Order at least one to two sizes UP. Very cute, but very small for the UK/US size comparison.

I was disappointed in the shoe. 1st of all the color is way off than what you see on Zappos. And secondly, it was very narrow and I don't even have a wide foot. My heel hung over the back and it was a size 40 and I'm a normal size 9. It's a very pretty shoe but its not Gray or charcoal its more like a copper color it's hard to explain.

Very narrow footbed!! Also I ordered a size up but it still was not long enough for my foot. I needed more arch support as well. Oh well sending back!!

The straps were too loose. I bought this exact shoe size and color, but the elastic had stretched. I was disappointed to find that the new shoe was too loose. Also the pearly white finish was not nearly as pretty. Looked cheaper than my original pair.

I'm a huge fan of Naot, but this shoe was a disappointment. I have two pairs of Kayla in a 44 which are comfortable even though big on me (I'm a US 11 and at the time I purchased, the 43's I tried were all way too small). Based on that, when I found a pair of Marissa on sale in a 44, I went ahead and got them. I thought they would be fine, but if I wear them for more than a little while, or walk any distance, they always hurt my instep as the edge of the footbed cuts into my arch (something my Kaylas never do). The elastic is surprisingly tight and didn't stretch out as I had anticipated/hoped; while a very attractive style, they don't provide the usual Naot comfort. Short version: Marissa is a true narrow. If in doubt regarding width, give Marissa a miss (even though I think it's actually a cuter shoe) and stick with similar Ashley (or Kayla) instead.

My 10th pair of Naots. While very attractive/cute - the elastic band has not yet expanded to fit my foot, which is not a fat foot. Thus, not comfortable to wear for a whole day!

I ordered a size larger than my current Naot sandals. I have a wide foot and high arch. The elastic is tight and uncomfortable. I have an older pair that are very comfortable and got me through Europe with no foot/arch pain.

I really wanted to like this shoe because it's very pretty but it was just too narrow. I need support and I think these would have done the trick if not for the narrow nature. If you need orthotics and tend to need a wider fit this may not be your best bet.

Thought the shoes were cute, but the top strap was so snug it left marks on my feet and one top strap started to separate from the shoe. The foot bed was extremely comfortable, so I am returning them and trying again with a different style. I could only give three stars for comfort because the straps were so snug.

.I have another pair of similar style Naots and these are entirely different. Sole is much stiffer, and straps are much stiffer, and shoe is much narrower and a little shorter. Disappointed in this shoe! Really liked the style.

I know Naot runs narrow and short and so I ordered a size up - size 12. This has worked before, but not in this style. Unfortunately still too tight, too narrow, too short in length. Darn it, because I love the feel of Naot's.

Front strap needs to be adjustable like the other. Very disappointing in Naot for this shortcut!

Very cheap feeling and for $148 this is not what you expect. I normally love their shoes, but this feels like payless to me and doesn't look or feel like quality

Naot continues to disappoint in their latest shoes. They have reduced their last size. I actually went up a size and they are still too short!! So disappointed that my go to brand is a no go moving forward!!

As much as I would love to order Naot Footwear; I cannot! It just pains me that as good quality as Naot shoes are, they are not true to size (Naot shoes run too small - all round). As for quality and design for the type of "sensible" shoes they produce I give them a B+. Naot, my advise is that you adjust your sizes, make your shoes true to size or extend the sizes to 45 or even 46! I am sure your company will see a huge increase in sales if these adjustments can be made. "I am number one in line to buy all Naot shoes that I can find in true to size size 13M footwear." Thank you.
