I just received these boots and absolutely love them. They look fabulous and fit great. I ordered a full size larger than I usually wear due to the reviews and they fit perfect. I totally agree that they are hard to put on. The zipper does not go down far enough. Other than that, they are great. I have never owned a warmer pair of boots. They also keep your feet dry. I am considering ordering another pair in another color. I give them an A+.

I made up my mind I was going to buy the traditional pair of Uggs. It was on the Zappos website I learned these Uggs were not recommended for outside wear. I'm here in Colorado and wanted to wear the Uggs before and after skiing. I read the reviews of those who purchased other styles of Uggs and took particular notice of another Coloradan who endorsed the Ugg Meridian. I took a look at the description and it was exactly what I wanted. I've worn them several times already and they are a perfect fit, warm and waterproof. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Zappos and viewer comments.

I had long since forsaken Uggs, but having realized recently I have a size 12 shoe (imagine my humbled surprise), I went on Zappos and thought these shoes looked good and would promise the warmth that Uggs is known for. I am thrilled with my purchase. I walk to and from work in the Chicago winters and I don't mess around when it comes to boots. These are so much better than the Sorels I had: lightweight, stylish and so very warm. And waterproof. That is the most important characteristic. I love my Ugg Meridians!

These are great boots. I ordered a full size bigger and they fit perfect! I can even wear them with a pair of warm, wool socks if I needed them! I love them!

Very comfortable, well constructed and waterproof! Be advised that they run small. I take a 7, but had to return them for an 8 and now they fit perfectly with a sock. I probably could have worn the 7 without the sock, but I could feel the shoe ridge construction on the inside sole and that was not comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the back zipper design is very impractical as even with the larger size I need a shoe horn to get them on. Once on, however, they feel and fit just great!

Unlike others, I have not found these particularly difficult to put on/take off. I normally wear an 8.5 and ordered these in 9 to have extra room for wool socks. They feel fantastic to me. I have worn them both with and without socks since the interior is all sheepskin, it feels great against your feet and stays quite warm. Comfortable walking with great traction in snow and ice.

Best waterproof winter boots! True to size. I ordered 1/2 size up than my dress shoes so I have room for thicker socks. Light, warm and comfy. More practical in snowy days than classic Ugg. I love Classic Ugg, too, and own a couple of pairs, but they are more fair weather boots. These are "must have" for Colorado winter! Zappos' shipping was lightning fast! I ordered yesterday afternoon and got them today!

After looking for years for rain boots that would fit my wide calf, I finally ordered these yesterday and they arrived overnight. I had to return a darling pair of Merrells because I couldn't get them on, so I was leery about trying these on. Previous reviewers are right; they are hard to get on because the zipper doesn't go down far enough, but I used a shoehorn, which helped immensely, and I do think increased wear will make it easier. Otherwise, once on, they fit great and feel wonderful (I'm a normal 6-6 1/2 wide, but ordered the 7). My only wish would be that they were a little wider so I could tuck my jeans in, but that's a minor complaint.

At first I had trouble getting my feet into the boots (due to high arches?) and zipping them up, but after wearing them a few times that was not a problem. They are comfortable and stylish.

Warm, waterproof, but difficult to get on. This boot really fits the bill for cold wet weather, but the zipper in the back stops just above the heel, so you have to kind of wedge your foot in. It might not sound like such a big deal, except that you will be tempted to grab the zipper to aid you in pulling it on. Thus, I am always concerned about the possibility that the zipper will break as it was clearly not designed to be used this way. Unfortunately, these Uggs are not offered in half sizes. So if you wear an even size as I do, you either wedge your foot in or go a whole size larger than normal (or pass on this boot altogether). I wore the boots thinking that next time the removal of my socks (as recommended with Uggs) would eliminate the issue. It did not. But to be fair, my mom has the boots in an 8 (she wears size 6.5) and she is perfectly happy with them, so you be the judge! :)

Love this UGGs. But it’s a little bit complicated to wear barefoot. Zip on the back is rather rude. Perfect with socks, but really I love being barefoot wearing UGGs. Really waterproof.

Love these boots. They’re warm and just fun to wear. The only issue I have is that because I’m short, the top of the boots stop right below my shin and feels a bit awkward when I walk. So it takes some getting used to when you first put them on. But it’s a keeper!

I like these boots. I wear orthotics and was able to insert these into the boots. My only problem is that it is very hard to put these on and take them off.

Best winter boot I've found. And yes, I've tried a few this season. They are lightweight. Not clunky like so many, yet they do feel substantial. I usually order an 8 1/2, but ordered a 9. Foot portion is perfect with regular weight or heavy socks. I did have to negotiate getting my foot in the first time as others have commented due to the back coming up a bit high, but no problems since. Suspect the higher zipper helps with better waterproofing if in standing water or slush. I found the top a little snug the first few times I tried them, but they have loosened enough and feel very comfortable. I am rather short so they truly are mid calf on me. I won't be able to tuck jeans in them, but my bootcuts fall nicely without a bulge. Would like to add this was my first purchase from Zappos and now see why so many rave. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived! And unfortunately had to return another pair I ordered and it couldn't be easier. Top notch internet ordering.

The boots are great for the cold. I have not tested their waterproofness (new word), but I am hoping the stand up. They can be a challenge to get on with thick socks. Overall, the boots a comfortable and cute.

These are great boots. They run smaller than the traditional Ugg boot. I ordered a 5, but had to exchange them for a 6. It gets a bit easier to put them on the more you wear them. I bought them for the comfort of an Ugg & the Vibram sole.

These boots are very comfortable, if you can get them on! The past reviewers are right, very difficult to put on. However, I took the advice from one reviewer and used a shoehorn and it made it a cinch. Cannot tuck jeans, but I wear leggings with them. I also wear boot cut jeans although you can see the width of the boot a bit. Flare jeans might be an option if that's what you're into. I'm a 7 1/2, but bought a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I bought them for rain/snow, however, haven't had a chance to test them. Will review again.

Love these boots! Very cute, very comfortable! The off-white was actually a little more beige, which I think looks better. Like others have said, it is hard to get your heel into the boot; there's a hard leather piece that comes up high at the base of the zipper that is very unyielding. The boots also seem to run about a half size small, especially compared to the 'traditional' Uggs. However, they're still very comfortable and warm. Highly recommend!

This boot is hard to put on. If you have a high instep it will not fit.

While I love the durability of this boot and the look, I expected them to be warmer. I needed winter boots for working outside around a farm and everyone I talked to said get UGGS you will be so warm. I have not found that to be the case with this style. Maybe it is just this style, but they were advertised as a winter boot.

These boots are SO cute, but hurt my feet/ankle SOOOOOO BAD. The back of the shoe DIGS into my ankle and the back of my ankle is raw. The zipper is also way too short, and it hurts putting these boots on and it is very hard to get these boots on as well! They do not get easier to put on as you wear them either. I didn’t realize these hurt my feet until I wore them for longer than very short periods of time. If you walk in them for longer than 5 or 10 minutes, your feet are going to hurt. I would not recommend them, very cute, but made very poorly.
