I use these shoes for Jazzercise and they work wonderfully. Great ankle support without any discomfort from rubbing. Super light weight and great arch support.

I love my Ryka sneakers. This is my second pair of Ryka mid-high shoes. I wore out the last pair. I have a high instep and the Ryka shoes are perfect for my feet. I wear them for walking and dance aerobics.

This is my second pair of Ryka Studio Flex - mid cut. I tried two other pair (both Avia) in between this and my original and definitely like these the best. Wide toe box minimizes tingling toes, good ankle support. I like the first pair best as the ankle went up slightly higher which is helpful for those of us with wimpy ankles, but all in all a great shoe!

Great shoes. I do high intensity step aerobic and had constant ankle heel pain. These shoes, after 2 use made my ankle pain virtually disappear. The ankle, heel and arch support in this shoe is superior. Highly recommend, not to mention the very affordable price. Size up 1/2 size.

I have been wearing this shoe for several years. I love the ankle support and comfort. Due to scoliosis in my back, I tend to walk incorrectly causing me a number of joint and tendon problems. This shoe wonderfully supports my ankles and helps me walk correctly. It is also wonderfully comfortable and can be worn with anything, even as a dress shoe.It is really great if you have feet problems as well.

It was the first time I bought something from Zappos, but it's not going to be the last. I had looked around for this shoe at other sites, and been told it was discontinued, so I was very happy to find it here. I was very impressed, it was easy to order and delivery was within a few days.

I love these shoes. The fit is just right. If you are use to high tops it may take a little time to adjust but then they are great.

These are the most wonderful shoes. They're kind of high and look funny with shorts or calf length pants but other than that they provide great support and are very comfortable. I wear their water aerobic shoe and that's what gave me the idea to try these. As soon as I have some money I'll purchase the white ones.

Very comfortable and supportive shoe. Provides good stability. I have never bought up a pair of Rykas before, but I certainly will again!

Zappos is awesome. I ordered a pair of studio shoes, which after they arrived didn't work for me. So I ordered a different pair and returned the others. Low and behold I received the new shoes the next day. I was sip excited. I definitely wasn't expecting that. Thank you Zappos.

I love these shoes! Thanks to fellow Jazzercisers for the positive reviews. These shoes have been comfortable from the first time I wore them. They provide great ankle support for lateral moves. They are surprisingly light weight and keep my feet cool. Perhaps they are not the best looking shoes, but I am not trying to make a fashion statement while exercising!

These shoes are great for Jazzercise! They have high top for more ankle support, but they're not bulky. They felt good the first time I wore them to class, never had to break them in. They are very lightweight, and fit true to size.

These shoes are wonderful shoe for Jazzercise. They have great ankle and lateral support as well as really good cushioning. I would highly recommend these shoes over the more expensive Enhance. Also recommend going up 1/2 size.

As a Jazzercise instructor, these are my go to shoes to teach. My inserts fit into the foot bed and voila! The is snug like a glove and gives me great support on my ankles so they don't ever twist when working out. I have bought Ryka shoes for the last 17 years and will not go to another aerobic shoe.

With a knee issue, the physical therapist tested this shoe and was very impressed. It makes all the difference when walking. Great shoe!

I teach a group fitness class as well as take other instructors' classes. This shoe is perfect for a total body workout! I don't do step anymore, but I think they would be a great shoe for that type of class, too. My power walking shoes are Asics, and this Ryka has a nice full toe box, just like them. One caveat...I wear custom orthotics so I cannot speak to the arch support without them.

Ordered these for my mother for Christmas. For shoes in this brand, she has to get a whole size bigger than she normally wears. She likes the shoes, and will wear them for her daily walking exercise. She said they're lighter in weight than the previous pair of Ryka shoes she owned.

The Ryka is very comfortable, great for trail walking as well as errand running!

This shoe is very light and well cushioned. I am wearing it to play league basketball, for the ankle support. I like that this is a flexible shoe that is not stiff and covered with plastic like many basketball shoes these days. I realize this is not really a basketball shoe, but for now this is the purpose it serves for me.

Ordered my normal size and the shoes fit great. Very stabilizing for jazzercise. I'm happy.

I am a senior citizen with feet and ankle issues with reoccurring tendinitis. I do not get the tendinitis if I use these shoes and replace them about every 6 months. I have been wearing Ryka shoes for years, but this is my favorite shoe. I love it. Because of the feet surgeries I have had, I wear them for everything - walking, exercising, work shoes, etc. They look nice even with dress pants. I love the mid high tops which protect my ankles and tendons in this area. I have tried many other shoes, but these are my favorites! Great looking, comfortable, accommodate orthotics well and affordable. I can't always find them on other sites. Thanks Zappos!

I did step-aerobics years ago, 7 days a week, and Ryka was the brand everyone was wearing for that class. I remember loving the cushion and wide toe box along with the ankle support. I don't do ‘step’ much anymore but I still love the features that made it a great ‘step’ shoe - supportive and comfortable.

I bought these Rykas on a friend's recommendation. She told me they were comfortable the first time she put them on. She was right, they are very comfortable. I did not need to wear them in, just put them on and started walking. They also support my ankles and have good arch support. Plus Zappos' return policy without paying for shipping is awesome.

These shoes are very comfortable and seem to have just the right amount of cushioning and support. I have been suffering from heel pain and so far I have been pain free.
