I purchased the Womens Shape Ups Strength in Navy/White. I normally wear size 10, but had to get size 11 for my long toes. I love them! Full of comfort, great arch support, they definitely put a spring in your step! Spring into comfort! Try them, they are worth it!

This style of Skechers has a wide width. They fit great. I love the feel of the rocking motion. The first time I wore them, all day, that evening I could feel the workout. No pain, just tightness in the quad area. If you walk in them properly, you will feel your muscles working.

Great shoes. With many feet problems, my doctor recommended Shape Ups. Comfortable, right out of the box.

Per my research, the higher the wedge the more intense the workout so I went with the "strength" ones. These are amazing! I just walked my dogs for an hour wearing these and within 5 minutes my back posture was better, within 10 minutes I could feel my quads, rear and calves working overtime. These shoes are going to take my daily walks to whole new level! I have bunions and normally can only wear Dansko's. So happy to find a new shoe that keeps you fit just walking around.

Very comfortable. I wasn't sure if I could wear them to the gym which is why I bought them, but I totally can. Feels like walking on a track field. The one thing I did notice immediately though is that there was absolutely no ankle support, which may be more important to older folks.

Very cute and comfy shoe! Love these very much. I like these for the winter months (I wear them all the time instead of for working out) and I have another pair for the summer that has mesh material for lighter cooler feet. I love these and yes, they have firm and tightened my thighs and glutes!

Excellent! For people who don't have time to do workout; losing weight and help to improve your posture with no more back pain. Feels like walking in the air!

Skechers should be marketing these shoes to the "Over 50" crowd! If you have knee pain when walking or working out, try these shoes. They are so comfy and your knees will not hurt you - amazing! Zappos had the best price, free shipping, no tax - and my order arrived in 3 days! Awesome! I ordered the wide width in my usual size and they fit great! Try them! I used to be a die-hard New Balance wearer - no more! Skechers rock!

Love these shoes! I always have to go up a size in Skechers shoes, but knowing that is always true, I have no problem. These shoes make a sore back feel better...at least in my case.

This is my 3rd pair of Skechers Shape-Ups! They have a wonderful arch, great for standing and walking on cement for 10 hours a day. I found that I needed to order 1/2 size larger for a true fit. I swear by them.

OK here's the deal. If you don't already have a behind, these shoes won't give you one, but if you do they will help work the muscles there to help keep it firm! Plus they're very comfortable shoes and I love walking in them (and I do a lot of walking). They're wider than my other Skechers and fit perfect. And of course, as always, Zappos rocks getting to me overnight.

I love these shoes! They don't do a thing for your butt or thighs, and you certainly can't work out in them (they're horrible for core balance or jogging). If you want comfort and fun, you can't go wrong with them!

The shoes are awesome. I have Parkinson's and they help me work on my balance. I walk about 1/2 mile every other day around my neighborhood and enjoy the little bounce they put in my step, plus my posture is improving.

Love Skechers Shape Ups. I was skeptical, but these are great shoes. They add about 2 inches to your height. I ordered 1/2 size up and I'm glad I did. This style comes in Wide and wish other Shape Ups styles came in Wide too. Over all very happy. Zappos is great with over night shipping and easy returns if needed.

I was skeptical. I've never worn anything except Nike. I thought they were cute and if it really works with toning, heck, why not try them...plus they were on sale! I love them. The arch support is fantastic. They are feather light; however, the soles are really thick, causing a stumble once in a while. But heck, pick your darn feet up girlfriends! They are cool. Love them!

Best shoes ever. I have been on a cane for 2 years due to joint pain. No longer need the cane. So comfortable, attractive and the price is right. Highly recommend these shoes for walking, standing at work, they are great and I have purchased several pairs in different styles.

Greetings from a very satisfied Zappos customer. They make sure you are! There is not one employee that I have spoken to that I would not hire on the spot for my own business. The only thing about Skechers is to break them in slowly, otherwise those legs & gluts just might get a bit sore. There's also a balance difference to them while walking. But these aren't complaints, just something to be aware of.

I thought I was going to have to have surgery to correct whatever was causing pain in my knees. A week after wearing my first pair of Skechers, pain gone. It's never come back. And walking is a pleasure again.

These shoes are very comfortable. I didn't feel like I had to re-train my walking or anything. I wore them while doing chores and running errands on the first day and they were very comfortable. I walked three miles the next day and it was great. Felt the burn the next day. I tried jogging lightly in them, bad idea. They were not made for jogging at all. I have to say that they do look bulky, so I just wear them to work out. I love how the black and white look, though.

Comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who does a lot of walking.

The shoes are great. I bought them for my daughter. She's a nurse and is on hard surfaces for long hours; she loves them.

This is my first review I have ever written. Mainly I am writing because I'm so impressed with Zappos customer service. I will buy all of my shoes from here! As for the Skechers...love them so far. Walked 3 miles today and definitely felt the workout up the back of my legs into the rear! I also run and this gave me a surprisingly good workout! Size 8 is what I wear and these fit fine...not too small in my opinion.

Love these Shape Ups. I researched all exercise sneakers before purchasing the Shape Ups. I am so glad I chose SU and the price was just great. SU does exactly what they advertised. True to size, I am a size eight and I still have room if I want to wear socks.

This was my 3rd pair of Shape Ups! I am totally addicted to them! The support is wonderful, I feel like I am walking on air, my joints are much less stressed out and I can walk for miles in these. I know I will be back for more! I highly recommend them to anyone. They really have toned my calves, thighs, bottom & abs plus I seem to have a better posture when I wear them.
