Comfort is my #1 priority with shoes. For some time now I've been looking for shoes that look good enough to be worn with a dress, but won't leave me rubbing my feet at the end of the day. I knew that this shoe was for me the first time I put it on! The toe box is very roomy (I got the "W" width), and the sole is well-cushioned. I am on my feet all day and these shoes get me through without pain. They look good with dresses or slacks. I just wish they had these shoes in black! (One potential drawback for some people may be that the strap doesn't tighten down very far, but I like it that way.)

If you need good support and are on your feet a lot I guarantee you will love these shoes. They may not be the most attractive or sexiest shoes around, but they definitely are the most comfortable.

Love this shoe - extremely comfortable out of the box. I bought these for a trip to Europe where lots of walking will be in order, and I'm very pleased with them. The adjustable closure makes it easy to fit my wide foot and high arch without digging into the top of my foot.

After ordering 6 different similar Mary Jane style walking\/professional shoes, I found my perfect shoe! These are so comfortable, really do add a lift to your stride and best of all are really cute without being clunky. I\'ve worn these to work with and without socks and both were fine right away - no break in period at all. The only thing I would change is making the strap a little longer but it is fine as is - I have loved Keen shoes and this is a more comfortable, less clunky version - awesome!

I LOVE these shoes. They are a softer construction than many Clark's styles. However, I have a job where I am on my feet a lot. These shoes are so comfortable. They look great with pants and socks, or hose. I also think they look pretty good w skirts or dresses and opaque hose/tights. Most of all you can stand and walk in them all day. I have even used them for walks in the park. They clean up easily with just a bit of water. I have two pairs. I ordered the wide and they are very comfortable. They are the shoes I go to first. I have worn orthotics before but don't seem to need them with these shoes. The great thing is you can try them at Zappos and if they are not right, you can order another size or return them. They arrived in two days after I placed my order. I am very please with the service and the shoe.

Function: These are the most comfortable, versatile shoes that I own. I bought them in Olive for 2 months of travel abroad that included a cruise. So, I needed something that a) could be worn all day, b) matched a variety of outfits from casual to formal, c) were decently weather resistant, and d) were close toed, but could be worn without socks. These shoes exceeded my expectations on all of those fronts. I wore them every day for two months and because of the color they barely showed any wear. The style is actually quite cute and not very grandma-ish considering their comfort level. As a woman in my 20s, I refused to get a pair of comfortable but ugly shoes. I luckily didn't have to compromise with this pair. --These are now my go-to shoes because they match everything and I never have to worry about my feet getting sore. Fit: I am normally a 6.5M but after trying them on in the store I went with a 6M. In the beginning, the top of the toe cage around where my big toe was felt a bit tight, but a few weeks of wear loosened that up. Other than that, they were extremely comfortable right out of the box and even the tightness didn't bother me. I also never ever got heel rub! Overall: Buy this shoe, especially if you are looking for the perfect travel shoe that is functional yet stylish. I researched, ordered, and tried on more than 5 pairs of shoes before finding these. Save yourself the hassle!

I've worn these ever since I got them; they've become my everyday shoes. I love them. They're a little roomy (I wear a narrow), so I was able to use my orthopedic insert for a better fit. With thin socks, they may be a little loose -- but the strap holds them on.

Love these shoes. This is my third pair in 2 years. I work in a restaurant and am on my feet for 8 hours at a time.

Love these shoes! I wear a size 10 narrow and these shoes are both comfortable and stylish. Fit great and can walk in them all day.

I really love this style of Clarks. I have 2 pair, and they are so comfy. They feel great right out of the box. They have room for my orthotics, so that is a big plus. I like the adjustable strap -- really holds the shoe on for walking. They are leisure shoes, but have a little dressier look to them, especially when traveling (you are so limited with suitcase size now -- and they can look nice for dinner time). Wonderful shoes!

This pair of shoes is the most comfortable pair I have ever worn. The shoes have great arch support and a comfortably wide toe box. These shoes are the best buy I've made.

This is a really nice shoe; excellent for a vacation where you want to be stylish yet have to walk a lot. It looked good and felt good. I needed a 7 size even though I am typically a 6.5 so keep that in mind.

This is my second pair, just in a different color. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them. In fact I walked a few city miles in them the first day. They have good cushioning and enough arch support. I have wide feet with a moderately high arch but can wear these in a medium width with no trouble; however, if I wore them with socks or thick tights, I\'d need a wide width.

These are great shoes. I have major issues with bunions and pinched nerves, and these are one of the only shoes that I can wear right now. I agree with other reviewers that the strap could be longer though. The Olive color is really nice for a casual look.

I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes - I have wide, flat feet, sensitive soles, and prefer slip-ons that I can wear without socks. These shoes are almost perfect - so close to perfect that I am on my third pair. I normally wear an 8½W, but am able to fit an 8W in this style. The width is great, and the shoes actually make my feet look small. The soles are cushy, yet fairly supportive. There is also something about the design that literally puts a spring in my step. There are only two minor things that I feel could use improvement. First, the inside liner material is a bit scratchy. Not scratchy enough to give me blisters while wearing the shoes without socks, but just wish it was the nice soft material used in many of the other Clarks shoes. The other thing is that I wish the bottom sole would last longer - unfortunately, the soles have worn out after only about 12-18 months of use.

I recently purchased the Clarks Wave.Cruise in Pewter. Ordering gets an A, shipping gets an A+ (Zappos sent them overnight free of charge), comfort gets a B+ (The strap could be slightly longer), and the color gets a D (Thought they would be gray and they are goldish). I wear them for the comfort, but wish the color would have been closer to the color shown on the computer which has never been an issue with ordering online before.

Style and comfort. This shoe delivers both style and comfort. I have difficulty finding shoes in my size: 6 extra wide. I tried a pair of these shoes and they are perfect; so I ordered a second pair. They have great arch support, have a roomy toe box, and are comfortable from their first wearing. No need to break them in. Best shoe I have ever found. I would love to see them in other colors.

I am so happy to get my second pair of Clarks Wave Cruise shoes. They fit so nicely and I can walk for hours without having pain due to a bunion in my right foot. Zappos is the best place to find your shoes. BR

These shoes are great! Wish I knew how many miles they went on my feet, two trips to Italy! Comfortable, yet sturdy and held up very well. Highly recommend!

I just love these shoes! I have worn these a lot over the past year, and I stand most of the day, as I am a teacher. I am able to wear my 3/4-length orthotics under the removable foot bed, so I have the support of my custom orthotics with the spring of the Clarks foot bed. Even with all that under my foot, the strap keeps my heel from slipping out. I also recently machine washed the foot bed, and they now absorb sweat again and smell good again. The only bad point is that the leather scuffed on the front more than I would like. However, I still plan to buy another pair as soon as I can afford them. (Also, the "pewter" color is not grey as it appears in the photo; it's more of a pale bronze.)

This is my very favorite shoe ever. I have black, brown and an unknown color that could be called pewter. It goes with nothing I own. My black pair is completely worn out, so I ordered a new Clarks show in black last night. But if it is not as comfortable as this one is I will have to spend more than what I paid in the Clarks store in Atlanta during a business trip there. My only complaint is I wish they would last longer for the price.

The shoes are perfect. They fit very comfortably and are easy to put on. They compliment most of what I wear and I feel confident in my walking when I have them on.

I love this shoe. It fits perfectly and is comfortable, right out of the box. I love that my orthotics fit in it, also. It is cute, and can be worn for either casual or dressy occasions.

I just purchased my third pair of Clarks Wave Cruise. The latest pair is for a back-up when the current ones wear out. I wear a 9.5 W. I bought my first pair before a European walking tour and have not looked back. I have a high arch, and although I don't feel like the arches in these shoes are high, there is something about the rocker motion which works for my foot. I have no knee pain when I wear these shoes. I have no heel pain in these shoes. I will keep purchasing until they don't make them anymore.

Put these shoes on and I never want to take them off! Very comfortable with a wide toe box and excellent support. Also cute...who could ask for anything more? Excellent quality...well worth the price.
