The shoes were exactly what I wanted. They arrived promptly and saved me from having to go to the mall - a fate worse than death.

If anything fits me, it\'s New Balance. Narrow in the heel and wider in the forefoot. Not as well-cushioned as some, but I wanted this for distance walking, so I needed good support and stability. This shoe seems a little stiff at first, but when broken in it supports the foot really well.

Great shoe. I have a difficult foot to fit, large size and fallen arch in one foot. These shoes I wear to work. I am on my feet at least 5 hours at a time. They fit great and have a good arch support plus they’re a cute shoe. I’ve received a number of compliments on them. They’re very comfortable.

A close Second - I ordered these shoes with 3 other pairs to try. My foot is narrow and so the width across the foot seemed a little bit big for my foot and I was afraid there would be too much play in the shoe to give me the support I need. I was looking for a shoe for neutral to underpronating and this is a close second to the Nike Pegasus I am keeping. Love the bubble laces, probably more on my son's shoes than on these, but they are a great idea to help keep the shoes tied. I normally wear a 9.5 in dress shoes, but in athletic shoes, I wear a 10.

I walk about 4 miles a day through the city two days a week, and I was wearing what is best described as "fashion sneakers." At the end of my 4 mile walk, my shins and feet were sore. I did some research and bought these shoes. They completely solve the problem. I have high arches and suspect that I supinate, and I feel that these shoes provide very good support. They're great, except for one thing -- on only one foot, they rub on my heel and I need to put a bandaid on it so it doesn't get rubbed raw. Since it only happens with one foot and I sometimes have issues with other shoes, I think my feet might be two different sizes, so this might be a problem with my feet instead of the shoes. I don't know. Overall, I recommend these shoes. If you have high arches, these are good, comfortable walking shoes for you.

I work as a nurse so I am on my feet all the time. I've tried other sneakers but always come back to New Balance. These are comfortable, wide enough for my feet and look good.

Very comfortable, lightweight shoe. Mesh sides keep feet very cool, not much warmth in cold weather. Not as cushy inside as some others I’ve had. In person the shoes are a dark grey with a lot of shiny trim that looks like tin foil. I would have preferred a less flashy looking shoe, but I kept them because of the comfort factor.
