I bought these for my mom, and she has not taken them off all winter! It's been a cold, snowy winter in Boston and these boots have held up nicely. They look great, and can be worn to commute to work in, going out shopping or for drinks - very versatile and above all waterproof (with special spray), comfortable and warm.

These boots were really cute and felt very comfortable on my feet. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too small for my large calves. I saw all the reviews about them being huge on other peoples' athletic calves and thought it might work out for me. No such luck. I wish I could have kept them!

Love these boots! They fit very comfortably over my calves when I usually have issues because my calves are on the larger side. They are very comfortable to walk in and keep my toes and legs warm in the snowy weather. I like that they have a slight heel but not too much so that they are hard to walk in. Highly recommended if you need a snow boot to wear.

I absolutley love these boots! I have had these for a little over a year, they are fabulous! I was hesitant to buy a wedge but am so glad that I did. They are super comfortable and the wedge give me a little extra height without sacrificing comfort. I easily wear these all day. They are great on snow and ice with the traction on the soles!

The boots are awesome (Merrells are all great), Zappos was great, too! Quick and free delivery even to Alaska. Can't beat that.

The quality of the leather is great! The boots really need to be available in a wide width. Not everyone has a narrow foot. If you have a wide foot this isn't the boot for you. I still love Zappos so I will continue my search for boots.

Love this boot! It's super comfortable and looks great with my skinny jeans. Being 5'2 it's pretty hard to find cute boots that don't look ridiculous on me. These look great! I love that I can wear them out on the town or just around running errands. Very versatile and super comfy! True to size also, I'm always a 6.5 and these fit perfect. A+.

Just received these as a Christmas gift - they arrived one day after my Mom ordered them! They are great boots; practical but stylish thanks to the calf height and the wedge heel. The fabric is thinner than I expected. I'm a 9.5 and a 10 fits perfectly over thick socks. I'm 5'11" and the calf height is good; I would say the calf is a little wider than expected, but it's good for fitting over pants and still slim enough to go under pants. I wore them out and had to go through a snowbank. They were waterproof and quite warm. The sole is comfortable and the traction keeps you from slipping.

I never write reviews about anything but these boots are so amazing I had to. First day in them after 5 hours of walking my feet were perfectly happy. I am 5'1" with athletic calves and these fit perfectly.

This was my first order and I was concerned about the size. I was really surprised about how quickly my order arrived and how comfortable these boots are - and they are of excellent quality. I have wore them several times and love them. I got them to wear in Eastern Europe in March and I think they will be perfect. If you need new winter boots, you should get these.

I love these boots. They are so comfortable. I\'m on my feet at work throughout the day and they are comfortable all day long. Looks great with skirts and dresses. Attractive looking boots, but also very practical.

I love these boots! I have wide calves (14.5"), and finally these boots fit them! I normally wear a 6.5 W, and I got these in a 6.5 and they fit great. I can't really wear socks with them, though - the fit is snug. So if you want to wear socks, maybe go up 1/2 size? These boots are super cute and very comfy. They are casual, so I can't wear them with my dressy work clothes, but I do wear them on Fridays with a skirt - super cute! They don't pinch my feet anywhere, and I can wear them all day long at work just fine.

Great! Comfy. A bit of a heel for cuteness but still can walk at least one mile in. A bit of grippage on the bottom for walking through icy parking lots. The calves are a bit large. If you have large calves you'll like them, and if you have regular size calves, just tuck your jeans into them. And, unlike another reviewer, my husband gave them an unsolicited compliment.

FINALLY!! Stylish boots that fit my athletic calves! The description here says the circumference is 14.5" but my 15.75" calves fit just fine in these. They have great support and are very comfortable.

I love these boots! I'd been searching forever for the right pair and these were it! My calves are meatier than average and I can wear skinny jeans with these, no problem. Can't wait for warmer weather to sex them up with dresses and skirts. And they feel like they'll last forever and were super comfy the first time I tried them on. Love them! And as always, the shipping was super fast!

I absolutely love these boots. They are the perfect balance between comfort, functionality, and cuteness. I have another pair of Merrell vibram wedge sole boots that I love (The Lily) so I knew they would be comfortable, quiet (you can’t hear me coming all the way down the hall at work!), durable, and slip-proof outdoors. They are adorable with leggings, tights, etc, but also great under jeans and pants. They are definitely not for any dressy occasions, but they’re great for everyday use indoors and out and are cute enough for going out to dinner. If you’re wondering if they’re for you... they ARE! They span the ages- I am in my late 20s, but my mom is also going to get a pair for wearing in Flagstaff.

These boots are cute, stylish and comfortable. My shoe style tends to be defined by how the shoes feel on my feet, so I knew I wanted a pair of dressy boots that would look great but feel great too. The Larkspur boots didn\'t disappoint on either count. I love the look of the boots and so does everyone else and they feel wonderful on my feet.

I heart these boots. They are both comfortable and cute. I wear them at the office and around town. I have 15" calves and have a hard time getting boots to fit me, but these are great, and they stop at a flattering place on my calf. Perfect 'cute boot' for life in Alaska. Decently warm and the soles grip much better than most dress boots in snow. I constantly get compliments.

I love my Merrell Larkspur boots! I got them in redwood and they go with just about everything. They look great, are well-made and what's more, they're so very comfortable even on first wearing. I've worn them marathon shopping, museum walking, sight-seeing, etc. I'm sure they'll last for years and years. Thanks to Zappos for their usual fast, efficient and impeccable service!

These boots are fantastic! They were comfortable from the start, and they fit my athletic calves while making them look slender. They work with pants and skirts or dresses. If I could change one thing it would be to make the heel a little higher, but that's it.

Great boots! Having 15" inch calves, I thought I was destined to a life of ankle boots, until I found these. They are great. They have stretchy material on the sides and although they are digging into my skin a little under my pants, I think with some breaking in they will be good to go. The toe box is wide enough that they aren't squishing my feet like every other boot I've tried, and the rubber sole makes them perfect for winter ice and snow. I'm hoping they look just as good with a short skirt and tights.

Really great boots. When I first got them out, I almost didn't keep them. They kind of looked like rain boots (bought in black). Then I tried them on with tights and a dress. Perfect! The wedge is super comfy and quiet to walk in. I have large calves and they still fit great. Very casual. As a stay at home mom, I can still wear these and feel cute and stylish without feeling silly (like wearing fabulous heels to chase the toddler around all day in). Thinking of getting the brown, too.
