This grill has been outstanding and perfect for the winter months and no opportunity to grill outdoors. Cooks evenly and mostly lives up to the Zojirushi quality. Sadly, the nonstick surface has started to flake off. Owing to the dangers of contaminating food and air with the nonstick chemical, I have to discontinue use and seek a replacement. So, about four month's usage prior to problems. (Comfort & Style star ratings have to be adjusted for non-shoe items - I am very pleased Zappos carries these coolest kitchen things, however. I was 5-stars through and through on this until the nonstick surface failed.) Also, Wow! Zappos just out of the blue offered to ship this overnight at no additional charge. You guys are terrific.

Great purchase! I live in a condo and no outdoor grills are allowed. This baby is perfect. Grills veggies, like asparagus to perfection. And it's very easy to clean. I am really happy with this purchase.

Great indoor grill! This is the second Zojirushi product I have purchased (the first was a rice cooker someone gave to me, which is also excellent). Heats quickly and evenly, and the best part is that it's easy to CLEAN! All of the parts come apart easily for easy washing. Great grill, and of course made even better with Zappos' fast, free shipping :)

I really wanted the Sanyo indoor grill but it was sold out. I shopped around and read the reviews on this product and decided to buy it. This is my first time buying a product from Zojirushi and I love it! It is so easy to use and easy to clean as well. I cook on it at least three times a week. The grill gets hot very quickly and leaves great grill marks. I usually cook on the medium or lower setting. I would recommend this product.
