Style rated at 4 because I chose this shoe for the style. I needed a conservative dress shoe for work. Comfort was rated down at 1, because this shoe was returned after finding that it felt a full size larger. If I had worn it, it would have been uncomfortable and this site does not allow me to leave any ranking blank. Two stars overall due to the low comfort rating.

I love these shoes! I previously had a paid of Ecco dress shoes and was ready for another pair after five years (wearing them five days a week). These are even more comfortable. I like the simple design and especially the way the stitching affixing the upper to the sole is covered. I would definitely buy them again. I have had them for about a month and so far they are great.

Nicely styled comfortable shoe. I wear prescription orthotics but this shoe is still a good walker. The uppers disintegrated within two years. Soles and heels wear like iron. I hope these new ones do better.

I have purchased Ecco's for the past 10 years. At work, I feel like I am wearing comfortable tennis shoes, this is great for long days and long walks. These shoes are easy to polish and last years. The price on Zappos is by far the best price I have found anywhere. And the convenience, well, that speaks for itself! I'll do anything to avoid a mall.

This shoe seems to run a size large. Before I ordered, I did some looking around and found that Ecco's shoes were often praised for comfort and durability, but criticized for running larger than marked. I ordered a 40, and I'm a US size 7 to 7.5. The shoes are the most comfortable I've ever owned. I haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability. I like them so much that I plan to buy another style from the same brand in a couple of weeks.

I have been wearing this model of Ecco shoe for over 10 years, and have been through several pairs. I wear them all day at work (at a large grocery store), and am on my feet on a concrete floor for 8 hours a day. I am in my early 60's, and have spent most of my work life on my feet. These shoes are the best I've found for this work condition. The shoes last for years, especially if you have 2 pairs (I also have a pair of what is called the "bike toe"), and I alternate between them. And I use "shoe trees" in my shoes to help keep their shape. I wear a size 10.5, which is the European size 44, and find the shoes to be true to size.

Nothing better than a pair of ECCO shoes for comfort and style. Always my go to shoes for work. Zappos is fast and accurate. Many thanks.

These shoes are fantastic! Extremely comfortable and excellent quality. I have bought several pairs of these and they are perfect for business or casual. I highly recommend these shoes!

Super comfortable. Ecco makes great shoes and this is another one. Comfort, support, and very light weight.

Ecco seems to be back, with a stylish, comfortable casual dress shoe at a reasonable price. I just bought these, so I don't know yet about durability, but everything else is great.

Shoe fit is slightly larger than expected for the size ordered. However, they look and feel great on my feet. I would definitely order this shoe again.

The Helsinki's seem to have a shape and fit similar to the Arlanda's. Although I've been moderately happy with some other Ecco styles, the Arlanda's were always the best style and fit for me. As such, I am thrilled to have found the Helsinki's. The EU-size 42 fits my wide foot, for which I might buy a US-sized 8 1/2 4E in other brands.

Very comfortable and turnkey...broken in day 1. This particular size seemed a bit wider than those I've owned in the past but all-in a value purchase.

As a seminar leader, I stand and walk on stage all day--four to five days a week. Once I started wearing this Ecco model, my energy lasted longer, and my feet, legs, and back no longer ached. Love them.

I love these shoes. They are attractive and durable at the same time. Look great with my suit. However, I also own a pair of "Atlanta" by Ecco and they are even more comfortable, handsome, and durable, but still lighter than the "Helsinki."

Overall pretty satisfied with the shoe--very comfortable and does run slightly larger than expected. My only gripe is the poor blending of the seam between both halves of the trim strip between upper and sole. They meet in a VERY mis-matched seem right at the toe of the shoe (see photo) Not what I would expect in a $150 oxford.

Ecco shoes run a size larger than other brands and I forgot that. Especially for the dress shoes. Thank goodness for Zappos easy returns.

Very nice comfortable shoe. I have slightly wide feet and the toe box is roomy. They felt great the instant I put them on. I wear these 12+ hours a day. The leather scuffs very easily and the shoes need constant attention to make them look good. The styling is simple and professional, albeit a little boring.

Good looking & comfy. I wanted something I can wear most days with jeans and sometimes with something nicer. Decent cushioning.

The reviews said these shoes were running large and to order smaller than usual. That is not very true in this size 14 US. 47 is nowhere near a true 14. I could not get my forefoot in this pair.
