ease is a fabulous feature that is not easy to find with other brands. I hope Outdoor Research will bring back this visor again in the future... in the meantime I have it in every colour just in case I lose one or more of them in the future.

I use the visor for running. I have used several different brands, and this one wins. The band of the visor isn't terrycloth, but it does absorb the sweat. No sweat marks on the bill! It's adjustable, which makes for a comfortable fit. I wish it came in more colors.

I use this visor all of the time. I cannot recommend it enough. It has been a life saver as I run in the hot and humid midwest. It is amazing for bikepacking. It is also great for traveling because it folds up. Love this VisoR!

This is the best visor I've ever used. Lightweight, adjustable, washable and gives great shade for my eyes.

Comfortable, easy to shape and reshape as needed. Hope they make it in some bright colors next season! I"d buy several more!

I love rocking the 80s look. And getting some sun on my hair ha! super nice fit and doesn't irritate scalp from rubbing like some cheap hats do. like to use when hiking or paddling.

As a testament to how packable and indispensable this visor is, when I thought I had lost my visor, I immediately panicked and ordered a second one. Spoiler alert: Just as my wife predicted (yet again), I hadn't actually lost it and it would "turn up." Sure enough, it did turn up hiding in one of my summer backpacks. On the bright side, I now have two of these--my favorite visor. I have used the Radar Visor for going on five years for ultrarunning, backcountry snowboarding and hiking. It still looks and works great. Unlike visors that have a stretchy band, this one has an adjustable nylon strap band that never stretches out to the point it no longer sits on your head. It folds to a compact size allowing for easy stashing in my pack when not needed. It fits great and washes easily and without issue. And I personally think it looks great.

This visor has been my go to for hiking and running since I got it. I had been looking for a visor for a while. I have a really small head so a lot of hats and visors look weird on me and/or don't fit. This one is lightweight and quite adjustable.

I purchased this to use under my bike helmet for a sun visor. It was just what I was looking for and the ease that the visor folds makes it easy to store too

Great visor. Replaced an old elastic one for running with this one because the strap is adjustable and seems less likely to stretch overtime. Comfortable and fits well under a bike helmet.

Just what I need!

I've purchased a half dozen Radar hats / visors for myself and friends, and I will likely keep buying them. My wife in particular loves the visor, and we've gifted various versions of it to most of her family where it is equally loved. I personally mostly use the Radar caps to protect my head, and have one that is nearly a decade old and another I recently picked up. This one is now my go-to run hat, and it has been great.

We now have 3 visors in different colors. We love that it is foldable and easy to resize. The band does not cause extra pressure giving one a headache. We wear the visors running in Florida on the road and trails.

Have yet to put it through the ringer but keeps sun/rain out of my eyes and love that I can shove it in a pocket without destroying it. Dont feel bad about carrying it into the backcountry or up a route.
