I have a narrow foot and heel, however the M fit me good. The elastic bands are very tight. I'm trying to stretch them out a bit. Overall the shoe is very comfortable.

Unlike other Munro shoes, these shoes have taken a long time to break in. I developed quite a few blisters after the first few wearings (I live in the city so I do a fare amount of walking). My other complaints are that they make my feet sweat and that the elastic straps are pretty tight

These are unbelievably comfortable! Probably the most comfortable shoe I have ever had on. Given that, they are also surprisingly stylish. I expect they may be a bit warm for summer - since I haven't worn them much yet I'm not sure. But I'm looking forward to taking them on my vacation where I expect to do quite a bit of walking and it will be nice to have something that looks decent but that I can walk in for long periods of time.

Super comfy, look nice with dress pants but hold up to 10-12 hour hospital days. Look a bit odd with skirts.

I wore these shoes on a trip to Europe. I have short, narrow feet and these did work. They were not great for full days of walking but they are fine for walking a couple miles a day.

I love Munro shoes for comfort and style. I have a few different styles. They are my go-to shoe for walking. However, the shoes are not made uniformly. I tried multiple pairs in the same size to find one pair that felt great on both feet.

For my EE foot, it's hard to find shoes wide enough. When I have my feet measured at the shoe store, they say 9 1/2, but I always have to order a 10 for them to be long enough. In this case, I should have ordered the 9 1/2. But will be shorter shoe be wide enough?

These shoes look nice and are very comfortable. I wear either a 11.5N or 12SS in Munro. The 11.5N felt a little short compared to some of their other shoes, and the 12SS felt a little long. I opted for the 12SS. Better a little long that too perfect a fit in the toe area. Since I have a bunion, the 12SS also. So in my case, I needed a 1/2 size larger.

I like this shoe a lot. The gray and black is nice -- looks a little dressier than it might, but still works with jeans or yoga pants or whatever. The problem that I experience with my WW version of this shoe is the elastic is too tight. After wearing them for a while, my foot starts to swell around the elastic bands and it's not a pretty sight. At all. And my feet get tired and sore from the compression. So, I tend to not wear them with capris, especially, and when I wear them with jeans to work, I tend to take them off in the middle of the day to relieve some of the pressure. The shoe itself also looks a little funny because it is plenty wide, but the tight elastic makes it pop out a bit. So -- though I love Munro American, this one was a bit of a miss for me.

Presses uncomfortably on heel and top of big toe. Very stiff and uncomfortable. One shoe had a gouge in the leather on the toe, but the shoe box fell open in shipping so maybe it got damaged during shipping.

I own two other pairs of Munro American and love them so I was excited to get these. However, the side seam (below the ankle bone) rubbed the skin off and the edge near my big toe rubbed the skin off too! Sadly, I must return them.

Still searching for a stylish, comfortable for travel. Kept these around wanting to love them but in the end decided to send them back. Love that Munro comes in different widths. Just wish they were more stylish.

I really liked this shoe, but it did not work with my orthotics as it felt quite narrow. I usually wear an 11 medium. Tried it in both a 12 medium and an 11½ wide but both were too narrow with my orthotics, and the shoe does not have enough arch support for me to wear without orthotics. This is a very cute shoe, but both pairs are going back.

I loved the feel of these shoes at first. They fit like a glove, have a good cushion for the foot-bed. But as I walked along my carpet, I noticed the cup around the heel had an edge sticking out, at the top seam, where it met the side liner, and rubbed my foot terribly. It is a design flaw in the way the liner is layered. I would have kept them, otherwise.

I was very disappointed in these shoes that I purchased for a recent European trip. I wear a B (med) width shoe and found them extremely narrow. Using shoe stretchers and spray did not help. Very disappointed & gave them away.

Tess is my favorite shoe. I have them in all colors and wear them every day! People stop me on the street and in stores to ask me where I bought them! When they are available I buy backups because they are not easy to find!

The Muro American Tess are the most comfortable shoes I own. They fit perfectly. I wear them in a professional office environment and attend graduate evening classes. I do a lot of walking. I highly recommend. I would like to see this shoe in brown. I have had bunion surgery on both feet and have a difficult time finding well-made professional and comfortable shoes. These fit right out of the box. The elastic cross-band on the top helps the shoe fit snug and secure without being too tight and with no heel slippage. Zappos shipped right away as always and provides excellent customer service! Zappos and Munro get an A+.

These are my very favorite shoes for when I'm traveling to a big city and need to do lots of walking, but don't want to wear clunky tennis shoes. I also bought these in brown. I have a 4A foot, so finding dressy shoes is challenging. These are narrow enough that I can use hose or thin socks with them. The sole is very cusioned so I haven't needed to use inserts and the elastic across the tops keeps the shoes snug and look more fashionable than the lace-up Munros that I also have. I would strongly reommend these to people with really narrow feet.

I just received my second pair of this style. I LOVE this shoe. It provides excellent support, looks good and wears well. There has never been a style that I have appreciated more.

I have purchased Munro American shoes twice. Both times they were so comfortable right from the first time I put them on. I will not purchase them again because for the price the leather quality is terrible. Both times the leather on the toe area peeled off and looked terrible almost immediately from the first time I wore them. I am so disappointed because they are so comfortable!

Thanks to Zappos, I tried many shoes for my upcoming trip. I wanted one with the ability to wear with or without socks as I wasn't taking a sandle also. One foot has had surgery, the other has a bunion, needs surgery. I now am a narrow with slim heels and wear orthodics. This shoe was perfect! Put a small insole underneath the liner. My orthodic wouldn't fit but the shoe had enough support

I love these shoes! They are sturdy, comfortable, easy to get on & off, and cute looking. The wide elastic bands are great for my narrow feet. Where other flats fall off; these stay put. I bought second pair in case the manufacturer discontinues making them.

Remarkably comfortable; good looking, too. I have a high instep and worried that the straps would be too tight, but they weren't. Easy to slip on and off for airport security. Fit my size 9WW feet very well.
