I wanted to love these boots, but they hurt my ankles! They rubbed and pinched at the top as soon as I put them on.

These are very comfortable boots. I can even get them on and off with one hand.

Boot beautiful leather and styling, but I think i prefer the clunky Classic 500. Also this boot has a very narrow ankle opening and no zipper, so difficult to don. Would have kept if there were a zip. Thank you Zappos!

I’m a 10.5, these fit nicely, although I have a high arch so they get tight over the top when adding an insert for better arch support, they will break in and be real comfortable after a month or two.

These are the best boots for life in the country. They double for dress and field. I wear my three pairs from September to May. Sizing, however, is hit-or-miss. I'm between 11.5 and 12 US sizes, but I often have to order what's supposedly a US 10 because the 12 is like wearing clown shoes.

I wear these all the time. They are such a great all around boot that can be dressed up or down. If a need a waterproof shoe in the winter, and am worried about ruining a dressier pair, I wear these. They are so sturdy and last for years. I had my last pair for over 20 years - in fact I still wear them for working in the yard as they're not as good looking as these. Highly recommend.

It is a very nice looking pair of boots but on my feet, not very comfortable

Ordered my normal size, but for me personally these ran small. Too tight, especially in the toes. Still searching for the perfect Chelsea boot, and might try a larger size. These are well-made.

LOVE my new boots. Definitely need some time in them around the ankle, but love the look and they are comfortable.

These were a gift for my son they’re just what he was looking for. Zappos originally sent the wrong boots but of course fixed the problem quickly. Best customer service around.

Well constructed. Shoe sloppy fit; not made for narrow feet. Thick leather would need break in period.

I wear a US 7 wide, but chose 7.5 to accommodate width. The heel part of the boot is too stiff, so my heels rub a uncomfortably against them. I adding some thin moleskin but it doesn't help much. I'll try adding some heel pads. I also have high arches so they fit snuggly, but these boots need a lot of stretching. I've slowly tried to break them in over 4 days and it is getting better. But they haven't been comfortable out of the box.

Great boots once the sizing got sorted. I wear a 10.5 in Nike’s and ended up with US size 9 in the BL063 style. I bought and tried sizes 10, 9.5, 9, 8.5 and kept the 9s, which fit perfectly. The sizing is confusing and a pain definitely worth the effort.

I exchanged a size US9.5, my regular size, for a size US10 and the replacements fit great when using the extra insoles that came with the size 10s. The 9.5 was slightly too tight across the width. The replacement order was delivered in good time so I could compare the two sizes for best fit before returning the exchange pair. I don't wear boots much but I intend to use these almost every day when the weather is wet and nasty.

I bought two pairs from Zappos. They arrive early and fit great! I highly recommend these.

Have to return them. The last pair of boots I bought a month ago fits great! This model does not.

I am a 7.5 or 8 in shoes. I ordered the 8 and they were too big. I returned them. Oddly, I ordered the classic in an 8 which were a different style and they fit perfectly.

Overall, they are a well made pair of boots, but they look like unfeminine clodhoppers on my large feet. I wear a 14 Women/12.5 Men (11.66cm) and purchased the size AU 11 as per the recommendations to size down. They were still too long by about a half size, and felt a little too wide for my feet. I ended up sending them back.

After all the research and reviews I thought these were going to be top-quality boots. I pulled them out of the box and already noticed some bad stitching work. When I put them on they were too big, which is okay, but nothing about the boot really wants me to order a size down from my original size 8 that I ordered. I actually think my Dr. Martens are much better quality than these boots and more comfortable. I am bummed because I was so excited about these!

These are great boots, and a welcome addition to my collection. Right out of the box, I know there is too much volume for my foot, so I slip in the Suoerfeet insoles (brown). This is a bit annoying, as I have a high-volume foot, and have to order wide shoes for most brands. But the annoyance is worthwhile - great looking boots, and they last forever.

Right shoe, where the inner lining was glued to the sole on the inside, had a little dimple, like the lining was not perfectly aligned with the sole -- right at the heel. Exchanged - hoping the next pair is perfect.

True to size and comfortable right out of the box!
