Overall a great shoe for length and width. Not a lot of padding in the sole though, so long days in this shoe aren't ideal.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and look good with jeans or casual pants. I usually wear a size 7.5 or 8, depending on the brand. For this shoe, the size 8 was perfect.

I was very excited about these shoes as I just became a bike commuter, and the small heel is perfect for keeping my feet on the pedals and cute in the classroom. Unfortunately the are just too big. I usually fit into a 6, but my feet fall out of these 6s - even when I tried using insoles. Reading other reviews I tried both the 6.5 and the 6, I'm very disappointed to have to return them as they were quite comfortable.

First you should know, I am a big fan of all things Jambu. I'm 5'5, 200lbs- I think it helps to know this information. I have heel pain and need significant arch support. I now have two of these Himalaya's. One for hiking and one for work (I'm a nurse). These shoes give me plenty of support when hiking, stop my ankles from rolling when I'm on rocky surfaces etc., and I have no heel pain. They are airy and light. I will say I am not a fan of bungee cord ties, but these do work. I would just prefer to be able to adjust the shoe; I am not sure they would not get sucked off if I encountered a lot of mud....

These are comfortable shoe that are good for moderate walking and outdoor activities. I would not use them as hiking shoes. I wore them on a long vacation and they were great for slipping off and on at airport security. They are also lightweight and easy to pack. There are no laces to worry about, either. I like the flexible forefoot and slight heel on them, as well. The mesh upper helps keep the foot cool, but would make these shoes less appropriate in cold weather.

I love this shoe and I love Zappos! I am on average size 8-8.5 it seems w/most Zappos shoes I'm an 8.5 but w/this shoe I'm an 8. This is a comfortable around town walking shoe - I like it because it's not too clunky and my feet don't look huge, it's a slip-on and stylish/nice looking. A little price-y but it's hard to find all the above in most shoes.

These shoes are marvelous. I now have them in two colors and would wear them every day if I could. They feel like slippers but give good support too. I walk fast and they're always comfortable. The slight heel is a nice touch and who wouldn't love the floral trim? Not to mention the nifty color highlights. Get a pair!

Nice, cool, and most importantly have a flexible forefoot. True to size and the toe area is large enough so that your toes don't get squished. I'm not sure I like the elastic shoelaces, though, because they allow the feet to move up and down when you're walking, and I prefer the more secure, firm feeling of regular shoelaces. Still, these shoes deserve 5 stars. There's little arch support -- but then, there are some people who believe that arch supports only encourage weakness of the arch muscles -- that people with flat feet should learn proper gait techniques in order to correct their arches rather than depend on artificial arch support. So all things considered, these shoes deserve 5 stars.

These shoes are amazing! I feel like I am wearing pajamas for my feet. And I'm not an easy customer. Very sturdy, but light and breathable.

Very good looking shoes, and very comfortable. I have arch problems with my right foot and didn't feel a thing with this on. They were just a little short. I will try to order one size bigger but I am afraid it might be too big.

These have to be the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn! Jambu and J-41 products never seem to disappoint. I received these sneakers about 15 minutes ago and having been wearing them since. I don't want to them off. They are lightweight, with a touch of a heel to add style and height...minus the foot pain. Great shoes! Will buy a pair in a different color!

Love these shoes! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and can't wear flat shoes ever. These are perfect for those casual situations when you'll be doing a lot of walking. I'm bringing mine to Paris!

I am loving these. They are lightweight, comfortable, and solid. I'll be wearing them for daily running around, and I think they're perfect!

I love these, though I should have not taken advice of other reviewers! I always have been an 8 medium. I read to order up a half size, so I did...guess what? I had to return and get my normal size 8. Of course Zappos was fast and efficient in the return and reorder. Love these. I want another pair in a different color now. Good for running errands, etc. Not so much though if you want them for true walking exercise. Love 'em!

My perfect walking shoe! I wanted a lightweight no-fuss shoe, and this is it! I love that there are no laces to tie, just slip it on and go. The bungee was a little loose for my foot, so I just tied a little knot to customize the fit. These shoes motivate me to go for my walk. Online they look more serious, more like a heavier hiking shoe, but out of the box they are incredibly lightweight and airy, yet well made. Nice wide toe box for absolute freedom. I love these shoes!

Super cute shoes! I get compliments on them wherever I go. The small heel adds a little height, too. I am thinking about getting another pair in a different color.

You will love these shoes! I finally found them for the price I wanted to pay here on Zappos! They are stylish daily walking shoes. I love the colors! I have terrible foot pain, especially when I travel, so finding something that's light and comfy is a priority. These fit the bill. You won't be disappointed with any Jambu shoe, I hear. I purchased another pair of Mary Janes and they are also very comfy.

I love these shoes! Nearly dying from Christmas shopping leg and foot pain, I found these in a department store and bought them and wore them. Was able to keep up with my high-energy daughter and shop another eight hours. I immediately bought a second pair. They are wonderfully supportive, and the slight heel is good for my foot, always used to some heel. And did I say they are very cute on the foot!

Light, a tiny bit of tightness on one shoe near the bone for my big toe which could have rubbed a blister, but it loosened up on wearing around for about 20 minutes - wore these all day, driving, walking, standing - very comfortable. The bit of a heel is a nice touch over flat sneakers, as is the fact that I don't have to tie these - they slip on like loafers! Very nice fit - ordered my normal shoe size and they fit right out of the box. Will buy more from this shoemaker!

Love them! Possibly the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had. Easy slip on and off. I am glad I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear.

My podiatrist went nuts when he saw these shoes and showed them to all his staff. He said they would be great for people with heel pain. I think they are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned.

These are the best sneaker shoes ever! I love sneakers, but find them too cushy for everyday wear. I love my Dansko clogs, but find them too "cloggy" sometimes for days when I walk a lot. The Jambu Himalayas are just right for everyday wear! These are the perfect blend of sporty and support-y. They have the hard sole I am so grateful for in my Dansko clogs, with the soft upper shoe area to make them more comfortable for walking. I went up a half size from my usual because they run a bit tight and short. They were still a bit snug when I first put them on, but it only took about 2 wears to break them in and now they hug my foot perfectly. It feels like a dream come true! Drawbacks? While one may be that they are priced like a clog or an expensive sneaker, I would submit that they are completely worth the money. The only other thing I can think of (other than that they also run a little small, which is more like a flag than a drawback), is that they look like a fall/winter shoe, but they are vented through the toebox like a spring/summer shoe, so don't count on them to keep your toes warm. That said, I will wear them all winter anyway - they are that comfortable! Also, I should mention that I had plantar fasciitis when I was pregnant, and afterward, only the hard sole of the clogs could remedy that pain. If clogs are not comfortable for you, but you need that support, these are the shoes for you! I wish I could shout it from the rooftops...but instead, maybe I'll just buy another pair, in case they discontinue them someday! FYI, I have medium width feet with a very high arch and instep, so please consider that in the context of my comments.

Now that I have found you Jambu, I am never letting you go! I have searched all of my adult life for the perfect shoe and you are it. Light as a feather, total comfort, no smelly odors to contend with, your shoe has an all leather interior. I love turquoise and blue and found my shades here with the brown and the blue combination. Your shoe offers total arch support, and all day comfort. Plus I searched the web and your site offered the least expensive price, no shipping either way and a 365 day return policy.
