Recently I went and had my feet measured properly and found out I was wearing the wrong shoe size which had caused problems for my feet. My feet were wider than I knew. My first thought was I would never be able to find pretty shoes in that size. Yet here is a beautiful and comfortable classic shoe in my size! Thanks to Zappos I was able to find several lovely comfortable shoes.

Comfortable and perfectly sized. Narrow at the heal. A great and comfortable shoe. I wore them for hours at my sister's wedding. Perfect height.

I have to agree with all of the positive comments. I love this shoe and have ordered it again. Comfortable for my 8-1/2 W foot, can and do wear this shoe all day, perfect for work or evening! So happy it is still available!!!

Shoe is beautiful. The shoe fits true to size. I ordered both sizes 9.5 and 10. The 9.5 is what I actually wear. The fit is great and it is wide width as stated. Recommend to friends and anyone who have a wide feet and bunions with a narrow heel.

I can't walk in 4 inch heels, they seem to be in fashion and it is hard to find a cute shoe with a 2 and 1/2 inch heel.this is a very expensive looking shoe. It is comfortable and looks great on my foot.

Beautiful and sturdy shoe - love the unusual bronze color and shine and other than cramping my toes on one foot they seemed like they would be very comfortable. Just not for my gimpy-toed foot. Normally an 11M fits no problem or a little large but this was too tight on the toe part.

Good quality, great style, well made. But runs a bit small on the width. I ordered an 8.5W that was a little too long, but just right in the width. I should have known at that point to order a 8WW. Totally worth the money, but size up your width a bit if you have larger feet.

Returning it ONLY because the 8W was not required and the heel was a little unstable for me. Could have done with 8M and would otherwise recommend it. Looks good on the foot!

It is difficult for me to find comfortable shoes that also look good in size 11EE but these shoes are winners! They fit well and even look good. I love them! I also bought them in blue suede.

I have a very hard time finding shoes I like that are comfortable, stylish, and dressy. These shoes met all three criteria. I used them at a weekend conference and I had no problem wearing them most of the day. As soon as I can I plan on buying more pairs of these same shoes in a variety of colors!

This shoe was exactly what I have looked all over creation for. They are so comfortable and accommodate my bothersome bunion. The leather feels wonderful and the heal very stylish. I love these shoes. This was my first experience with Zappos! The day I received the shoes my friend stopped over and I opened the box while she was over. She was so impressed with the quality of my shoes she went home and got on the Zappos.com website and found the exact sandals she was looking for. I will definitely buy from Zappos again.

It is a good 1/2 size to large. I really like the looks of the shoe. I ordered my normal size, but it is too long. Width is good.

I love these shoes. I have a really bad back and worried about trying to wear high heels again. I purchased this pair and was able to wear them immediately! The thickness of the heel gives me much needed stability. I have purchase a second pair already!

Well made shoe, comfortable, fits my foot well, classic design. Color (ermine leather) is lovely.

I need a smaller size and lower heel. Definitely wide width without looking like a boat on your feet. The left shoe also appeared to have some slight discoloration on the toe. Other than that, beautiful color, exactly the color that I'm looking for. I plan to read the reviews for women that have feet similar to mine and then reorder. Thank you for the convenience.

These are great shoes! Not only are they attractive, but they as comfortable a pair of heels as I've ever worn. They are simple, classic, and fit true to size. I didn't have to break them in at all.

Just the shoe I wanted. Good looking and heel height great. I ordered a 10 1/2 as the reviews said this show ran small. The 10 1/2 was much too big! Will return and try a size smaller. Hope they work, as I like the looks of the shoe.

I have been looking for a good base black pump with a wide width for a long time. I have not wore the shoes yet, however,the day I need my base black pump they will be there waiting for me. Thank you very much.

Because I have wide feet with bad corns and such I find it difficult to find really nice dress shoes that I can wear for more than 20 minutes!!! These have changed that. They are very stylish and more importantly VERY comfortable. I am usually a size 10 but because I bought EE wide they run big and the 9 fit perfectly. My only complaint is the color is a bit lighter then the pic and what I was looking for, but still beautiful so I kept them and ordered a second pair in a diferentf color.

Very pretty shoe! I can't believe what a hard time I had finding a nice dress pump in bone color. I can't wear high heels, so I need something with 2 inches or less. The photo doesn't do this justice - the snakeskin texture makes the show very elegant. I wore them to work, and I could wear them to a party. They're lovely. Reasonably comfortable for a heel, too.

I bought these in white because I am an active duty US Navy Lieutenant. According to the regs, these dress pumps have the plain style, made of smoothed leather, closed heels, and closed toes that are required of the uniform. Moreover, the heels are no higher than approximately 2-5/8 inches nor less than approximately 5/8 inch measured from the forward edge, and no wider than approximately 1 and 3/4 inches at the base. It's very rare to meet a shoe that meets ALL of our stipulations. ... AND... comfortable enough to wear 12 hours a day without a gel insert. My last set of white pumps shrank with the heat because there were cheap, synthetic leathers. (Life Stride - DO NOT recommend). By the end, those shoes pinched my toes and stabbed through me with the heel so badly I couldnt keep them on for more than 45 minutes at a time. I would often take them off under my desk or in the bathroom. The rounded toe, allows for max comfort in the toe box. The heal is high, but within the limits and most importantly, it is STURDY. This is a pump you can walk in, as I've walked many a pier in with no issues. Not a single blister or hot spot. The overall fit is nice, and not too tight. Although I must admit, I have slender feet (not narrow, as narrow shoes pinch my toes). And the gel button on the inside is A.Ma.Zing. I can finally stand in ceremonies without any discomfort. If they weren't so expensive, I'd look at buying another pair just to keep for storage for when I run these to the ground. That's how nice these are. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I'm not a "heel" girl...I much prefer to be barefoot! These shoes, however, are very comfortable and have a good heel height. Just right for a dressy occasion or for work. I plan to buy them in another color as well!
