Arrived as expected. Is a little 'clicky' when walking. Not super supportive, but also didn't expect highest quality given the reasonable price. The brand name is on the back- not a huge fan of that. But I got what I was wanting!

This is a very cute boot however I almost sent it back. I have a narrow foot but can usually get by ordering a normal width shoe. This boot felt so tight that I discovered I could only wear it with my thinnest socks! I also tried polishing them with the small complimentary polish that came with them but it only made the leather look dull. I do love the look however, stylish with a small heel, so I'm keeping them.

I just received these boots - they are absolutely gorgeous! I am so sad that they are too small - the European sizes & my feet don't get along (wear a size 12), have the same issue with Danskos. If you are considering these - definitely order them! (Didn't give them a 5 star overall just since the zipper was not smooth (even without my big ol' foot in them). Had to choose a comfort rating even though I can't judge this b/c they are just too small).

I am so glad I purchased these boots. They are very comfortable. I love the size of heel. Yes, the heel bottom is very clicky, but mostly it is slippery. I'll probably have the cobbler swap out that piece. The shaft is a great height and diameter, I often have trouble with some being too wide. I can wear these under straight leg pants and they look great with skirts and dressed too. I think they are a bit narrow up front, but the leather is soft and is loosening up. I normally wear a 6.5 and I had to get the 37s. The leather is wonderful quality, but I'm wondering if it is too thin to last long-we'll see.

These are stylish boots. I have found that Pikolinos as much as I love the styles--are usually narrow in the toe box. I wear size 5.5/36, have a high arch, narrow heel, but need more width in the toe box. These fit perfectly. They have moderate support (I might try adding an insert) and they do make a clicking sound when walking (not really an issue for me).

These are fabulous. I have a wide foot and a high instep, and these were perfect. No need to break in because they felt extremely comfortable right from the start. Lots of toe room, and the heel is just high enough to make them feel dressy without too much pressure on the ball of my foot. The grey has a hint of taupe but still a beautiful color, seems to go with lots of things.

Pros: Very cute. The heel is lower than it looks in the picture so you get the nice look without the height. Boot height is great and looked good with both skirt and jeans. Cons: Considering the price, the leather is not nearly as soft as you would expect. No arch support and very little padding inside. I'm pretty solid 9.5 and the 40 was not big enough. So size up.

These are beautiful boots, but the left boot was too narrow and the heels were slick and seemed unwise for the Midwest winters, so I have to return them.

Runs small. I ordered 1/2 size up and had to use a stretcher to make them wearable. I agree about the plastic clicky heel - it sounds cheap. I will be adding a rubber cap or changing to rubber heels altogether to deal with it. But cool boots with a low heel, which can be hard to find.

This is a nice comfortable boot. I tend to wear very trendy boots and this style is a bit conservative for me. Great quality and a low heel make this a very functional boot for wearing day to day, just doesn't have that "where did you get those?" factor. I'm keeping them for my day to day wear.

I like these boots a lot fit true and are very comfortable and also bought the higher version one of my favorites. I have narrow feet and they work with a little thicker sock.

They are so awesome. I didn't give them a five, but it may be because I'm pretty spoiled by clogs. I'm narrow in the heel and was concerned because this is a bit loose that it may rub but this has not been the case for me. Most boots that are made for style aren't particularly comfortable to me, but this is a nice pair. I wouldn't walk miles in this by any stretch of the imagination, but to get out and mall-walk or strolling this is a nice pair of boots.

Another Pikolinos boot that I wanted to love. It just ran a bit too small for me. I had read all the reviews and I wanted to believe the fit would be terrific. It just wasn't the case for me and the boots I recieved. They are a gorgeous boot. The style is fantastic. The stacked angled heel is flattering on the foot and provides a stable base for walking. The biggest and really only problem I had was the boot was too tight and my foot was asleep, numb and tingling, withing minutes. I thought they might loosen up enough to be comfortable, but I didn't want to chance it so back it had to go.

I love the boots but beware they do run small. I normally wear a 9 and had to return the 39's for size 40. I have only worn them around the house but so far they are pretty comfortable.

What beautiful boots! But I find myself slipping on the heel, on our hardwood floors. The heel slips sideways. Maybe it is just how I walk. I am not sure, but I do not feel secure in them, so I am returning them. These are gorgeous boots, that are definitely high quality.

I typically wear a 38 but am a size 7 with wider feet, and a pretty high arch. This boot was nice but was too narrow in the footbed and too tight across the top of my foot. At the same time, my heel was slipping around in the boot when I walked. This style just does not work for my feet. These are nice boots but I had to send them back.

I absolutely agree with Bobbie B! This boot looks wonderful and feels good as soon as you put your foot in BUT THE MATERIAL COVERING THE HEEL IS A CHEAP PLASTIC! As soon as the boots arrived, I put them on, and just as I put my foot down to walk on my wooden floors, I slipped. Also, since the heel covering is a cheap plastic, they are really noisy. I have to send these back.

I did not find these to be comfortable. I agree with another review that mentioned the boot has very little cushioning. You can feel the hardness of the ground right through the footbed, especially in the ball of the foot. A definite no no if you have Mortons neuroma. Only slight arch support and I have moderate arches. It does not have a removable footbed either. Just not the boot for me.

I really thought these were nice looking and hoped they would be comfy for my problem feet based on the reviews. They were not. They ran a tad big, no removable insole for orthotics, and virtually no cushioning in the ball of the foot. I felt like I was walking on concrete on my carpeted floor. Very strange and disappointing. They are going back.

I wish I could keep these beautiful boots. They fit nicely and feel good, I love the look of them. The deal breaker is the heel. As other reviewers mentioned, it is slick and noisy. It feels hollow and loud. The plastic heel piece would not be so bad for my use, as I walk on concrete mostly--I wear boots outside, walking on streets or sidewalks--but these just didn't pass the stealth test. Alas. I'll try again with other Pikolinos styles because they seem to make a high-quality boot.

I really wanted to like these. They are comfortable, but the previously mentioned problem with the slippy heels is a non-starter. I slipped several times just walking around my living room. It isn't worth it to look good on my way to twisting an ankle.

These are beautifully made and colored boots - I wish they worked for me! It is so hard to find waterproof women's boots that are also cute and comfortable while not being overly sporty. Unfortunately, the size 40 was way too big and the size 39 was too tight. Also the heel was a lot looser than the toes, so it did not feel like it would be comfortable for walking. Sadly, I returned these boots (twice).

These are very cute, stylish boots, but they just did not fit. They were wide in the heel, and not cut to the contour of my feet. The soles were fine; there was just too much room over the top of my feet, making them feel sloppy when I walked in them. Also, the plastic heel tap was annoying. So back they go...

I got these in grey, because I loved the variations in tone that gave it the look of distressed leather. Unfortunately, I had to return them. PROS: Gorgeous style, and comfortable. Waterproof treatment plus a low heel make these a very wearable style as we head into winter. CONS: This boot has a weird cut. I could not get them to fit. I normally wear an 8 US, so I tried both the 38 and the 39. The 39 was way too big. The 38 had the correct length for my feet, but the heel box was strangely large. This meant that with every step I took, my heel lifted up a couple of inches within the boot, chafing my ankles against the sides. It just was not fitted correctly around the heel. If I had kept them, I would have worn holes through my socks at the ankle in no time. The second strike against them is that in grey, the leather just looks really fake. It really did look and feel like pleather. I wondered if maybe it was the waterproof treatment that caused this, or if the other colors also end up looking like this, but I was not sure. It is just not a good look. Very disappointing, because I loved the way the picture looked in this Zappos listing. The third strike against these boots is that it is not a true stacked heel. It is some kind of hollow-sounding material that is covered in a smooth laminate veneer that is printed to look like a stacked heel. Fake. Convincing enough that from a distance, most cannot tell. But up close, it is obvious. Those three strikes were too much for me, so I returned them.

These boots are awesome! As some other people have commented, the heel is awful. I bought these boots for a trip to London and Ireland and wore them a couple times to break them in. They really don't need to be broken in but I did realize that the heel is cheap plastic (I realized this when I slipped and fell on the floor of a restaurant). I took them to my shoe guy and for $10 he put a good quality heel on that had better traction. From then on they were perfect. I did an insane amount of walking on all types of terrain, including walking through rain and mud and hiking up rocky hills. These boots kept my feet dry, were extremely comfortable from day one, and had great traction (after I replaced the heel). You would think at this price they could go ahead and include a decent heel, but they are still worth buying. Just take them in right away and have the heel replaced and you will be set.
