These boots are very cute and so far very comfortable. I usually wear a size 71/2-8, but ordered a Size 7 and they fit perfect. They also look very cute with jeans tucked in them! Very fast shipping! Ordered them at 5pm on a Monday and received them the very next morning!

You may have Uggs or maybe a pair of Hunter wellies with the socks. Those are OK. What you really need for slogging through snow and slush are Helen of Tundra boots! They are warm and keep you feet dry. Plus, these boots look great. Every time, I wear them people ask who made them and where I got them. They are must have if you live where it snows and you want to be fashion forward.

I go to college in upstate new york and was not prepared for the winters that hit here.. these boots are great... They're super warm and have great traction... In my old boots my feet were always cold and wet... These boots keep my feet dry and comfortable... I normally wear an 8.5 but when measured, my foot is an 8... I ordered the 8 and it was way to tight... I returned them and ordered the 9 and they fit perfect. I absolutely recommend these boots.

This is the first day I had the chance to wear my new Sorel boots. Aesthetically, these boots are gorgeous. I saw a girl wearing these boots in a coffee shop and I immediately went home and ordered a pair. They have a unique look and they are very warm and waterproof; nonetheless, when I wore them out and about today they were very uncomfortable. There is an area on the back where you can see two bronze bolts that hold the strap in place. In that same spot (on the upper part of my Achilles Tendon) I have fresh blisters. Also, before I wore them I had to remove the inserts because my right pinky toe felt crushed in the front. I'm hoping that the shoes just need to be worn until they stretch and conform. New shoes usually do this to my feet. I'm just hoping it isn't the bolt that is causing the pain. I will probably add some back heel inserts to my boots to make them more comfortable. I really love the look of these boots. I'm hoping they get worn in and become comfortable over time.

I decided to take the plunge and order some serious snow boots in the middle of our 2 blizzards here in DC. I ordered a couple of pairs to compare and chose to keep the Helen of Tundra! Zappos was amazing as usual and delivered quickly, which allowed me to have them in time for this second batch of deep snow. I took them out for a spin today and am happy to report that my feet were warm and toasty and definitely dry! They are a bit clunky but are perfect for traipsing through deep snow! Good support and traction.

These are beautiful warm winter boots! I ordered my usual size & realized I needed to go up one size, they were quite snug. The new size allows for toe wiggle & wool socks. I will be wearing these to the 2010 winter Olympics & will be outside a lot. I trust this brand, and I am a repeat Sorel customer, so I know they will keep me comfortable. Kudos to Zappos for their immediate shipment & help in my exchange of the boots. I LOVE ZAPPOS!

These boots are amazing! I live in Toronto where it is freezing cold and wet. They are waterproof (unlike some other popular boot) and keep my feet warm. I wear them outside when I am on yard duty every day!

I absolutely LOVE these boots. Not only are they incredibly warm, but they look super cool with jeans or cords tucked in. I feel fashionable and comfortable at the same time - something we all know is difficult to do in good snow boots. They have a cushioned insole, just enough arch support and good ice grip. And you do not need to unbuckle them to get them on and off - just unzip. I highly recommend them to anyone who lives with a lot of snow, ice, and muck during the winter, yet wants to look good, whether dropping your kids off at school, shopping, or shoveling the driveway.

I bought these boots for my daughter who will be headed to the east coast next year for college - she has worn them to the snow here and they kept her feet both warm and dry. As far as snow boots go, she thinks these are on the cute side! She normally wears a 6 1/2, but we purchased these in a 6 and they fit her great! Enjoy the snow!

Love these boots for their style and functionality. I get very cold feet and these keep my feet really toasty for kicking around town. They look great over jeans, even ones that aren't super tight. They do really well in snow and slush; I even strapped them into snowshoes for 45 minutes and they did just fine, but they aren't a true outdoor activity boot I think (too heavy, not enough footbed support). Not warm enough if you're standing around in 0 degree weather (tried it), but if you're active they're fine. The zipper is convenient. At first they rubbed my heel a bit, but doesn't bother me anymore. Normally wear a 8.5, 9 fits well. Really happy with this choice!

I'm originally a So. Cali girl, so right before I moved to Chicago I knew I had to have a good pair of winter boots. Truthfully, I haven't taken these off since I landed in the freezing city of Chicago. Super cute, comfortable, and not as heavy as other winter boots. I have worn these while walking around running errands and even while playing knee-deep in snow. Cute and very functional. Worth every penny and I get complimented on them constantly. A great boot! It is a little stiff getting your foot in, but after a few wears, they're fine. Has always kept my feet toasty and dry. I normally wear a 6.5 and purchased a 6 and they fit perfectly.

I love these boots. Just last week, I was schlepping through the massive puddles left after our first blizzard turned to melty slush. They really are amazingly waterproof. They\'re super cute too. I\'ve received so many compliments!

These are another pair of high quality Sorels. I typically wear a 5 - 5.5 and got these in a 5 and they fit perfectly. They are very warm and comfortable. They are also a little bit bulky so better to wear them with a pair of skinny jeans tucked into them. Normal jean legs are not wide enough for these to fit under. They\'re great for cold weather!

By far the best winter boot I have ever purchased! Comfortable, warm and stylish! I dress them up and down. Fits true to size: I typically wear between an 8-8.5 and I ordered an 8. Perfect fit! As expected with winter boots, they are wide, but no wider than other brands. I have received so many compliments on these boots. I can only encourage people to purchase them!

I love these boots! They are comfortable and look great. I'm a city girl who goes to school in the middle of nowhere so I appreciate that these boots will transition from snow-covered hills in -5 degree weather to the streets of NYC in terms of fashionable-ness and functionality. I normally wear a 9-9.5 and the size 9 boots fit just fine. Go Sorel for making a waterproof boot that are cute. They are a little much for less cold days in the city, so I might still get a pair of Uggs (my old ones finally fell apart on me), but once the winter weather finally hits these boots will be perfect for everyday wear.

Great stylish snow boot. The boots are not too heavy for a snow shoe, love the style, easy to slip in and out of them with the front zipper. The sole of your foot is supported and the shaft is soft, not stiff, feels comfy. I usually buy size 8-8.5 shoes and the size 8 I bought fits fine with a thin pair of socks. It's a snug fit around your calves.

Happy to finally have warm, dry feet after walking through so many snow banks and puddles in sneakers. The first few times I wore them I got one small cut on the top of one foot from the shoe, but other than that everything was great.

I finally broke down and bought snow boots after the third snow storm hit DC! These boots are very warm and waterproof. The only downside is that they run a little big (1/2 size)you have to break them in (I got a blister on my ankle form where the buckle rubbed) but they were exactly what I needed.

These boots are nice, but are very painful for the achilles tendon. I have had to wear bandages since I bought the boots 3 weeks ago. I would not recommend buying these boots. It is not worth it.

Purchased these Sorel boots at the beginning of Winter 2009. Overall, I am pleased. They seem very well-made and worth the extra money. I am a size 10.5/11 so it is very hard to find cute boots to wear that are suitable (warm and waterproof) for the heavy winter weather of the Midwest. I ordered these in an 11 and am pleased with the results. However, the heels of these boots do rub against my ankles at times, especially if I go for a long walk in them. They are not a good walking boot and can be kind of heavy. All in all, this problem does not ruin the boot, an insert at the back of the heel would certainly fix the problem though I expect more from a boot of this price. I will buy Sorels again, no doubt.

These are the warmest snow boots I've ever worn. They are also really cute and waterproof. I don't want to buy snow boots every year, so it was really important for me to find a great quality boot and I am really happy with these. Because of the rubber sole and toe, this boot trudges through dirty snow, slush and mud but I can keep it clean with very little effort. I read a few reviews and some reviewers said that these boots were too wide in the foot and calf. I don't have big calves or wide feet, but I don't think the boot is not supposed to fit slim to the leg. I would imagine with the sheep lining that this style would feel too snug and almost constricting if it were to be fitted to the leg. I debated between these and the Sorel Shila boot. Even though the Shila was more comfortable, I went with the Helen of Tundra because of the all-weather quality and because it's cuter.
