Highly disappointed with this shoe and Frye. I have worn Frye shoes and boots for years. It is the only brand of boots that I wear and I always wear a size 7. I ordered these shoes in black. I have the same shoe in brown and I love them. My shoes came, I tried them on and they do not remotely fit. They are huge! I thought they sent me the wrong size but both shoes are marked as a size 7. I contacted Frye and they said they are final sale and cant be returned or exchanged. I have double checked my paperwork and no where on it does it say final sale. I am not even asking for a refund, only an exchange for a size that I can wear. This is clearly a Frye quality issue that they are aware of, as there are many identical complaints, they need to make this right for all of us with this issue. My shoes in my normal size are so big that I can not wear them. Very disappointing that loyal customers have to pay the price for an internal issue. I want an exchange or a refund at this point, or I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card. My order is under Kimberly Flynn and I am located in GA.

I so much love these, but they are huge and fall off my feet when I try to walk! I ordered my regular size that I've always purchased from Frye. So I started looking into an exchange using my order number and the Automaited exchange. I was not allowed to exchange for a smaller size?? Not sure what I will do with these besides put them under bed in box to collect dust??

They have. much lower heel than expected. Quality seems good but very disappointed with the exchange/return policy. Enough that I probably won't buy from the site again.

I love how comfortable the shoes are and love the shoe height!

Ordered size 6 which is size I have for same boot from several years ago. These both were larger than expected, so now Im out 300 bucks. I have several Frye boots but these are my last.

I love these shoes. However, I had to return them. I usually wear seven or a 7 1/2. These shoes were huge on me. Both in the length and width. I sent them back and re-ordered and a 6 1/2. We'll see when I get the new pair how they fit.

The fit, they are kind of stiff, so breaking them in will be a thing. Look great with jeans

I was so excited to get my Frye Billy Shooties. I expected top quality from Frye. I got shoes that were two different sizes (literally, one was an 8 and the other an 8.5. I wear an 8.5.) Not only was one shoe the wrong size, but the 8.5 fit horrible. Very uncomfortable. And the shoes off-gas horribly. My entire office smelled like whatever chemicals are used to manufacture the shoes. Even with the TOP of the box snuggly on. I had to open a window. For the price of Frye shoes, I expected much more. So I returned them.

Love these shoes. So comfortable and easy to wear and fashionable

I loved the look of these shooties, but I could not keep them on my feet longer than 15 minutes. Very stiff & uncomfortable. I returned.

The heel rubs and will create blisters, even with a sock. I have to wear them with bandaids but worth the look.

Nicely made shoe. Roomie at the front compare to the last design. In the last design I wore 9.5 and still have my pair today. In this new design I woke at size 9. So I would say 1/2 size smaller if your feet are narrow or slim.

I bought a size 9 because half sizes not available and size 8 was too tight. As a result (I assume) the foot bed feels a bit too wide. Although they are good looking boots, they feel very heavy on the foot. Never occurred to me to check the weight of a shoe before deciding.

The leather was stiff and actually felt malformed, like something had been sitting against the back heel too long and created a bump on the inside which was irritating to the foot. They were too large, too, but I do have narrow feet.
