I bought this grinder because we have had the same one at work for over a year. I was impressed by its appearance, function, and durability in a commercial application. This unit is small, unobtrusively attractive, relatively quiet compared to the one it replaced, and grinds quickly. The blade is sharp! Highly recommended.

I had a Braun grinder, and after 25 years it died on me. I looked for a replacement and they had stopped making coffee grinders. I looked everywhere thought that I'd try Black & Decker - because they make a good coffee maker - but when I got it it was poorly designed and cheaply made. Then I saw the Krups grinder at Zappos - and it's almost identical to my old faithful Braun plus it has a larger capacity and it's quieter. As a coffee fanatic I highly recommend this grinder.
